Chinese Journal of School Health 2025;46(1):102-105
Objective:
To explore the association of physical activity and sugar sweetened beverage consumption with psychological sub health among middle school students in Bao an District, Shenzhen, so as to provide a reference for adolescent mental health promotion.
Methods:
A questionnaire survey was conducted in November 2024 by a stratified cluster random sampling method to select 6 926 junior and senior middle school students from 5 middle schools in Shenzhen. The questionnaire from Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System was used to assess the consumption of sugar sweetened beverages, and physical activity Rating Scale was used to assess the level of physical activity, and Brief Instrument on Psychological Health of Youths was used to evaluate the psychological sub health status. The Chi -square test was used to analyze the differences in the detection rates of psychological sub health among different groups of middle school students, and a multivariate Logistic regression model was established to analyze the effects of physical activity and sugar sweetened beverage consumption and their combined effects on the psychological sub health of middle school students.
Results:
The detection rate of psychological sub health among middle school students in Bao an District, Shenzhen was 18.93%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, after controlling for confounding factors such as gender, school stage, family residence, family economic status, parental literacy, academic stress and number of friends, lack of physical activity or excessive sugar sweetened beverage consumption were associated with increased risks of psychological sub health among middle school students ( OR =1.36, 1.45); and the highest risk of psychological sub health was found in middle school students who were lack of physical activity and excessive sugar sweetened beverage consumption ( OR =2.59) ( P <0.01). Further analysis by school stages showed that junior high school students with sufficient physical activity and excessive intake of sugary drinks ( ROR =2.10), lack of physical activity and excessive intake of sugary drinks ( ROR =2.31) were at higher risks of psychological sub health than senior high school students( P <0.05).
Conclusions
Insufficient physical activity and excessive sugar sweetened beverage consumption are closely associated with an increased risk of psychological sub health among middle school students. Effective interventions should be targeted to reduce the risk of psychological sub health problems among middle school students.

Objective:To discuss the correlation of International Society of Urological Pathology (ISUP) pathological grading with 18F-prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-1007 positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET/CT) parameters and serum total prostate specific antigen (tPSA) in prostate cancer, and assess the clinical value of PET/CT combined with tPSA in predicting the ISUP pathological grade of prostate cancer. Methods:The correlation of ISUP pathological grade with primary parameters of PET/CT images and serum tPSA of 117 patients diagnosed with prostate cancer at Shanxi Cancer Hospital from August 2018 to February 2023 and taken 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT imaging were retrospectively analyzed. Univariate and multivariate logistic regressions were used to identify the independent influencing factors for ISUP pathological grading of prostate cancer. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were used to predict the efficacy between the high and low ISUP grades for prostate cancer. Results:Of the 117 patients, 20 were in ISUP Group 1, 25 in Group 2, 18 in Group 3, 32 in Group 4, and 22 in Group 5. Of these, 63 were in the low-grade group (Groups 1-3) and 54 were in the high-grade group (Groups 4-5). The tumor long diameter was 3.10 (2.05, 4.25) cm, the prostate volume was 40.11 (33.13, 51.85) cm 3, the serum tPSA was 19.71 (12.25, 42.83) ng/ml, the prostate specific antigen density (PSAD) was 0.51 (0.31, 1.01) ng·ml -1·cm -3, the maximum standard uptake value of the lesion (SUVmax) was 15.24 (10.87, 22.03), and the tumor/spleen uptake ratio (TSR) was 1.61 (1.08, 2.15) in the 117 patients. The correlation analysis displayed that the SUVmax, TSR, and tPSA were positively correlated with ISUP groups ( r=0.640, 0.619, and 0.500, P<0.01). The differences among SUVmax, TSR, long diameter, tPSA, and PSAD were statistically significant when compared among the five ISUP groups ( H=48.98, 45.63, 26.82, 33.95, and 23.81, P<0.001). The differencesin serum tPSA ( z=5.19), PSAD ( z=4.64), long diameter ( z=3.19), SUVmax ( z=5.57), and TSR ( z=5.53) of the patients between the low-grade group and the high-grade group were statistically significant ( P<0.01). In multivariate analysis, TSR ( OR=4.172, 95% CI: 2.095-8.308, P<0.001) and the serum tPSA ( OR=1.042, 95% CI: 1.014-1.070, P<0.01) were independent influencing factors for ISUP grades. ROC analysis revealed that the area under the curve for the 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT parameters SUVmax and TSR to predict low- or high-grade ISUP for prostate cancer was 0.800 (95% CI: 0.717-0.883) and 0.797 (95% CI: 0.713-0.881), respectively. Among the 70 patients who underwent radical prostatectomy, the postoperative recurrence rate of high-grade ISUP patients was higher than that of low-grade patients (54.8% and 25.6%, χ 2=6.21, P<0.05). Conclusions:18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT has good application in predicting ISUP grading of prostate cancer. TSR and the serum tPSA are independent predictors for the pathological grade.

Objective:To explore the application value of artificial intelligence (AI) in image post-processing of reconstructed CTA based on CT cerebral perfusion (CTP).Methods:Clinical and radiological data of 100 patients suspected of cerebrovascular diseases in Hebei General Hospital from January to July 2020 were retrospectively selected. All patients were divided into A and B group on average according to the different examination schemes. Cerebral CTP examination was performed in group A (the temporal maximum intensity projective data set generated by the first 5 time phases in the maximum period of the difference between arteriovenous CT values selected as subgroup A1, and the corresponding original thin-layer images selected as subgroup A2), single phase CTA examination was performed in group B, manual and AI image post-processing were performed respectively. Subjective scoring of the image data was performed, and the objective bid evaluation indexes such as CT value, noise (SD), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), contrast to noise ratio (CNR) were measured, the qualified rate of artificial and AI vascular segmentation was counted, and post-processing time were recorded. The objective evaluation indexes were compared between three groups using one-way ANOVA, and the Kruskal-Wallis H test was used to compare the difference of subjective scores. Results:Statistically significant differences were observed in subjective score and objective evaluation index of original images among group A1, group A2 and group B (all P<0.05). Among them, arterial enhancement, arteriolar detail display score, cerebral artery CT value, SNR and CNR in group A1 were higher than those in group A2 and group B (all P<0.05). In a total of 100 patients with 1 100 blood vessels, the qualified rates of AI vascular segmentation in group A1 [98.4% (541/550)] and group B [98.7% (543/550)] were higher than those of manual [82.9% (456/550), 87.1% (479/550), χ2=77.392, 56.521, P<0.001], but the qualified rate of AI vascular segmentation of group A2 [78.4% (431/550)] was lower than that of manual [85.6% (471/550), χ2=9.855, P=0.002]. The completion time of AI post-processing were reduced by 56.30%, 49.63%, 50.81%, respectively than those with manual. Conclusion:Compared with manual image post-processing, AI has certain advantages in image quality and work efficiency of reconstructed CTA post-processing based on CTP de-noising dataset, and it is worth popularizing and applying in the image post-processing of cerebrovascular disease, combined with artificial quality control.

In the past ten years, the research and application of microbiome has continued to increase. The microbiome has gradually become the research focus in the fields of life science, environmental science, and medicine. Meanwhile, many countries and organizations around the world are launching their own microbiome projects and conducting a multi-faceted layout, striving to gain a strategic position in this promising field. In addition, whether it is scientific research or industrial applications, there has been a climax of research and a wave of investment and financing, accordingly, products and services related to the microbiome are constantly emerging. However, due to the rapid development of microbiome sequencing and analysis related technologies and methods, the research and application from various countries have not yet unified on the standards of technology, programs, and data. Domestic industry participants also have insufficient understanding of the microbiome. New methods, technologies, and theories have not yet been fully accepted and used. In addition, some of the existing standards and guidelines are too general with poor practicality. This not only causes obstacles in the integration of scientific research data and waste of resources, but also gives related companies unfair competition opportunity. More importantly, China still lacks national standards related to the microbiome, and the national microbiome project is still in the process of preparation. In this context, the experts and practitioners of the microbiome worked together and developed the consensus of experts. It can not only guide domestic scientific research and industrial institutions to regulate the production, learning and research of the microbiome, the application can also provide reference technical basis for the relevant national functional departments, protect the scale and standardized corporate company's interests, strengthen industry self-discipline, avoid unregulated enterprises from disrupting the market, and ultimately promote the benign development of microbiome-related industries.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2015;(2):85-88
Objective To assess the diagnostic value of magnetic source imaging(MSI) in the preoperative localization of focal cortical dysplasia(FCD). Methods Eighty-two patients with intractable epilepsy resulting from FCD undergone preoperative assessment including MSI, video electroencephalography(VEEG) and electrocorticography(ECoG)from February 2006 to June 2012.The consistency between pre- and intra-surgical assessment was evaluated. For patients who had consistent results, postoperative curative effect was also recorded. The accuracy and predictive values of noninvasive preoperative tests were compared by χ2 test. Results For MSI and ECoG, their results were consistent in 57 cases, partially consistent in 14 cases, and inconsistent in 11 cases. In the postoperative follow-up of 57 patients with consistent results, there were 46 cases with Engel class Ⅰ, 3 cases with Engel class Ⅱ, 4 cases with Engel class Ⅲ, and 4 cases with Engel class IV. For VEEG and ECoG, the results were consistent in 43 cases, partially consistent in 33 cases, inconsistent in 6 cases. The postoperative follow-up showed that 27 cases were graded as Engel classⅠ, 5 cases as Engel classⅡ,7 cases as Engel classⅢ, and 4 cases as Engel class IV. There were statistically significant differences(χ2=5.023,P=0.025)of the concordance rate with ECoG between MSI(69.51%,57/82)and VEEG(52.44%,43/82). In the postoperative follow-up of patients with consistent results, the curative effect was better in group MSI than in group VEEG (χ2=3.989,P=0.046). Conclusions Preoperativelocalization by MSI shows advantage over VEEG, which meanswhen it achieves an agreement with ECoG, patients with FCD may get better prognosis from the surgical process.
