Objective To parse the current situation of obstetrics resources in Chinese Public General Hospitals, and explore a new path for the development of obstetric medical service system in public hospitals. Methods Literature search and qualitative interview methods were used to sort out the obstetric resources and services of public general hospitals. Results The obstetrics departments in public general hospitals play an important role in the obstetrics service system, which face more operation pressures and transformation difficulties in the background of low fertility.Public general hospitals can strengthen the inner horizontal integration by multidisciplinary collaboration, and external vertical with medical alliances and obstetric alliances,so as to provide high-quality and continuous obstetric services for regional pregnant women and enhance system resilience. Conclusion Centralized multidisciplinary integration inside the hospitals and alliance with other obstetrics departments outside the hospitals, namely Two"Centralized Development"may be a new path for the high-quality development of obstetrics department in public general hospitals under the background of low fertility rate.

3.Changes of the vaginal environment in genitourinary syndrome of menopause and progress on the use of mesenchymal stem cells as an intervention
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2024;43(1):92-97
Due to decreased estrogen levels in patients with genitourinary syndrome of menopause(GSM), changes occur in the vaginal environment, including changes in vaginal tissue structure, the vaginal microbiota and vaginal mucosal immunity, resulting in a series of symptoms and signs. To develop effective treatment methods for GSM, it is necessary to fully understand potential molecular mechanisms underlying these changes.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)can promote the regeneration of aging tissues, secrete growth factors, and have excellent immune regulation and anti-inflammatory capabilities. They are a powerful treatment option for reproductive aging. Therefore, it is essential to understand changes of the vaginal environment in GSM patients and progress on the use of MSCs as an intervention, in order to gain insight into research on the treatment of GSM.

Cancer Research on Prevention and Treatment 2022;49(9):944-951
Objective To evaluate systematically the correlation between the expression level of human epididymis protein 4 (HE4) and lymph node metastasis of endometrial cancer (EC). Methods Computers were used to search for the literatures about the correlation between the expression level of HE4 and lymph node metastasis of EC in PubMed, Cochrane, Web of Science, CBM, CNKI, and Wanfang Database. The search time was from the database establishment to May 2021. Articles were screened in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the quality of literature was evaluated by Newcastle Ottawa scale. Stata12.0 was used to perform meta-analysis, and TSA was used to evaluate the sample size. Results A total of 2736 patients with EC were included in the 25 eligible studies. The results of meta-analysis showed that the expression level of HE4 in the EC-lymph-node metastasis group was significantly higher than that in the non-metastasis group (SMD=1.58, 95%

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic ovarian electrocautery in refractory polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Methods A total of 16 PCOS patients who had no response to ovulation-inductive therapy were treated by ovarian electrocautery via laparoscope. After surgery, the ovulation as well as response to ovulation-inductive drugs was observed. The serum concentrations of FSH, LH, T, E 2 before and after operations were respectively compared. Results All 16 cases were pathologically diagnosed as polycystic ovary. There were significant decreases in luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (T) after operations (P

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
Objective To study the effect of environmental estrogen, bisphenol A (BPA), on proliferation of human uterine leiomyoma cells in culture. Methods The primary culture and subculture of the human uterine leiomyoma cells which were identified at each passage by means immunocytochemical staining with a monoclonal anti-?-smooth muscle actin antibody, were performed. The cells (passage 3-5) were incubated with BPA (including three dosimetric systems, 1?10-7 mol/L, 50 ?10-7 mol/L and 100?10-7 mol/L) for 24, 48 and 72 h, and the control cells received only the vehicle (ethanol, 0.1 %, V/V). The proliferation of cultured human uterine leiomyoma cells was analyzed by MTT assay and flow cytometry. Results The limited human uterine leiomyoma cell lines were successfully established. After 24 h, 48 h and 72 h of treatment in 100?10-7 mol/L and 48 h, 72 h, at 50?10-7 mol/L , BPA could enhance the cells proliferation. After 72 h of treatment in 50?10-7 mol/L and 100?10-7 mol/L, BPA promoted cells into S cell cycle phase and elevated mitotic index (P
