As an important support for hospital operations, hospital logistic maintenance services suffer from pain points such as low efficiency and passive maintenance. The fundamental reason is the lack of a closed-loop mechanism.Based on the closed-loop theory and combined with mathematical modeling, this paper constructs a quality control system for logistic mainte-nance services and proposes a four-stage management process:In the planning stage, optimization goals and constraints are clari-fied.In the design stage,a comprehensive optimization model is established to minimize response time deviation and total mainte-nance costs while maximizing the one-time repair rate.In the execution stage,a maintenance task allocation matrix is generated based on the model solution to optimize resource scheduling. In the inspection stage,RTD,FFR,and QMS are introduced to quantitatively evaluate service performance. In the improvement stage, problem feedback is addressed, and model parameters are adjusted to form a closed loop.Hospital A is used as a practical case study, and the application effect of the quality control sys-tem is verified through analysis of its maintenance data. The quality control system has significant effects on optimizing the re-sponse efficiency, stability, and resource utilization of logistic maintenance services, providing a practical reference for other medical institutions.

Objective:To explore and analyze the online Q&A texts for hyperglycemia in pregnancy (HIP) users in online health communities, and to provide references for health information services for HIP patients. Methods:A total of 108 590 Q&A texts were collected from "Diabetes Forum" and "Mom Forum". Social network analysis was used to construct the co-occurrence network of feature words in text content and carry out visual analysis and display. On the basis of identifying content themes, the relationship between themes and the nodes within themes were further analyzed, and the attributes of content themes were differentiated with Wilson's information behavior model. Results:In this study, a question and answer text feature word network for pregnant hyperglycemia users with 321 nodes was constructed, among which the largest sub-net included 177 nodes. A total of 12 content themes were identified to seek motivation around two major categories of information, including blood sugar control and coping with disease stress. Among them, the themes with physiological, cognitive, and emotional attributes were 4, 7 and 6, respectively. The number of feature words contained in drug treatment, diet and nutrition was the most prominent, and there were feature words with high degree of centrality in each theme. Conclusions:The content that hyperglycemia in pregnancy (HIP) users pay attention to has multiple attributes and dimensions. Clinical and community healthcare workers and other health information providers can continuously improve the information service content for HIP patients to meet their health information needs.

Perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs), as a group of persistent organic pollutants among environmental endocrine disruptors, are widely used in industrial production and daily life. PFASs are widely and persistently present in the environment and organisms due to their bioaccumulation, long half-life, and low degradability properties. Published studies have proved that PFASs have immunotoxicity, endocrine toxicity, neurotoxicity, reproductive toxicity, and hepatotoxicity. At present, several epidemiological studies have been conducted on the effects of PFASs on allergic diseases, the research endpoints include asthma, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, and the expression of allergic biomarkers such as serum immunoglobulin E (IgE), but no consistent results have been observed yet. PFASs have the potential to activate several signaling pathways, including the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR), nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB), and JAK/STAT pathways. These mechanisms, along with increasing mast cell calcium influx and sex hormone synergistic effects, may contribute to immunomodulation in allergic diseases. At present, the exact human effect of PFASs exposure on allergic diseases and the related mechanisms are still uncertain. This review focused on the impacts of PFASs on asthma, allergic rhinitis, and atopic dermatitis and their possible mechanisms, so as to provide research ideas for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of allergic diseases.

Objective:To understand the characteristics of sexualized drug use (SDU) among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Chengdu and classify their behavioral patterns by applying the two-step cluster (TSC) algorithm and by exploring the association between SDU patterns and high risk sexual behaviors, in order to provide a reference basis for the development of HIV prevention interventions. Methods:Supported by an MSM-friendly organization in Chengdu from December 2021 to February 2022, MSM were recruited by on-site survey and peer referral to collect information on sociodemographics, SDU characteristics, sexual behaviors, STD diagnosis, and HIV status. TSC was performed to classify the characteristics of SDU, and the differences between groups were compared. Chi-square test and multiple binary logistic regressions were used to identify the relationship between SDU clusters and HIV-related risk sexual behaviors. Results:A total of 727 MSM were surveyed, and 39.8% (289/727) of the respondents reported SDU experience with a same-sex partner in the last six months. TSC clustered SDU-MSM into three behavioral pattern groups. There were significant differences in monthly income, types of drugs used for SDU, mode, frequency, polydrug use, multiple sexual partners, non-adherence to condom use, and group sex among the three groups of SDU-MSM ( P<0.05). Multivariate binary logistic regression analysis showed that the third category of SDU-MSM was 2.22 (95% CI: 1.06-4.66) times more likely than the first category not to use condoms consistently; the third and second categories were 2.82 (95% CI: 1.18-6.77) times and 8.78 (95% CI: 3.42-22.42) times. Conclusions:The prevalence of SDU among MSM in Chengdu was more than 1/3, and different SDU clustering pattern was associated with high-risk sexual behaviors. MSM with higher SDU frequency, drug use, and polydrug abuse are more difficult to adhere to condom use and more likely to have group sex and high risk sexual behaviors, increasing the risk of STD and HIV infection, and need to strengthen SDU surveillance and intervention.
