In order to cope with the increasing demand and complexity of hospital material management,the Third Affili-ated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University introduced a whole-process integrated material management system in 2023.The system aims to realize the functions of automatic collection,dynamic monitoring,prediction and early warning and automation.This pa-per analyzes in detail the problems existing in the four aspects of demand identification,procurement management,material stor-age,warehousing and logistics transportation in the traditional material management mode.Through the introduction of the inte-grated management system for the whole process of materials,the basic functional platform of receiving information and dynamic monitoring of the whole process is built,and through the effective embedding of seven functional modules,all aspects of material management are fully covered,ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of material supply management,reducing management risks,and improving the overall service quality and clinical satisfaction of the hospital.This paper aims to provide an efficient and intel-ligent material management solution for hospital management team,and promote the high-quality development of hospitals.

Objective To investigate the relationship between daily intake of B vitamins(vitamins Bl,B2,B6 and niacin)and chronic constipation and chronic diarrhea.Methods Data of 3 durations(2005-2006,2007-2008 and 2009-2010)from National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(NHANES)database were collected and retrospectively analyzed.For the 13 788 participants,their intake of vitamin B1,B2,B6,and niacin were assessed through a 24-hour dietary recall interview.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was employed to explore the correlation between B vitamins and chronic constipation and chronic diarrhea.Additionally,sensitivity analysis and curve fitting correlation analysis were conducted to further elucidate the observed relationships.Results Among the subjects who were enrolled in the study,2 520(18.28％)were diagnosed with chronic constipation,while 2 138(15.51％)were diagnosed with chronic diarrhea.Multivariate logistic regression analysis and sensitivity analysis indicated linear correlations between the intake of vitamin B1,niacin and vitamin B6 and the occurrence of chronic constipation and chronic diarrhea.An increase in the daily intake of these nutrients potentially reduced the risk of chronic constipation,but also increased the risk of chronic diarrhea(P＜0.05).Conclusion Daily intake of vitamins B1,B2,B6 and niacin is correlated with the occurrence of chronic constipation and chronic diarrhea.

c-Myc protein encoded by c-Myc (cellular-myelocytomatosis viral oncogene) gene regulates the related gene expression through the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, and has received extensive attention in recent years. The purpose of this study was to express Helicoverpa armigera c-Myc gene (Ha-c-Myc) by using prokaryotic expression system, prepare the polyclonal antibody, examine the spatio-temporal expression profile of Ha-c-Myc, and investigate the possible function of Ha-c-Myc in regulating H. armigera sterol carrier protein-2 (SCP-2) gene expression. The Ha-c-Myc gene was amplified by PCR and cloned into a prokaryotic expression plasmid pET-32a(+). The recombinant plasmid pET-32a-Ha-c-Myc was transformed into Escherichia coli BL21. IPTG was used to induce the expression of the recombinant protein. Protein was purified by Ni²⁺-NTA column and used to immunize New Zealand rabbits for preparing the polyclonal antibody. The Ha-c-Myc expression levels in different developmental stages (egg, larva, prepupa, pupa, and adult) of H. armigera and different tissues (midgut, fat body, head, and epidermis) of the prepupa were determined by real-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR). Ha-c-Myc siRNA was synthesized and transfected into H. armigera Ha cells. The relative mRNA levels of Ha-c-Myc and HaSCP-2 in Ha cells were detected by qRT-PCR. Results showed that the pET-32a-Ha-c-Myc recombinant plasmid was constructed. The soluble Ha-c-Myc protein of about 65 kDa was expressed in E. coli. The polyclonal antibody was prepared. Western blotting analysis suggested that the antibody had high specificity. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) showed that the titer of the antibody was high. Ha-c-Myc gene expressed at all developmental stages, with high levels in the early and late instars of larva, and the prepupal stage. Tissue expression profiles revealed that Ha-c-Myc expressed in various tissues of prepupa, with high expression level in the midgut, but low levels in the epidermis and fat body. RNAi results showed that the knockdown of Ha-c-Myc expression significantly affected transcription of HaSCP-2, leading to a 50% reduction in HaSCP-2 mRNA expression level. In conclusion, the Ha-c-Myc was expressed through a prokaryotic expression system, and the polyclonal anti-Ha-c-Myc antibody was obtained. Ha-c-Myc may promote the expression of HaSCP-2 and play an important role in the lipid metabolism of H. armigera. These results may facilitate further study on the potential role and function mechanism of Ha-c-Myc in H. armigera and provide experimental data for exploring new targets of green pesticides.

Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics of the T cell lymphomas with CD20 expression, and to better understand this rare entity.Methods:Two-hundred cases of T-cell lymphoma diagnosed in the Department of Pathology of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from November 2016 to February 2020 were examined, and 5 cases of CD20-positive T-cell lymphomas were identified and included. Combined with clinical data and review of the literature, the clinicopathological characteristics of the disease were analyzed.Results:The five patients were all male, and had an average age of 56 years (range, 47 to 64 years). There were 2 cases of monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T-cell lymphoma, 2 cases of mycosis fungoides (1 case was plaque stage and the other was tumor stage) and 1 case of indolent T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder of the gastrointestinal tract. Immunohistochemistry showed that all 5 cases expressed multiple T cell markers (CD3/CD4/CD5/CD7/CD8) and only one of B cell markers (CD20). Three of the 5 cases were negative for CD20 at the first diagnosis, while CD20 was diffusely positive on the second biopsy from the recurrence or progression of the disease, without expression of CD79a or PAX5. Epstein-Barr encoding region (EBER) in situ hybridization was negative in all 5 cases. T-cell receptor gene analysis showed monoclonal rearrangement of β or/and δ chains;Ig rearrangements were all polyclonal. None of the five patients were treated with rituximab, and 4 patients survived with disease and 1 patient survived without disease at the end of follow-up. Among them, the patient with mycosis fungoides at the cancerous stage has progressed rapidly and had poor quality of life.Conclusions:CD20-positive T-cell lymphoma is extremely rare. Its prognosis is closely related to the type of T-cell lymphoma, clinical stage and initial therapeutic effect. However, the expression of CD20 indicates the recurrence or progression of the disease, and the prognosis is relatively poor. When CD3 expression is absent in T-cell lymphoma, it is easy to be misdiagnosed as B-cell lymphoma. The combination of multiple immunohistochemical antibodies and molecular detection can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.

Insomnia, as the most common sleep disorder in the population, is often accompanied by depression, anxiety and other mental diseases, which can lead to impaired social and occupational functions as well as decreased quality of life. There is growing evidence that insomnia may be a risk factor for stroke. On the other hand, the incidence of insomnia in stroke patients is significantly higher than that in the general population. Correctly understanding the bidirectional relationship between insomnia and stroke can make clinicians pay more attention to insomnia and its treatment, and increase clinical benefit in patients with stroke and insomnia.

Objective: To investigate the expression of metastasis-associated protein 2 (MTA2) in human bladder cancer tissues and its effect on the malignant biological behaviors of bladder cancer T24 cells, as well as to explore the effect of MTA2 on the progression of bladder cancer. Methods: Sixty-two cases of human bladder cancer tissues and 28 cases of normal bladder tissues (from patients with cystitis, and pathologically confirmed as normal tissue) were collected at People’s Hospital of Hebei Province during December 2012 and December 2014. The expression of MTA2 in bladder cancer tissues and normal bladder tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining, and the correlation between MTA2 expression and clinicopathological characteristics of patients was also analyzed. The bladder cancer T24 cell line stably expressing MTA2 was constructed. The effects of MTA2 on the proliferation, colony formation, migration and invasion of bladder cancer T24 cells were detected by MTS, clone formation, scratch healing and Transwell assay, respectively. Results: Immunohistochemical staining showed that MTA2 expression was significantly up-regulated in bladder cancer tissues as compared with normal bladder tissues (P<0.01). The high expression of MTA2 in bladder cancer tissues was not related to gender, age and tumor volume (P>0.05), but was associated with higher TNM stage, histological grade, and lymphatic infiltration and metastasis (all P<0.05). After over-expression of MTA2 in bladder cancer T24 cell line, the proliferation activity of the cells was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the colony formation, scratch healing, migration and invasion ability were significantly increased (all P<0.01). Conclusions: MTA2 is up-regulated in human bladder cancer tissues and can promote the proliferation, tumor formation, migration and invasion of T24 cells.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between dietary polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) intake and blood lipid, C-reactive protein (CRP) and homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with acute ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA). Methods: Patients with acute ischemic stroke or TIA were enrolled consecutively from Nanjing Stroke Registry Program. The total dietary PUFA intake level was assessed by the food semi-quantitative frequency questionnaire. Venous blood samples were collected in the morning of the day after admission to the hospital to detect the levels of serum total cholesterol, triacylglycerol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, Hcy, and CRP. According to the median level of total PUFA intake, the patients were divided into low PUFA group and high PUFA group. The relationship between PUFA intake and blood lipid, CRP and Hcy was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the independent correlation. Results: A total of 170 patients (85.1%) with acute ischemic stroke and 31 patients with TIA (14.9%) were enrolled. Their age was 62.9±14.1 years, 143 were males (71.1%), and the median PUFA daily intake was 12.8 g (interquartile range: 8.05-17.5 g). Compared with the high PUFA group (n=100), patients in the low PUFA group (n=101) were older, serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were lower, and CRP and Hcy levels were higher. The above differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that total dietary PUFA intake was significantly negatively correlated with the serum CRP (r=-0.24, P=0.001) and Hcy (r=-0.17, P=0.013) levels, and there was no significant correlation with the blood lipid levels. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that CRP was significantly negatively correlated with PUFA intake after adjusting for confounding factors (B=-0.28, P=0.012). Conclusions Dietary PUFA intake in patients with acute ischemic stroke or TIA may affect blood metabolism index and oxidative stress index. It is necessary to adjust the dietary structure of patients with low PUFA intake to reduce the risk of stroke recurrence.

Objective:To investigate expression profiles of the plasma exosomal miRNAs of the chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients with persistently normal alamine aminotransferase (PNALT) for the first time and try to find exosomal miRNAs which could reflect liver inflammation better.Methods:Five CHB patients with liver tissue inflammation grade ≥A2 of PNALT and 5 CHB patients with liver tissue inflammation grade ＜A2 of PNALT were enrolled and their blood samples were collected.The exosomes were extracted from these blood samples and measured by electron microscope to determine the extraction effect.The exosomal miRNAs were extracted and sent for high throughput sequencing,and the expression of exosomal miRNAs in the 2 groups of patients was analyzed.Results:Under the electron microscope,exosomes were small membranous vesicles with 30-100 nm in diameter.The peak value of particle size ranged from 10 to 100 nm.High throughput sequencing showed that there were 591 differentially expressed exosomal miRNAs between the 2 groups.Compared with the control group,18 exosomal miRNAs were up-regulated and 6 exosomal miRNAs were down-regulated in PNALT patients with the liver tissue inflammation grade ≥ A2.Conclusion:Exosomal miRNAs in the CHB patients with PNALT who have the different grades of liver inflammation are differently expressed.Some of the differently expressed exosomal miRNAs are expected to be sensitive biomarkers for timely assessment of liver inflammation in the CHB patients with PNALT.

Objective Abnormalities of lipid profile were considered as risk factors of hemorrhage after ischemic stroke. We aimed to determine the relationship between lipid levels and bleeding in minor stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA) patients receiving antiplatelet therapy. Methods Serum total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride were tested in a subgroup of 3044 consecutive patients from Clopidogrel in High-risk patients with Acute Non-disabling Cerebrovascular Events (CHANCE) trial. Patients were randomized to clopidogrel plus aspirin group or single aspirin group. The primary endpoint was any bleeding within 90 days. The secondary endpoint was severe bleeding according to the Global Utilization of Streptokinase and Tissue Plasminogen Activator for Occluded Coronary Arteries (GUSTO) definition. Cox proportional hazards models were used to assess the associations of lipid levels and outcomes. Results A total of 59 (1.9％) bleeding events occurred at 90 days. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (adjusted HR=2.16; 95％CI 1.17-4.00, P=0.014) and age (adjusted HR=1.04;95％CI 1.01-1.06, P=0.006) were significantly associated with any bleeding. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol was also associated with severe bleeding (adjusted HR=3.05;95％CI 1.39-6.68, per 1 mmol/L increase). No correlations between outcomes and levels of total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride were found. There was no interaction of any lipid component level with randomized antiplatelet therapy. Conclusions Elevated high-density lipoprotein cholesterol is independently associated with any bleeding and severe bleeding in the patients with acute minor stroke or high-risk TIA on antiplatelet therapy.

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the glioma using the variety of functional magnetic resonance imaging( fMRI) ,and to perform a more accurate preoperative diagnosis of gliomas. Methods Thirty - five patients with gliomas confirmed by pathology were examined by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)and functional MRI. Rapid diffusion coefficient(D?),Slow diffusion coefficient(D),perfusion fraction ( f) and distribution diffusion coefficient ( DDC ) in the intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion weighted imaging (IVIM-DWI) were analyzed statistically. Results The mean values of D?,D,f and DDC in the IVIM se-quence of the patients with high-grade of gliomas were statistically significant when compared to the IVIM values of the contralateral normal brain tissues(P<0. 05). Conclusion A variety of magnetic resonance functional im-aging sequences are used to analyze gliomas,which can avoid tumor heterogeneity and improve the recognition a-bility and accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging in high grade gliomas.
