Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of double microcatheter vascular inter-vention on senile intracranial aneurysms by adjusting brain injury markers and cerebral oxygen metabolism.Methods A total of 240 elderly patients with intracranial aneurysms diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2024 were recruited,and according to their treatment methods,they were divided into double microcatheter endovascular embolization group(study group,120 cases)and self-expanding stents combined with spring coils group(control group,120 cases).Therapeutic efficacy,prognosis,recovery of mental state,changes in brain injury markers,cerebral oxygen metabolism,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of the ratios of total embolization,subtotal embolization and incomplete embolization(P＞0.05).The study group obtained significantly higher complete recovery rate than the control group(74.2％vs 55.0％,P=0.019).The scores of memory ability,recall function,computing ability,concentration ability of attention,orientation function and language function were obviously im-proved in both groups after treatment(P＜0.01),and above scores were statistically higher in the study group than the control group(P＜0.01).In 1 d after treatment,arterial blood oxygen pres-sure,arterial blood oxygen,oxygen differences of internal carotid arterial and venous bulb,and cerebral oxygen uptake rate were significantly decreased,while oxygen partial pressure of internal jugular vein and internal jugular venous oxygen were obviously increased in both groups(P＜0.01).What's more,arterial blood oxygen partial pressure,arterial blood oxygen,oxygen differ-ence of internal carotid arterial and venous bulb and cerebral oxygen uptake rate were significantly increased in the two groups at 6 months after treatment than 1 d after treatment(P＜0.01).The study group obtained significantly higher partial pressure of arterial blood oxygen,arterial blood oxygen,internal jugular vein oxygen,internal jugular venous oxygen difference and cerebral oxy-gen uptake rate,while lower partial pressure of internal jugular venous oxygen than the control group in 1 d after treatment,and had notably higher partial pressure of arterial blood oxygen,ar-terial blood oxygen,oxygen difference of internal carotid arterial and venous bulb and cerebral ox-ygen uptake rate,and decreased partial pressure of jugular vein oxygen and jugular venous oxygen than the control group in 6 months after treatment(P＜0.01).No statistical significances were observed in the proportions of cerebral infarction,vasospasm,vasorestenosis and transient cere-bral hemorrhage between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Double microcatheter vascular intervention can further improve the therapeutic efficacy of elderly intracranial aneurysms by ad-justing brain injury markers and brain oxygen metabolism indicators.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of a new variety of Sambucus williamsii Hance Yandan on the healing in rats with fractures.METHODS SD rats were randomly allocated to sham surgery group,model group,Zhonghua dieda pill group(0.54 g/kg),wild S.williamsii group(5.4 g/kg,using raw drug dosage),and high-,medium-,and low-dose groups of Yandan(10.8,5.4,2.7 g/kg,using raw drug dosage),with 12 rats in each group.Except for the sham surgery group,the remaining groups were prepared with a femoral fracture model.Starting from the second day after surgery,each group was intubated with the corresponding drugs and distilled water once daily for 8 consecutive weeks.At 2,4,and 8 weeks after administration,the levels of calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and osteocalcin(OCN)in rat serum were detected.Micro-CT scanning was used to evaluate the morphology and bone microstructural parameters of the fractured femur[bone mineral density(BMD),bone volume/tissue volume(BV/TV),trabecular number(Tb.N),trabecular separation(Tb.Sp),trabecular thickness(Tb.Th)],and hematoxylin-eosin staining was adopted to observe the morphological changes at the bone fracture site.RESULTS Compared with the model group,the levels of calcium in rat serum were significantly decreased(except at 4 weeks after administration),and the levels of phosphorus,ALP,and OCN were significantly increased(P＜0.05)at 2,4,and 8 weeks after administration in the high-dose group of Yandan;bone callus formation,connection of fracture ends,gradual blurring or disappearance of the fracture line,and opening of the marrow cavity were observed in the bone repair process,and a large amount of granulation tissue,fibroblasts,chondrocytes,new trabeculae,and new bone plates were visible at the fracture site of bone tissue;after 8 weeks of administration,BMD,BV/TV,Tb.N,and Tb.Th were significantly increased,and Tb.Sp was significantly decreased(P＜0.05).Most of the above indicators in the wild S.williamsii Hance group showed no significant changes.CONCLUSIONS Yandan has the effect of promoting fracture healing in rats,and its effect is superior to that of wild S.williamsii.

Objective:To analyze the inhibiting mechanism of microRNA-199a/b-3p(miR-199)on cell proliferation of triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)cells.Methods:Expression of miR199 in BT549 and MDA-MB-231 cells transfected with miR-199a/b-3p was detected by qRT-PCR.The proliferation of BT549 and MDA-MB-231 cells transfected with miR-199 were analysed by MTT as-say.Cell cycle of TNBC cells transfected with miR-199 was detected by Flow Cytometry assay.Results:MiR-199a/b-3p could suppress the proliferation of BT549 and MDA-MB-231 cells.Comparing with normal control,the proliferation rate were up to(41.02±2.34)%and(28.42 ±6.70 )%,and the cell cycle were arrest at G 1 phase.Conclusion: MiR-199a/b-3p could suppress the proliferation of TNBC,and may be a promising anti-cancer drug for TNBC.
