Background Currently,there has been a gradual increase in the incidence of mental diseases,becoming a problem that has attracted great concern of the general public.Zhuhai is a core city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and the local government have attached great importance to the mental health of residents.The systematic study on the mental health has focused largely on pregnant women and medical workers,yet few are on the adult residents.Objective To investigate the prevalence and its influencing factors of anxiety and depression among adult residents in Zhuhai,so as to provide references for formulating targeted psychological intervention strategies.Methods From September 1 to December 1,2021,a cohort of 5 600 permanent residents aged 18 years and above in Zhuhai were selected through multistage sampling.All participants were subjected to complete Patients' Health Questionnaire Depression Scale-9 item(PHQ-9),Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-7 item(GAD-7)and National Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire based on Wenjuanxing software.Then Logistic regression was employed to identify the factors associated with anxiety and depression among the residents.Results Among the 5 600 residents,depressive symptoms were detected in 842(15.04％)residents and anxiety symptoms in 579(10.34％)residents.Logistic regression analysis yielded that female gender(OR=1.488),living in Doumen district(OR=1.942),junior college/undergraduate level(OR=3.602),postgraduate and above(OR=5.904),irregular meal pattern(OR=3.320),comorbid chronic diseases(OR=3.244),disqualification of self-assessment(OR=3.414)and disqualification of mental health skill(OR=2.131)were risk factors for depression symptoms,whereas age≥25 years old(of all age groups OR<1),monthly per capita income>20 000 yuan(OR=0.438)and exercising≥3 times a week(OR=0.431)were protective factors for depression symptoms.Age of 25～34 years old(OR=2.051),living in Jinwan district(OR=1.729)or Doumen district(OR=1.901),junior college/undergraduate level(OR=2.955),postgraduate and above(OR=6.662),irregular meal pattern(OR=2.741),comorbid chronic diseases(OR=3.535),disqualification of self-assessment(OR=3.325)and disqualification of mental health skill(OR=1.838)were risk factors for anxiety symptoms,while monthly per capita income of 6 001～9 000 yuan(OR=0.665)and exercising≥3 times a week(OR=0.572)were protective factors for anxiety symptoms.Conclusion The mental health status of adult residents in Zhuhai is affected by various factors,including gender,age,region of residence,education level,meal pattern,exercise frequency and chronic diseases.

[Objective]To analyze the value of grey-scale reversed T1-weighted(rT1)MRI in the detection of structur-al lesions of the sacroiliac joint(SIJ)in patients with axial spondyloarthritis(ax-SpA).[Methods]Fifty-two ax-SpA pa-tients who underwent both MRI and CT in our hospital within a week from February 2020 to December 2022 were retrospec-tively included.Both sacral and iliac side of each SIJ on oblique coronal images were divided into anterior,middle and pos-terior portion.Two radiologists reviewed independently three groups of MRI including T1-weighted imaging(T1WI),rT1 and T1WI+rT1 images to evaluate the structural lesions like erosions,sclerosis and joint space changes in each of the 6 re-gions of the SIJ.One of the radiologist did the evaluation again one month later.CT images were scored for lesions by a third radiologist and served as the reference standard.Intra-class correlation coefficients(ICC)were calculated to test the inter-and intra-reader agreement for the assessment of SIJ lesions.A Friedman test was performed to compare the lesion results of MRI and CT image findings.We examined the diagnostic performance[accuracy,sensitivity(SE)and specifici-ty]of different groups of MRI in the detection of lesions by using diagnostic test.A McNemar test was used to compare the differences of three groups of MRI findings.[Results]CT showed erosions in 71 joints,sclerosis in 65 and joint space changes in 53.Good inter-and intra-reader agreements were found in three groups of MRI images for the assessment of le-sions,with the best agreement in T1WI+rT1.There were no difference between T1WI+rT1 and CT for the assessment of all lesions,nor between rT1 and CT for the assessment of erosions and joint space changes(P>0.05).T1WI+rT1 yielded better accuracy and SE than T1WI in detection of all lesions(Accuracy erosions:90.3%vs 76.9%;SE erosions:91.6%vs 76.1%;Accu-racy sclerosis:89.4%vs 80.8%;SE sclerosis:84.6%vs 73.9%;Accuracy joint space changes:86.5%vs 73.1%;SE joint space changes:84.9%vs 60.4%;P<0.05).rT1 yielded better accuracy and SE than T1WI in detection of erosions and joint space changes(Accuracy erosions:87.5%vs 76.9%;SE erosions:88.7%vs 76.1%;Accuracy joint space changes:85.6%vs 73.1%;SE joint space changes:83.0%vs 60.4%;P<0.05).[Conclusions]In the detection of SIJ structural lesions in ax-SpA,rT1 improves the diagnostic perfor-mance and T1WI+rT1 is more superior to others.

Unlike healthy, non-transformed cells, the proteostasis network of cancer cells is taxed to produce proteins involved in tumor development. Cancer cells have a higher dependency on molecular chaperones to maintain proteostasis. The chaperonin T-complex protein ring complex (TRiC) contains eight paralogous subunits (CCT1-8), and assists the folding of as many as 10% of cytosolic proteome. TRiC is essential for the progression of some cancers, but the roles of TRiC subunits in osteosarcoma remain to be explored. Here, we show that CCT4/TRiC is significantly correlated in human osteosarcoma, and plays a critical role in osteosarcoma cell survival. We identify a compound anticarin-β that can specifically bind to and inhibit CCT4. Anticarin-β shows higher selectivity in cancer cells than in normal cells. Mechanistically, anticarin-β potently impedes CCT4-mediated STAT3 maturation. Anticarin-β displays remarkable antitumor efficacy in orthotopic and patient-derived xenograft models of osteosarcoma. Collectively, our data uncover a key role of CCT4 in osteosarcoma, and propose a promising treatment strategy for osteosarcoma by disrupting CCT4 and proteostasis.

Objective: To demonstrate the effect of structured and autonomous sports activities on children s basic motor skills in a preset outdoor field for a certain time and frequency, and to provide a reference for improving children s development of basic motor skills. Methods: Selected 141 typical developing children from 4 public kindergartens in Nanning, and randomly divided them into experimental group(71) and control group(70). The experimental group participated in physical activities for 10 weeks (3 times a week, 1 hour each time) in the preset outdoor field (each physical activity was composed of 30 minutes of autonomous physical activity and 30 minutes of structured physical activity), while the control group had no intervention of site preset and specially designed activities. Before and after the experiment, 9 basic motor skills (including 3 fine motor skills and 6 gross motor skills) were tested. Results: There were significant differences in double hand throwing, single leg balance (left), single leg balance (right), swing bridge balance and beam walking before and after intervention in experimental group(t=7.82,4.25,9.69,-10.01,-28.28,P<0.05), but there was no statistical significance in the improvement of heel toe coordinated walking(t=-0.60,P>0.05). There was no significant improvement in coin throwing (right hand), coin throwing (left hand) and square stacking(t=0.91,1.03,0.42,P>0.05), while in the control group, except for the balance of swinging bridge(t=4.27,P<0.05) and heel and toe walking(t=3.96,P<0.05), the improvement of other basic motor skills was not statistically significant(t=1.21, 0.74, 0.31, 0.97,P>0.05). Conclusion The quality of sports environment has a potential impact on the basic motor skills of preschool children. The basic motor skills of the pre-school children can be greatly improved by conducting structural and autonomous physical activities with a certain time and frequency.

Objective:Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the fourth most dominant cancer in the world and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the China. With the increase in the incidence of metabolic syndrome (MS) in the population, the correlation between MS and HCC has gradually been recognized. MS manifests as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (shortly known as NAFLD) in the liver. A large number of research results has shown that the development of fatty liver is closely related to the occurrence of HCC, in which lipid metabolism plays a key regulatory role, and lipid metabolism is regulated by fatty acid binding protein (FABP). This study signifies the lipid metabolism analysis and the key FABP expression conditions in HCC.Methods:Data of patients who were first diagnosed with primary HCC between January 2016 to July 2019 were collected, and were divided into two groups according to the etiology, namely the viral and non-viral hepatitis-related HCC group. The relationship between MS-related factors and HCC was analyzed by t-test and chi square test. The expressions of FABP1, FABP4 and FABP5 were detected in cancer and adjacent tissues by immunohistochemistry, and the expressions of FABP1, FABP4 and FABP5 in HCC with fatty liver were detected by immunofluorescence. Finally, the expressional characteristics of the above-mentioned FABPs in HCC patients were analyzed with different clinicopathological features.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the rate of abnormal lipid metabolism and the number of abnormalities in MS-related factors between the viral and non-viral hepatitis-related HCC group. FABP1, FABP4, and FABP5 expression in HCC tissues were lower than the corresponding adjacent tumor tissues. Compared with simple HCC, FABP1, FABP4, FABP5 expression were increased in HCC tissues with steatosis, and the expression of FABP was closely related to the clinical characteristics of patients.Conclusion:Abnormal lipid metabolism is closely related to non-viral hepatitis-related HCC. The expression of lipid metabolism regulatory proteins FABP1, FABP4, and FABP5 are down-regulated in HCC tissues, but up-regulated in HCC with fatty liver, suggesting that the relationship between MS, especially dyslipidemia, and HCC should be paid attention to in clinical practice for early intervention. FABP1, FABP4, FABP5 may regulate HCC occurrence and development.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the strategic shift of the producing areas of"8 famous medicines in Zheji-ang"and other genuine medicinal materials. METHODS:The current situation of"8 famous medicines in Zhejiang"and other genu-ine medicinal materials was analyzed,the changes and principles of producing areas were discussed,and the feasibility of shifting to Anhui Chizhou area was evaluated. RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:The"8 famous medicines in Zhejiang"and other genuine me-dicinal materials were in a relatively disordered state of development. Reduced planting area,disordered introduction and cultiva-tion,decreased quality of original herbs and impacts from other producing areas had seriously affected the sustainable development of"8 famous medicines in Zhejiang"and other genuine medicinal materials. However,the similarity of Anhui Chizhou area with original producing areas in geographical environment,land resources and environmental resources and its own advantages make a feasibility of the strategic shift of the producing areas to Anhui Chizhou area.

Objective:In order to develop an oral live vaccine vector of swine that can stably carry exogenous genes.Methods:Mutant ΔcrpΔcyaΔasdC78-1 was constructed by the method of suicide plasmid pREasd-mediated bacteria homologous recombination on the basis of attenuated Salmonella choleraesuisΔcrpΔcyaC78-1.Complementary plasmid pYA3493 with asd was electrotransformed into the mutant,and thenΔcrpΔcyaΔasdC78-1(pYA3493) host-vector balanced lethal system was constructed.Its biological characteristics were analyzed further.Results:The results of PCR and sequencing showed thatΔcrpΔcyaΔasdC78-1(pYA3493) was constructed suc-cessfully.Biological characteristics showed that the serotype of ΔcrpΔcyaΔasdC78-1(pYA3493) was identical to ΔcyaΔasdC78-1 and vaccine strain C500 and it can stably carry theΔasd gene in vitro;its growth speed was a little slower than ΔcrpΔcyaC78-1 strain,but both of their growth speeds were significantly slower than vaccine strain C500;the biochemical characteristics of ΔcrpΔcyaΔasdC78-1 ( pYA3493 ) were basically the same with ΔcrpΔcyaC78-1 strain.Oral virulence test in mice showed that the virulence ofΔcrpΔcyaΔasdC78-1 ( pYA3493 ) was similar with ΔcrpΔcyaC78-1, but its median lethal dose is 412 times of vaccine strain C500.Conclusion:These results demonstrated that attenuated Salmonella choleraesuisΔcrpΔcyaΔasdC78-1(pYA3493) strain had the potential to be used as an oral live vaccine vector for expressing foreign genes efficiently.

Objective To evaluate the effects of blood-lipid report's reformat on outpatients' behavior and knowledge of dyslipidemia therapy.Methods The blood-lipid report was reformatted by adding three tables from the Chinese Guideline on the Prevention and Treatment of Adult Dyslipidemia on its back.The same questionnaire was used twice to evaluate the patients' behavior and knowledge of dyslipidemia therapy before and after reformat.Results Before and after reformat,the rates of correct deterination of their own risk stratification were 26.0％ ( 112/430 ) and 26.3％ ( 115/438 ) respectively.The awareness rates of Different LDL-C goals among different persons wcre 37.0％ (159/430) and 35.8％ (157/438).Only 0.7％ (2/306) and 1.0％ (3/299) of patients knew their blood lipid goals (P =0.557).When the report showed normal blood lipid levels,the percentages of taking lipid-lowering drug were 47.6％ ( 230/483 ) and 46.6％ ( 216/464 ),20.5％ ( 99/483 ) and 19.0％ ( 88/464 ) of patients questioned the prescription.Non-medication rates were 31.9％ ( 154/483 ) and 34.5％ ( 160/464 ) respectively before and after reformat ( P ＞ 0.05 ).For patients requiting lipid-lowering drug therapy by the guideline,treatment rate improved significantly in the low-risk group (13.3％ vs.75.0％,P =0.002).Treatment rate slightly increased in the high-risk and very high-risk groups after reformat (54.0％ vs.56.8％,62.4％ vs.69.0％,P ＞ 0.05 ).Rates of achieving lipid goal showed no change [ 41.5％ ( 102/ 245 ) vs.44.5％ ( 114/256 ),P ＞ 0.05 ] after reformat,especially among the very high-risk patients [17.9％(12/68) vs.21.6％(11/52),P＞0.05].Conclusions The blood-lipid report reformat did not improve the patient behaviors and knowledge of the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia because of poor treatment rate and medication compliance.The combination of patient education and thorough blood-lipid report reformat may help to increase the attainment rate of dyslipidemia therapy.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,the diagnosis and therapy of synchronous multiple primary esophageal carcinoma.Methods Thirty-two cases of synchronous multiple primary esophageal carcinoma were collected from January 1980 to December 2010 and their clinic data were retrospectively analysised.Results In the whole group,there were totally 66 lesions in 30 cases of double primary lesion and 2 cases of three primary lesion.The length of the lesions were 1 cm to 6.5 cm,and there were 22 lesions in cervical esophagus,10 in upper thoracic esophagus,19 in midthoracic esophagus and 15 in lower thoracic esophagus.Within the 66 lesions,65 lesions were squamous cell carcinoma and 1 was adenocarcinoma.The mucosa between the lesions were normal,with a distance of 4 cm to 9.5 cm,average 7.1 cm.Thirty-two patients with synchronous multiple primary esophageal carcinoma received surgery.Among 32 cases,26 of them were given definite diagnosis before operation.Four of them had exploratory operation,one patient underwent palliative resection,27 patients underwent radical resection.Two cases of the pathologic results of esophageal stump showed carcinoma after operation.The complications occurred in 8 patients.Twenty-eight cases were followed up after operation,the 1,3 and 5-survival rate were 76.9％,43.3 and 14.8％,respectively.Conclusion General pre-operation examination can significant helpful for the definite diagnosis of synchronous multiple primary esophageal carcinoma and surgical treatment is better choice for this disease.

Objective To study clinical characteristics and prognostic factors in primary systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma (S-ALCL). Methods Clinical data of 56 S-ALCL were retrospectively analysed, who were diagnosed in Lymphoma Lab of Peking University Health Science Centre. Immunohistochemical staining for ALK-1 and bcl-2 were performed by standard SP method. Results The median age of patients is 17 years, and the ratio of sex was1.67:1 (male : female) in 56 cases of S-ALCL. Among of the 49 cases who were followed up, 32.65 % (16/49) of patients died, and all of them died within two years after diagnosis. The 3-year and 5-year overall survival were 64.28 %. 41 out of 56 cases (73.21 %) was positive for ALK-1 protein, while 10 cases out of 56 S-ALCL cases (17.86 %) positive for bcl-2. Clinical staging, extranodal sites of involvement or with extranodal sites of involvement and ALK were important prognostic factors with statistic significance by Long-rank test. Among of them, Clinical staging was the most independent prognostic factor by COX multivariate analysis. Conclusion S-ALCL was mostly seen in the young and middle-aged male patients. The death were most frequently occurred within two years after diagnosis. Most of the patients who have good responses to chemotherapy can get the complete remission and long-term survival. Clinical staging, extranodal sites of involvement or with extranodal sites of involvement and ALK were very important prognostic factors which can be used to predict the patients long term survival, and guide the treatment.
