Objective:
To explore human papillomavirus (HPV) and vaccination related knowledge and vaccination willingness of college students in Guizhou Province and their related factors, so as to provide a basis for formulating targeted intervention strategies.
Methods:
From May to June 2025, by applying convenience sampling method,4 567 college students were selected from 8 universities in Guizhou Province to conduct a questionnaire survey. Awareness of HPV and vaccination related knowledge, vaccination willingness as well as related factors among college students were also analyzed. The t test and Chi square test were used for comparison between groups, and multifactor Logistic regression was employed to analyze the related factors of HPV vaccination willingness among college students.
Results:
The HPV and vaccine knowledge score of college students in Guizhou Province was ( 10.50 ±2.09), and the score of girls (10.81±1.82) was higher than that of boys (10.19±2.30) ( t=10.09, P <0.01). The HPV vaccination willingness rate of college students was 65.6%, and the rate was higher in girls than in boys (67.1%,64.1%, χ 2=4.75, P <0.05). Multi factor Logistic regression analysis showed that ethnicity and HPV testing were related factors that affected college students willingness to vaccinate (minority: OR boy =1.23, OR girl =1.35; previous HPV testing: OR boy =0.56, OR girl =0.59); boys willingness to vaccinate was related to the number of sexual partners ( OR =0.60), family history of cancer ( OR =0.65), and sexual behavior related HPV knowledge scores ( OR =0.89), while girls willingness to vaccinate was related to bisexual sexual orientation ( OR =0.59), previous HIV testing ( OR =0.60), and HPV and vaccine basic knowledge scores ( OR =0.86) (all P <0.05).
Conclusions
College students in Guizhou Province have higher HPV vaccine related knowledge scores and are more willing to vaccinate, and those above are higher in girls than in boys. Health education content should be optimized based on gender differences, and promote the willingness and behavior of HPV vaccination among college students.

Osteofascial compartment syndrome(OCS)is a serious complication frequently occurring in the orthopedic department, and delayed treatment may result in irreversible limb damage. With the increase of traffic trauma accidents in modern times, the incidence and disability risk of OCS have increased,so it has been widely concerned by medicine.Based on the clinical characteristics of OCS in traditional Chinese and Western medicine, this paper summarized the commonly used animal models of OCS by referring to CNKI and PubMed literature, and evaluated the data of the animal models'coincidence in combination with clinical diagnostic criteria, analyzed the comprehensive characteristics of the models, and provided a feasible reference for the animal models in the treatment of OCS in modern traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The results showed that the most commonly used OCS model was the rabbit model, which was constructed with pressure damage. Most of the methods are provided by foreign research institutes, but there is no research on the model of combining disease and syndrome of OCS with traditional Chinese and Western medicine, which brings certain obstacles to disease research. Therefore, this study summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the existing model of OCS through a large number of literature analysis, and put forward suggestions for the preparation of the model of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine with fundamental theories of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),as the most common type of liver cancer, poses a significant threat to global public health due to its high incidence and mortality rates. This paper delves into the etiology, pathogenesis, and syndrome differentiation of liver cancer from the perspective of"dispersing qi and fortifying the body resistance",based on the clinical experience of renowned traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)practitioner,Prof.Changquan Ling.Prof.Ling believes that the development of liver cancer is closely related to the disruption of liver qi flow, the accumulation of blood stasis over time, and the generation of toxin from long-term stagnation, accompanied by pathological changes such as imbalance of yin and yang, deficiency of the body's vital qi and accumulation of pathogenic factors, and internal blazing of cancer toxins. In terms of treatment,he emphasizes the principles of dispersing qi and fortifying the body resistance, addressing both the root cause and symptoms. This is achieved by regulating the functions of viscera, improving the stagnation of qi flow, and supplemented by methods such as clearing heat and detoxifying, and softening and dispersing hard masses, aiming to break the vicious cycle of qi stagnation, deficiency of vital qi,and pathogenic factor generation, thereby promoting the recovery from the disease.Through detailed analysis of clinical cases, this paper demonstrates Prof.Ling's unique insights and significant efficacy in treating liver cancer through"dispersing qi"to"fortify the body resistance",ultimately achieving"tumor suppression".This provides new references and perspectives for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer in TCM.

Morphea alopecia is a rare secondary cicatricial alopecia, often caused by linear scleroderma of the scalp. When hair loss appears as the only symptom of morphea, it is easily confused with other localized alopecia. The diagnosis of morphea alopecia depends on histopathologic and dermoscopic examinations. In order to improve the understanding of morphea alopecia among clinicians, this review summarizes research progress in its pathogenesis, clinical and pathological characteristics, diagnosis and treatment.

Objective:
To investigate the mediating role of vaccine literacy between vaccine knowledge and vaccine hesitancy and the moderating role of parental education level, so as to provide references for adjusting vaccination strategies.
Methods:
From May to December 2024, a stratified random sampling method was used to select 10 community hospitals in Guiyang and Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. A total of 1 401 parents of children aged 0-6 years were surveyed regarding their socio demographic characteristics, vaccine knowledge, vaccine literacy, and vaccine hesitancy levels. Data were analyzed using common method bias tests, Spearman correlation analysis, mediation and moderation effects tests.
Results:
The mean score for vaccine knowledge, vaccine literacy and vaccine hesitancy were (2.96±1.11, 14.25±2.64, 39.12±4.93) among the 1 401 participants. Mediating effect analysis showed that both parental vaccine knowledge ( β =1.28, 95% CI =1.08-1.49) and vaccine literacy ( β =0.75, 95% CI =0.66-0.84) positively predicted vaccine hesitancy (both P <0.01). Meanwhile, vaccine literacy accounted for 28.1% of the total effect of mediation between knowledge and vaccine hesitancy. In the moderated effects analysis, education level positively predicted vaccine literacy ( β =0.40, 95% CI =0.24-0.57), and education level moderated the pathway of vaccine knowledge on vaccine hesitancy ( β = 0.28 , 95% CI =0.05-0.52) (both P <0.01).
Conclusions
Vaccine literacy partially mediates the relationship between vaccine knowledge and vaccine hesitancy. Parental education level positively moderates the prediction of vaccine knowledge on vaccine hesitancy score.
