Kidney cancer usually requires multidisciplinary individualized treatments. No matter what kind of treatment, drugs are essential. According to the "six-step process" (prescription legitimacy review, patient basic information evaluation review, treatment protocol review, organ function and laboratory index review, pretreatment review, and unconventional prescription review) in prescription review proposed by the anti-tumor drug prescription review expert group and referring to domestic and foreign kidney cancer guidelines and drug instructions in recent years, this consensus selects 9 targeted drugs and 4 immunotherapeutic drugs that are currently commonly used in China and elaborates the key review points in patient basic information evaluation review, treatment protocol review, and organ function and laboratory index review of kidney cancer drug treatment, in order to provide reference for clinical front-line pharmacists to review prescriptions of kidney cancer patients and promote rational drug use in clinic.

Objective To explore the correlation between polymorphisms of multidrug resistance 1 (MDR1)gene and nephrotoxicity induced by cyclosporine(CsA)in heart transplant recipients. Methods The patients who received cardiac transplantation in Beijing Anzhen Hospital from January 2004 to December 2012,postoperative immunosuppression treatment with CsA,and follow-up for at least 12 months, were selected as subjects. All patients were divided into the kidney injury group and the no kidney injury group according as whether kidney injury occurred after CsA treatment. Leukocyte genomic DNA was extracted from the blood which was taken for CsA concentration monitoring after heart transplant. According to information sites in HapMap database, genotype and allele frequencies of 16 tags of MDR1 SNP were analyzed by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry( MALDI-TOF MS). SNP allele frequencies were compared with frequencies obtained from dbSNP database and non-conditional binary logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the SNP genetic polymorphisms and kidney injury induced by CsA. Results A total of 65 patients were entered into this study. Of them, 19 patients were in the kidney injury group(17 males and 2 females)with age of 18-59(44 ± 13)years and 46 patients were in the no kidney injury group(39 males and 7 females)with age of 14-71(42 ± 15)years. There was no statistically significant difference in age and gender between the 2 groups( P>0. 05 for all comparisons). According to MALDI-TOF MS detection results, the differences of allele frequencies in 16 tag SNP and corresponding data in dbSNP database, and the differences of allele frequencies in 16 tag SNP between the 2 groups were not statistically significant(all P>0. 05). Based on the non-conditional Logistic regression analysis, there was no significant correlation between genetic frequency of MDR 1 in these 16 Tag SNP and the CsA nephrotoxicity in patients with kidney injury. Conclusion No statistically significant correlation between MDR1 gene polymorphism and nephrotoxicity induced by cyclosporine in heart transplant recipients is found.

OBJECTIVE To learn the disinfection and sterilization for dental instruments and to provide scientific basis for related regulations according to the scheme made by Beijing Center for Disease Prevention and Control.METHODS To investigate some dental medical units by adopting investigation form, inquirement, checking about the record for disinfection equipment including such items as air,the surface of used material, hands, etc.RESULTS Altogether 39 dental medical units including 9 hospitals,21 joint clinics and 9 private medical units were investigated with 96.11%,88.79%,and 70.97% qualified rates, respectively.CONCLUSIONS In private dental units the qualified rate for disfection is poor, disinfection instruments are short, and the professionals knowledge related to disfection is little. As a result, strengthening monitoring and guidance to prevent hospital infection should be carried out at once.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(16):-
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the influence factors of plasma concentration of digoxin(SDC)and application of it in our hospital in order to promote rational use of digoxin. METHODS:445 cases treated with digoxin were collected from our hospital and plasma concentration of digoxin was detected. Multiple stepwise regressions were used to analyze current application of digoxin, relationship between SDC and factors including age, gender(Gen),departments(Dept),drug combination(Drug),serum creatinine concentration(SCR),dose. RESULTS:SDC was relation with age, gender(Gen),departments(Dept),drug combination(Drug),serum creatinine concentration(SCR),dose. CONCLUSION:There are many influence factors of SDC which are different among individual patients. In our survey,16.2% patients taking digoxin occurs adverse reactions. The most common adverse reaction is nausea and poor appetite. We should pay attention to arrhythmia caused by digoxin. The SDC of surgical inpatients were higher than that of medical inpatients(P

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To explore the imaging characteristics of pigmented villonodular synovitis(PVNS) of knee joint. Methods X-ray,CT and MR imaging features of PVNS of knee confirmed by operation, arthroscope and pathology were retrospectively analysed with literatures review. Results X-ray could only show the swelling of the joint cpasules, the destruction, defect and sclerosis of the bone under the articular surface.CT could show the soft tissue nodules in joint cavity projected from joint capsule.MRI was sensitive in showing the thickened synovium of joint and joint effusion, the soft tissue nodules and thickened synovium of joint were iso-or low signal intensity on T1WI,isointensity in one and low or slight hyperintensity in 4 on T2WI.Multiple haemosiderin deposit nodules were seen in the thickened synovium, which were low signal intensity on T1WI and T2WI in 4 cases, and the nodules were enhanced obviously on contrast-enhanced MR images. Conclusion MRI possesses obviously in diagnosis of PVNS of knee joint than X-ray and CT,which is helpful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PVNS of knee joint.
