Medical equipment, as an important indicator of smart hospital evaluation, plays a vital role in hospital operations. To ensure the safe and efficient operation of medical equipment, a reasonable performance evaluation system is indispensable. This study introduces a platform based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology that connects medical devices and collects data, achieving standardized and structured data processing, and supporting online operational supervision. Through the Delphi method, a performance evaluation system for large medical equipment is constructed, including 4 primary indicators and 22 secondary indicators. DICOM data acquisition devices are used to achieve functions such as efficiency analysis, benefit analysis, usage evaluation, and decision-making support for medical equipment. The study is still in its early stages, and in the future, it is expected to integrate more types of equipment, achieve rational resource allocation, and significantly impact decision-making for the development of public hospitals.

OBJECTIVE: Evaluate the clinical application effect of low-field infant MRI. METHODS: Using literature review, expert consultation, and two rounds of Delphi to determine the evaluation index system. Then retrospectively analyze and compare the data of low-field infant MRI and high-field MRI from January 2023 to December 2024. RESULTS: There is a certain gap between low-field infant MRI and high-field MRI in terms of signal-to-noise ratio, image uniformity, software system reliability, scanning time, user interface friendliness and image result consistency. However, there was no difference in terms of spatial resolution and image quality. The noise, hardware system reliability, mean time between failure and the rate of examination completed without sedation are better than that of high-field MRI. CONCLUSION Low-field infant MRI meets needs of clinical diagnostic and has stable performance. It can be used as a routine screening tool for brain diseases near the bed.

Objective:To explore the differences in the clinical application of different brands of infrared ear thermometers in pediatric patients,and to guide the rational use of infrared ear thermometers.Methods:A total of 164 inpatients and outpatients who received treatment in the Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from May 2023 to July 2023 were randomly selected,and three different brands of ear thermometers were used to measure the ear temperature of the children in the same measurement method.The differences in temperature and time measured by different brands of ear thermometers in children of different ages were compared.Results:The temperature and time measurements of the three ear thermometers were compared,the difference was statistically significant(F=5.007,264.988,P<0.05).The temperature of children aged≤3 months was measured by the three ear thermometers,and the difference was statistically significant(F=3.868,P<0.05).there was no difference in children aged over 3 months.Conclusion:For children of different ages,medical institutions can make choices based on the comprehensive consideration of the use cost,the speed of measurement time and other factors.For children aged over 3 months,choose product B with lower cost and faster measurement time,for children aged 0-3 months,it is recommended to choose product A with more accurate temperature measurement values.

Objective To explore the effect of routine reusable pipeline and disposable pipeline on ventilator quality control results.Methods 17 ventilators were randomly selected to conduct quality control using routine reusable pipeline and disposable pipeline respectively.Quality control data were recorded and then paired t-test method was used to analyze whether the difference between the two pipelines was significant or not.Results There were no significant differences in respiratory rate,tidal volume and end airway pressure between the two types of pipes(P＞0.05).The airway peak pressure of routine reusable pipeline was significantly higher than disposable pipeline(P＜0.05),but the difference was very small,only about 0.2 mbar which would not affect the conclusion of quality control.Conclusion Quality control of ventilator is not affected by routine reusable pipeline and disposable pipeline,which can be replaced by each other.

Objective To investigate the impact of different infusion media on the flow rate of infusion pumps.Methods Ten infusion pumps were randomly selected and tested for infusion rates using deionized water,saline solution,glucose solution,and parenteral nutrition solution.The infusion flow rate was set at 30 mL/h,and the testing methodology conformed to the standards for the calibration and quality control of syringe pumps and infusion pumps.Results For infusion set A,the infusion rate was unaffected by the infusion media,remaining within the acceptable quality control standards.For infusion set B,when infused with deionized water,saline solution,and glucose solution,the infusion errors were within the quality control standards.However,when using parenteral nutrition solution as the infusion medium,the infusion error exceeded the acceptable quality control standards.Conclusion Both the infusion set and the infusion medium can affect the flow rate of infusion pumps.It is crucial to calibrate the flow rate according to the specific infusion medium to reduce medical risks associated with infusion pumps during clinical use.

Objective: Understand the clinical characteristics of confirmed pneumonia patients infected with new corona virus in secondary epidemic areas and guide the diagnosis and treatment of novel pneumonia in secondary epidemic areas and provide a reference for clinical prevention and control of the epidemic situation. Methods: The clinical data of 33 patients admitted with pneumonia caused by a novel coronavirus in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January 15 to February 1, 2020, were retrospectively reviewed. At the onset of the disease, we analyzed the primary symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, chest tightness, chest pain and also a significant blood test results of the patients. According to the patient's contact history, it was divided into the direct infection group of the main epidemic area and the indirect contact infection group of the main epidemic areas. The difference between clinical manifestations among the two groups was analyzed. Results: The main clinical symptoms of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia in the secondary epidemic area were respiratory tract and systemic symptoms. After grouping according to the presence and absence of direct contact in the main epidemic area, there was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups, and there was no significant difference in symptoms and signs between the two groups (P < 0.05). Some patients had serum amyloid protein (SAP) increased abnormall. Conclusions The respiratory tract and systemic symptoms are the primary symptoms of the patients with the new type of coronavirus pneumonia in the secondary epidemic area, which are not typical. The abnormal increase of serum amyloid protein (SAA) may be used as an auxiliary index for diagnosis and treatment.

In this paper, the classification and location of neuroblastoma in NMR images are realized by using Deep Neural Network(CNN) algorithm as the core technology. The module is integrated to realize the development of computer-aided diagnostic software. It is used to make up for the gap in the field of intelligent identification and accurate positioning of neuroblastoma in the current nuclear magnetic resonance detection technology, effectively reduce the work intensity of doctors reading films, and further promote the clinical application and technical development of nuclear magnetic resonance detection technology in the diagnosis of neuroblastoma.

Based on the Kraljic model,this paper established the scoring standard system for medical equipment procurement,and determined the weight coefficients of each evaluation factor by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP),then the procurement classification model of medical equipment was successfully established.It is proved that this model can classify medical equipment effectively,which enables the purchasing personnel to adopt corresponding purchasing strategies according to different classification.This model can be extended to all medical equipment procurement,realizing the delicacy and individualized procurement management of the equipment,which has strong operability and guiding significance.

With the continuous improvement and wide application of hospital information, more and more medical equipment is integrated into the hospital information systems, which brings new work contents and challenges for the traditional clinical engineers. This paper reviews and evaluates the current situation of networked medical equipment in the hospital. By applying the ISO 80001 and the MDS(Manufacturer Disclosore Statement for Medical Device Security), the paper puts forward the measures and suggestions for the security management of networked medical equipment.

This study is aimed to design the testing system of multiple parameters of the incubators, and to make their quality control plans. Also it is required to establish a model of data collection and processing based on MCU, and to program the host computer software in order to analyze data. The result shows that the testing system is accurate and stable; also it is convenient to collect the data. This testing system is a good complement of the quality control of incubators. It has a high practical value in improving medical safety and reducing the occurrence of adverse events.
