To thoroughly implement the strategic deployment outlined in the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the Inheritance and Innovative Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine regarding research on dominant diseases of traditional Chinese medicine and to uphold the development philosophy of equal emphasis on traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine，the China Association of Chinese Medicine has fully played a leading academic role by systematically organizing and conducting a series of academic youth salons on clinical dominant diseases of traditional Chinese medicine. On September 13，2024，the 36^th Youth Salon on Clinical Dominant Diseases was successfully held in Nanjing，focusing on the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and the integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction （ED）. The conference brought together leading experts from traditional Chinese medicine，western medicine，and interdisciplinary fields，facilitating in-depth multidisciplinary discussions that led to key consensus on optimizing traditional Chinese medicine treatment protocols for ED，researching and developing new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine，and advancing interdisciplinary development in traditional Chinese medicine. This salon systematically sorted out the clinical strengths and distinctive features of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of ED. Based on current research foundations and clinical needs，it identified key directions for future scientific layout and scientific research tackling： （1） Standardization of syndrome differentiation system of traditional Chinese medicine for ED. （2） Optimization and standardization of intervention methods of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. （3） High-quality clinical research guided by evidence-based medicine. （4） In-depth analysis of the pharmacological mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ED. （5） Clinical translation and application promotion of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine. （6） Interdisciplinary integration and innovation in traditional Chinese medicine. For each research direction，key focus areas，expected objectives，and clinical value were further refined，along with the establishment of a scientifically sound priority funding level evaluation system. Therefore，building on the series of salons on the ED-focused dominant diseases of traditional Chinese medicine，this paper provides standardized guidance for clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine in ED management，effectively contributing to the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine. It serves as a valuable reference for national scientific and technological strategic layout， research and development decision-making in new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine，research topic planning，and clinical guideline formulation.

ObjectiveThis paper aims to evaluate the intervention effect of Gandou Fumu Decoction （GDFMD） in treating hepatolenticular degeneration with liver fibrosis of liver-kidney deficiency and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome， thereby providing evidence-based medical evidence for the treatment of Wilson's disease （WD）-related liver fibrosis with traditional Chinese medicine through clinical efficacy analysis. MethodsA total of 70 patients with WD-related liver fibrosis of liver-kidney deficiency and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome meeting the inclusion criteria were enrolled from Anhui Provincial Hospital of TCM from October 1， 2023， to October 1， 2024. Participants were divided into a control group and an observation group， with 35 cases in each group. The control group received conventional copper chelation therapy with sodium dimercaptopropanesulfonate （DMPS）. On this basis， the observation group was additionally administered GDFMD orally. Each treatment course lasted eight days， for a total of four treatment courses. Efficacy evaluations were performed before treatment and after the second and fourth treatment courses， respectively. The clinical efficacy and safety of GDFMD in the treatment of WD-related liver fibrosis were assessed by comparing the changes in liver stiffness measurement （LSM）， liver serological markers ［alanine aminotransferase （ALT）， aspartate aminotransferase （AST）， type Ⅳ collagen （C-Ⅳ）， laminin （LN）， N-terminal propeptide of type Ⅲ procollagen （PⅢNP）， and hyaluronic acid （HA）］， fibrosis index based on 4 factors （FIB-4）， AST to platelet ratio index （APRI）， unified Wilson's disease rating scale part Ⅱ （UWDRS-Ⅱ）， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score， 24-hour urinary copper， and safety indicators between the two groups before and after treatment. ResultsCompared with those before treatment， LSM levels decreased in both groups after two and four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with those after treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of LSM levels in the observation group after two treatment courses， and the improvement of LSM levels in the observation group was more obvious after four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with those before treatment， the levels of HA， LN， PⅢNP， and C-Ⅳ decreased in both groups after two and four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with those after treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of the C-Ⅳ levels in the observation group after two treatment courses， and the levels of HA， LN， and PⅢNP were more obvious （P<0.05）. After four treatment courses in the observation group， the levels of HA， LN， PⅢNP， and C-Ⅳ were improved more significantly （P<0.05）. Compared with those before treatment， ALT and AST levels decreased in both groups after two and four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with the control group after treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of ALT and AST levels in the observation group after two treatment courses， and the improvement of ALT and AST levels in the observation group was more obvious after four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with those before treatment， APRI score and FIB-4 index level decreased in both groups after two and four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with those in control group after treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of APRI score and FIB-4 index level in the observation group after two treatment courses， and the APRI score in the observation group was more obvious after four treatment courses （P<0.05）， with no statistically significant improvement in the FIB-4 index difference. Compared with those before treatment， the levels of TCM syndrome scores decreased in both groups after two and four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with that of the control group after treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of the level of TCM syndrome scores in the observation group after two treatment courses， and the improvement of the level of TCM syndrome scores in the observation group was more obvious after four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with those before treatment， the UWDRS-Ⅱ scores in both groups after two treatment courses were not improved obviously， and the UWDRS-Ⅱ scores in both groups decreased after four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with those of the control group after treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of the UWDRS-Ⅱ scores in the observation group after two treatment courses， and the improvement of the UWDRS-Ⅱ scores in the observation group after four treatment courses was more obvious （P<0.05）. Compared with those before treatment， the 24-h urine copper levels were significantly higher in both groups after two and four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with those in the control group after treatment， the 24-h urine copper levels in the observation group were significantly higher after two and four treatment courses （P<0.01）. After two treatment courses， the 24-h urine copper level in the observation group showed a gradual decreasing trend， although it was higher than that before treatment. After four treatment courses， the control group had an improvement rate of 91.43%， an effective rate of 34.29%， and an apparent rate of 2.86%. The observation group had an improvement rate of 94.29%， an effective rate of 71.43%， and an apparent rate of 8.57%. The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion① The efficacy of GDFMD combined with DMPS therapy in patients with WD-related liver fibrosis of liver-kidney deficiency and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome is significantly better than that of single DMPS therapy， and the advantages of the combined therapy are more obvious with the prolongation of the treatment cycle. ② GDFMD combined with the DMPS therapy program in the long-term application exhibits no obvious adverse reactions with good safety， which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.

Compared with the control group after treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of ALT and AST levels in the observation group after two treatment courses， and the improvement of ALT and AST levels in the observation group was more obvious after four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with those before treatment， APRI score and FIB-4 index level decreased in both groups after two and four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with those in control group after treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of APRI score and FIB-4 index level in the observation group after two treatment courses， and the APRI score in the observation group was more obvious after four treatment courses （P<0.05）， with no statistically significant improvement in the FIB-4 index difference. Compared with those before treatment， the levels of TCM syndrome scores decreased in both groups after two and four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with that of the control group after treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of the level of TCM syndrome scores in the observation group after two treatment courses， and the improvement of the level of TCM syndrome scores in the observation group was more obvious after four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with those before treatment， the UWDRS-Ⅱ scores in both groups after two treatment courses were not improved obviously， and the UWDRS-Ⅱ scores in both groups decreased after four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with those of the control group after treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of the UWDRS-Ⅱ scores in the observation group after two treatment courses， and the improvement of the UWDRS-Ⅱ scores in the observation group after four treatment courses was more obvious （P<0.05）. Compared with those before treatment， the 24-h urine copper levels were significantly higher in both groups after two and four treatment courses （P<0.05）. Compared with those in the control group after treatment， the 24-h urine copper levels in the observation group were significantly higher after two and four treatment courses （P<0.01）. After two treatment courses， the 24-h urine copper level in the observation group showed a gradual decreasing trend， although it was higher than that before treatment. After four treatment courses， the control group had an improvement rate of 91.43%， an effective rate of 34.29%， and an apparent rate of 2.86%. Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of schistosomiasis surveillance in Jiangsu Province during the stage moving from transmission control to transmission interruption, and to analyze the current risk and challenges, so as to provide the evidence for achieving the target of schistosomiasis elimination. Methods Schistosomiasis surveillance data were collected from Jiangsu Province from 2012 to 2024, and the endemic areas, Schistosoma japonicum infections in humans and livestock, Oncomelania hupensis snail distribution and implementation of integrated interventions were descriptively analyzed. In addition, the trends in areas with snails, seroprevalence of human S. japonicum infections and numbers of advanced schistosomiasis cases were assessed using a Joinpoint regression model. Results The endemic areas of schistosomiasis continued to shrink in Jiangsu Province from 2012 to 2024, with the number of schistosomiasis-eliminated counties (cities, districts) increasing from 53 (75.71%) to 63 (96.92%), and interruption of schistosomiasis transmission was achieved across the province. A total of 4 600 300 person-times were tested for serum antibodies against S. japonicum, with 28 719 person-times positive detected; and 616 500 person-times were tested S. japonicum infections among local residents in Jiangsu Province from 2012 to 2024, with only 3 egg-positives detected, and no egg-positives found since 2017. A total of 187 600 herd-times were tested for schistosomiasis in livestock, and no S. japonicum infections were found. O. hupensis snail survey was performed covering 1 018 408.97 hm², and a total of 35 556.35 hm² was found with snail-infested habitats, including 174.40 hm2 of emerging snail-infested habitats. A total of 1 102 800 O. hupensis snails were identified for S. japonicum infections, and no infections were found. The areas of snail-infested habitats appeared a tendency towards a rise in Jiangsu Province from 2019 to 2023 (APC = 23.67%, P < 0.05), and the actual areas of snail-infested habitats appeared a tendency towards a decline from 2012 to 2015 (APC = −22.77%, P < 0.05), and towards a rise from 2015 to 2023 (APC = 9.76%, P < 0.01). The seroprevalence of anti-S. japonicum antibodies appeared a tendency towards a decline among residents in Jiangsu Province from 2017 to 2023 (APC = −14.92%, P < 0.01). In addition, the number of newly diagnosed advanced schistosomiasis cases appeared a tendency towards a decline from 2012 to 2024 (APC = −12.02%, P < 0.01), and the numbers of advanced schistosomiasis patients requiring treatment showed a tendency towards a decline from 2012 to 2021 (APC = −10.56%, P < 0.01) and from 2021 to 2023 (APC = −20.06%, P < 0.01). Conclusions Great progresses had been achieved in schistosomiasis control in Jiangsu Province following transmission control, and transmission interruption had been achieved; however, there are still snail-infested habitats. High-intensity surveillance and integrated control are required to be maintained to advance the achievement of the target of schistosomiasis elimination in Jiangsu Province.

ObjectiveHepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) represents 90% of all primary liver cancers. The main risk factors associated with HCC include viral hepatitis (B and/or C), alcohol abuse, and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), which progressively advance to liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, and ultimately evolve into HCC. Surgical resection represents the most effective treatment for HCC, while recent advances in immunotherapy, including immune checkpoint inhibitors and adoptive cell therapies, have provided improved treatment prospects for patients with unresectable HCC. However, the complex metabolic heterogeneity of HCC limits the therapeutic efficacy. Metabolic intermediates acyl-CoA not only provide energy and substrates for numerous biochemical reactions but also serve as donors for protein lysine acylation, a major class of post-translational modification (PTM). Therefore, a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying protein lysine acylation and hepatocarcinogenesis is urgently needed. MethodsThe levels of protein lysine acylation and silence information regulator 5 (SIRT5) expression levels in clinical HCC samples were analyzed by Western blot. Quantitative malonylome and succinylome of HCC samples were analyzed by antibody-based affinity enrichment coupled with tandem mass spectrometry. The proliferation of HCC cells was analyzed with Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assays, the apoptosis was quantified by Annexin V-FITC/propidium iodide (PI) staining coupled with flow cytometry, and the ability of cells to migrate was assayed by Transwell assays. The enzymatic activity of glutathione S-transferase Mu 1 (GSTM1) was quantified. Transgenic mice with hepatic overexpression of SIRT5 were constructed using CRISPR-Cas9, and primary hepatocarcinogenesis was induced by administration of diethylnitrosamine. ResultsWestern blot analysis indicated that the expression level of SIRT5 was elevated in clinical samples from HCC patients, and the levels of lysine malonylation, glutarylation, and succinylation were significantly reduced in HCC tissues. Knockout of SIRT5 in MHCC-97H and MHCC-97L hepatoma cells suppressed cell proliferation, and increased the percentage of apoptotic cells significantly. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses of the differentially malonylome and succinylome of HCC samples revealed significant enrichment in two major classes of biological processes: core energy metabolism (e.g., glycolysis/gluconeogenesis, tricarboxylic acid metabolic process, fatty acid beta oxidation) and detoxification and oxidative stress response (e.g., response to toxic substance, chemical carcinogenesis, reactive oxygen species (ROS)). SIRT5 removes malonylation from lysine residues in GSTM1 and restores its detoxification activity, which is crucial for the survival of hepatocytes under stressed conditions. More importantly, in vivo experiment indicated that hepatic-specific overexpression of SIRT5 in mice accelerated diethylnitrosamine-induced liver fibrosis and hepatocarcinogenesis, indicating the critical role of SIRT5 in HCC progression. ConclusionThis study highlights the previously unrecognized SIRT5-GSTM1 axis as a key regulator in hepatocarcinogenesis, and suggests a potential target for the treatment of patients with HCC.

Objective : To investigate the protective effect of dimethyl fumarate(DMF) on maternal intrahepatic cholestasis(ICP) during pregnancy induced by di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP) exposure and its mechanism. Methods : Thirty-two 8-week-old female institute of cancer research(ICR) mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: Ctrl group, DEHP group, DMF group and DEHP+DMF group. DEHP and DEHP+DMF groups were treated with DEHP(200 mg/kg) by gavage every morning at 9:00 a.m. DMF and DEHP+DMF groups were treated with DMF(150 mg/kg) from day 13 to day 16 of gestation by gavage. After completion of gavage on day 16 of pregnancy, maternal blood, maternal liver, placenta, and amniotic fluid were collected from pregnant mice after a six-hour abrosia. The body weight of the mother rats and the body weight of the fetus rats were sorted and analyzed; the levels of total bile acid(TBA), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), aspartate aminotransferase/alanine aminotransferase(AST/ALT) in serum and TBA in liver, amniotic fluid and placenta were detected by biochemical analyzer; HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of liver tissue; Quantitative reverse transcription PCR(RT-qPCR) was used to detect the expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin(IL)-6, IL-1, IL-18 and NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3(NLRP3) in the liver; Western blot was used to detect the expression of the nuclear factor KappaB(NF-κB) and NLRP3. Results : Compared with the control group, the body weight of the DEHP-treated dams and pups decreased(P<0.05); the levels of TBA, ALP, AST/ALT in the serum of dams and the levels of TBA in the liver, amniotic fluid, and placenta of dams increased(P<0.05); the histopathological results showed that liver tissue was damaged, bile ducts were deformed, and there was inflammatory cell infiltration around them; the levels of inflammation-related factors TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1, IL-18 and NLRP3 transcription in maternal liver increased(P<0.05); the expression of NF-κB and NLRP3 protein in maternal liver significantly increased( P<0. 05). Compared with the DEHP group,the body weight of both dams and fetuses significantly increased in DEHP + DMF group( P<0. 05); the levels of TBA,ALP,AST/ALT in the serum of dams and amniotic fluid of fetuses decreased( P<0. 05); the degree of liver lesions was improved; the transcription levels of inflammation-related factors TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1,IL-18 and NLRP3 in maternal liver decreased( P<0. 05); the expression of NF-κB and NLRP3 protein in maternal liver significantly decreased( P<0. 05). Conclusion DMF can effectively protect the DEHP exposure to lead to female ICP,and its mechanism may be through inhibiting the NF-κB/NLRP3 pathway and reducing liver inflammation.

ObjectiveTo explore the protective effect and underlying mechanism of Gegen Qinliantang on cognitive function in db/db mice with diabetic cognitive impairment （DCI）. MethodsThirty-two 8-week-old male db/db mice were randomly assigned to the model group， dapagliflozin group （1.0 mg·kg^-1·d^-1）， low-dose Gegen Qinliantang group （6.24 g·kg^-1·d^-1）， and high-dose Gegen Qinliantang group （24.96 g·kg^-1·d^-1）. Eight db/m mice served as the normal group. All mice were administered the corresponding treatment once daily by gavage for 10 consecutive weeks. Body weight and fasting blood glucose （FBG） were dynamically monitored. The Morris water maze test was used to evaluate cognitive function. Hematoxylin-eosin （HE） staining and Nissl staining were used to observe pathological changes in the hippocampus. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was employed to measure the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and interleukin-1β （IL-1β） in hippocampal tissue. Immunofluorescence double staining was used to detect the co-expression of M1 microglial marker CD16/32 and ionized calcium-binding adapter molecule 1 （IBA1） in the hippocampus. Western blot analysis was performed to detect the protein expression of postsynaptic density protein 95 （PSD-95）， synapsin （SYN）， nuclear factor-κB p65 （NF-κB p65）， and phosphorylated NF-κB p65 （p-NF-κB p65） in the hippocampus. ResultsCompared with the normal group， the model group showed significantly increased body weight and FBG levels （P<0.01）， significantly prolonged escape latency and reduced platform crossings in the Morris water maze test （P<0.01）， disordered arrangement of hippocampal neurons， nuclear pyknosis， increased neuronal necrosis， reduced Nissl bodies， decreased expression of synaptic proteins PSD-95 and SYN （P<0.01）， increased CD16/32⁺ /IBA1⁺ positive rate， elevated levels of TNF-α and IL-1β， and an increased p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65 ratio （P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， the dapagliflozin group exhibited significantly reduced FBG levels at weeks 5 and 10 （P<0.05， P<0.01） and increased body weight. The high-dose Gegen Qinliantang group showed significantly reduced FBG at week 10 （P<0.05）. Escape latency was significantly reduced on days 3 and 5 of the water maze test in the dapagliflozin group and on day 5 in the high-dose Gegen Qinliantang group （P<0.05）. Platform crossings were significantly increased in both the dapagliflozin group and the high-dose Gegen Qinliantang group （P<0.05）. Hippocampal pathological damage was alleviated to varying degrees in the dapagliflozin group and the low- and high-dose Gegen Qinliantang groups， with significantly increased expression of PSD-95 and SYN （P<0.01）. Further studies revealed that both low- and high-dose Gegen Qinliantang reduced hippocampal IL-1β levels and the CD16/32⁺/IBA1⁺ positive rate of microglia， while the high-dose group also significantly reduced hippocampal TNF-α levels and the p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65 （P<0.05， P<0.01）. ConclusionGegen Qinliantang can improve hyperglycemia， cognitive dysfunction， and synaptic damage in DCI， inhibit M1 polarization of microglia and neuroinflammation， and its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of NF-κB activation.

Body weight and fasting blood glucose （FBG） were dynamically monitored. The Morris water maze test was used to evaluate cognitive function. Hematoxylin-eosin （HE） staining and Nissl staining were used to observe pathological changes in the hippocampus. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was employed to measure the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and interleukin-1β （IL-1β） in hippocampal tissue. Immunofluorescence double staining was used to detect the co-expression of M1 microglial marker CD16/32 and ionized calcium-binding adapter molecule 1 （IBA1） in the hippocampus. Western blot analysis was performed to detect the protein expression of postsynaptic density protein 95 （PSD-95）， synapsin （SYN）， nuclear factor-κB p65 （NF-κB p65）， and phosphorylated NF-κB p65 （p-NF-κB p65） in the hippocampus. ResultsCompared with the normal group， the model group showed significantly increased body weight and FBG levels （P<0.01）， significantly prolonged escape latency and reduced platform crossings in the Morris water maze test （P<0.01）， disordered arrangement of hippocampal neurons， nuclear pyknosis， increased neuronal necrosis， reduced Nissl bodies， decreased expression of synaptic proteins PSD-95 and SYN （P<0.01）， increased CD16/32⁺ /IBA1⁺ positive rate， elevated levels of TNF-α and IL-1β， and an increased p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65 ratio （P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， the dapagliflozin group exhibited significantly reduced FBG levels at weeks 5 and 10 （P<0.05， P<0.01） and increased body weight. The high-dose Gegen Qinliantang group showed significantly reduced FBG at week 10 （P<0.05）. Escape latency was significantly reduced on days 3 and 5 of the water maze test in the dapagliflozin group and on day 5 in the high-dose Gegen Qinliantang group （P<0.05）. Platform crossings were significantly increased in both the dapagliflozin group and the high-dose Gegen Qinliantang group （P<0.05）. Hippocampal pathological damage was alleviated to varying degrees in the dapagliflozin group and the low- and high-dose Gegen Qinliantang groups， with significantly increased expression of PSD-95 and SYN （P<0.01）. Further studies revealed that both low- and high-dose Gegen Qinliantang reduced hippocampal IL-1β levels and the CD16/32⁺/IBA1⁺ positive rate of microglia， while the high-dose group also significantly reduced hippocampal TNF-α levels and the p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65 （P<0.05， P<0.01）. ConclusionGegen Qinliantang can improve hyperglycemia， cognitive dysfunction， and synaptic damage in DCI， inhibit M1 polarization of microglia and neuroinflammation， and its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of NF-κB activation.

Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) in differentiating tumor deposits (TDs) from metastatic lymph nodes (MLNs) in rectal cancer. Materials and Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 70 patients with rectal cancer, including 168 lesions (70 TDs and 98 MLNs confirmed by histopathology), who underwent pretreatment MRI and subsequent surgery between March 2019 and December 2022. The morphological characteristics of TDs and MLNs, along with quantitative parameters derived from DCE-MRI (K trans , kep, and v e) and DWI (ADCmin, ADCmax, and ADCmean), were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Multivariable binary logistic regression and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analyses were performed to assess the diagnostic performance of significant individual quantitative parameters and combined parameters in distinguishing TDs from MLNs. Results: All morphological features, including size, shape, border, and signal intensity, as well as all DCE-MRI parameters showed significant differences between TDs and MLNs (all P < 0.05). However, ADC values did not demonstrate significant differences (all P > 0.05). Among the single quantitative parameters, v e had the highest diagnostic accuracy, with an area under the ROC curve (AUC) of 0.772 for distinguishing TDs from MLNs. A multivariable logistic regression model incorporating short axis, border, v e, and ADC mean improved diagnostic performance, achieving an AUC of 0.833 (P = 0.027). Conclusion The combination of morphological features, DCE-MRI parameters, and ADC values can effectively aid in the preoperative differentiation of TDs from MLNs in rectal cancer.

The Huangdi Neijing also points out the physiological relationship between the transportation and transformation of body fluids and the rise and fall of the spleen and stomach， which can deduce the pathological relationship between the occurrence of lipid turbidity disease and the abnormal rise and fall of the spleen and stomach functions. Lipid turbidity disease is caused by overconsumption of fatty and sweet foods or insufficient spleen and stomach endowments， leading to disorders of the function of promoting clear and reducing turbidity in the spleen and stomach. This leads to the transformation of thick grease in body fluids into lipid turbidity， which accumulates in the body's meridians， blood vessels， skin pores， and organs， forming various forms of metabolic diseases. The research team believed that the pathological basis of lipid turbidity disease was the abnormal rise and fall of the spleen and stomach and the obstruction of the transfer of grease. According to the different locations where lipid turbidity stays， it was divided into four common pathogenesis types： ''inability to distinguish between the clear and turbid， turbid stagnation in the Ying blood''， ''spleen not rising clear， turbid accumulation in the vessels''， ''spleen dysfunction， lipid retention in the pores''， ''spleen failure to transportation and transformation， and grease accumulation in the liver''. According to the pathogenesis， it could be divided into four common syndromes， namely， turbid stagnation in the Ying blood， turbid accumulation in the vessels， lipid retention in the pores， and grease accumulation in the liver， and the corresponding prescriptions were given for syndrome differentiation and treatment， so as to guide clinical differentiation and treatment of the lipid turbidity disease.
