Off-label drug use in psychiatry has long been prevelent, with common clinical practices lacking standardized guidance and associated risks warranting close attention. To address the practical needs of frontline clinicians, the Mental Health Branch of the China National Narcotic Drugs Association, in collaboration with multiple institutions, has launched a project to formulate the Guidelines on Off-label Use of Common Psychiatric Medications in China ("Guideline"). The Guidelines focuses on evaluating evidence and formulating recommendations regarding off-label use scenarios of common psychiatric medications, including indications, dosage, administration, and specific populations. It employs standard methodological frameworks, notably the GRADE-ADOLOPMENT approach (Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation Evidence to Decision frameworks for adoption, adaptation, and de?novo development of recommendations), to ensure both scientific rigor and practical applicability. This proposal systematically outlines the background, objectives, processes, organizational structure, and methodologies of the Guideline, aiming to provide psychiatrists with practical and evidence-based prescribing recommendations.

Recently, the situation of the preventing and controlling of the novel coronavirus infection has changed. After patients with mental disorders are infected with the new coronavirus (hereinafter referred to as the new coronavirus), they will face the following problems: whether the drugs related to the new coronavirus infection can be used at the same time as the psychiatric drugs, and whether there will be pharmacokinetic or pharmacodynamic interactions between the medicines How to avoid the safety risks brought by drug interactions? Focusing on the above issues, this article puts forward some suggestions based on the summary of existing evidence, hoping to help front-line doctors.

OBJECTIVE:To improve the electronic prescription prior-review mode and increase the rate of qualified prescrip-tions. METHODS:The electronic prescription prior-review mode of our hospital was established by setting up outpatient and emer-gency electronic prescription review team, review evidence and enforcement measures. Aimed at these problems as low review effi-ciency at initial stage,non-unified standards and untimely feedback, quality control circle and internet tools WeChat were used to improve the mode and evaluate its effects. RESULTS:The electronic prescription prior-review mode of our hospital was improved by optimizing system settings, unifying review standard,one-to-one feedback and communication with WeChat public platform, etc. Average time of prescription prior-review had reduced from 50 s to 30.58 s;the rate of qualified prescriptions had increased from 86.77% to 95.30%;prescription review efficiency and the rate of qualified prescriptions had been improved significantly. CONCLUSIONS:The implementation and continuous improvement of electronic prescription prior-review mode can reduce the rate of unqualified prescriptions and promote rational drug use in outpatient and emergency department.

Objective To establish a level three class A hospital diabetes specialist nurse training modes and methods, in order to create specialist nurse training new model positioning in the different of national ( provincial) diabetes specialist nurses and diabetes care team contact nurses, and provide a new method and thought for college talent team construction. Methods Union Hospital Tongji Medical College Huazhong University of Science and Technology started diabetes specialist nurse training program in 2013, and 36 nurses was registered for these first program, then after the assessment, 21 people was participated in training. They carried out a 8 full-time comprehensive theory and clinical practice training, the training plan and assessment scheme formulated by the diabetes specialist nursing team. Results In the process of training, attendance rate was 98. 5%, and the theory and specialized operation achievement qualified rate was 90. 48% and 100. 00%. The non endocrine specialist carried out individualized diabetes education for more than 1100 times in 2014 after the training, organized medical lectures 23 times, compiled a diabetes specialist nursing guideline, organized 12 times special quality control of the ward, and carried out more than 60 lectures in diabetes patients; the process of diabetes care consultation between departments was improved and nursing consultation more than 70 person-time. It published 5 diabetes related papers in 2014, successful applied for 2 research subjects, organized 4 teaching activities for diabetes, applied and carried out report and extension services 11 projects. Conclusions This training cultivates many specialized nurses overall understanding of diabetes related knowledge, can implement nursing and health education for high blood glucose patients in the hospital, and improve the specialized nursing and scientific research ability.

OBJECTIVETo explore the differences of the main pharmacological action in wild and cultivated Atractylodes lancea.
METHODStudy the effect of the 70% ethanol extracts from the wild and the culticated A. lancea on the mice with gastriculcer induced by absolute ethyl alcohol or HCl. Stdudy the effect on intestinal propulsive function in mice by measuring the length of intestine and distance of Indian ink. Observe anti-bacteria effect in vitro of the A. lancea by determining the minimum inhibitory concentrations.
RESULTThe pharmacological action, which made a little difference in the sane productive places, and made significant differences in different productive places. Compared to Jurong, it has better actions in Luotian on small intestinal propulsive function and bacteriostatic action. There was not an obvious difference in protective effect on gastric ulcer induced by absolute ethyl alcohol and 0.6 mol x L(-1) HC1 between different locations.
CONCLUSIONTo the main effect, cultvated A. lancea had no significant difference on the whole but having better result in some respects, which can provide the pharmacodynamics evidence of cultivated A. lancea being used instead of the wild.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2009;34(20):2669-2672
We described chemical composition in Cangzhu in recent years, volatile oil is the important chemical composition, The beta-eudesmol, hinesol are active ingredient in volatile oil and there are 38 kind of glycosides. At the same time, we overview the applying of RAPD technology in atractylodes lancea. The results is that there are correlation in chemical composition, genetic differentiation and geographical distribution, there is some truth in bounded by a territorial division of the north-south Cangzhu, and genetic differentiation has been happened in atractylodes lancea to adapting the environment. We described advances of pharmacological in dampness spleen, cardiovascular system, genitourinary system, nervous system, and the results show that there are pharmacological activity in digestive system, cardiovascular system, genitourinary system of atractylodes lancea.
