ObjectiveTo investigate the physical fitness status and associated factors among preschool children aged 3 to 6 years in Tongzhou District of Beijing, and to provide evidence for promoting physical development in this population. MethodsBased on the 2020 National Physical Fitness Surveillance data for Tongzhou District of Beijing, a total of 416 children were included for standardized physical tests, including morphological, physiological, and fitness indicators, and questionnaire surveys. Independent sample t-tests and ANOVA were used to compare differences in physical indicators across groups, while multivariate linear regression models were applied to analyze influencing factors. ResultsThe comprehensive fitness score of children aged 3 to 6 years old in Tongzhou District of Beijing was (79.98±6.97) points, with an overall physical fitness pass rate of 99.52%. The proportions of excellent, good, and pass grades were 37.50%, 39.90%, and 22.12%, respectively. The average heights for the 3-years-old, 4-years-old, 5-years-old, and 6-years-old groups in Tongzhou District were (102.13±4.24) cm, (107.92±4.66) cm, (115.43±4.70) cm, and (119.16±4.33) cm, respectively. The corresponding average body weights were (16.63±2.46) kg, (18.66±2.54) kg, (21.60±4.02) kg, and (23.46±4.64) kg, respectively. Among children aged 3 to 6 years, the average BMI was (15.95±1.79) kg‧m^-2, body fat percentage was (21.92±4.77)%, resting pulse rate was (95.24±9.70) beats per minute, grip strength was (5.74±2.07) kg, standing long jump distance was (78.12±19.95) cm, sit-and-reach flexibility was (12.25±4.65) cm, continuous two-foot jump time was (6.29±2.55) seconds, 15-meter obstacle shuttle run time was (7.94±1.30) seconds, and balance beam walking time was (5.11±2.25) seconds. Multiple linear regression analyses showed that higher composite fitness scores were significantly positively associated with female gender (b=1.72, 95%CI: 0.42-3.01), aged 4 years old and above (b=2.97, 95%CI: 1.35-4.59), mixed feeding (b=4.16, 95%CI: 1.60-6.72) or breastfeeding (b=3.23, 95%CI: 0.36-6.10) during infancy, taller paternal (b=0.16, 95%CI: 0.02-0.30) and maternal (b=0.25, 95%CI: 0.11-0.39) height (all P<0.05). ConclusionThe physical fitness of children aged 3 to 6 years in Tongzhou District of Beijing is generally favorable, with gender, age, feeding patterns, and genetic factors identified as key correlating factors. Comprehensive strategies are recommended to improve early childhood physical health.

To investigate the current situation and demand for specialized development of allergy nursing in 88 hospitals in Guangdong Province, as well as to provide evidence for the management of allergy nursing. From August to December 2023, a cross-sectional study was conducted to analyze the core managers of allergy nursing-related work in eighty-eight hospitals in Guangdong Province supported by the Allergy Nursing Branch of the Guangdong Nurses Association and the Nursing Group of the Allergy Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association. An online survey was conducted using the Delphi method to compile a questionnaire on the current status and demand for specialized development of allergy nursing in Guangdong Province. Chi-square tests and Fisher′s exact probability method were used to analyze the differences in the current status of specialty technology applications and the development and demand of specialized nursing between hospitals with or without allergy specialty departments. The results showed that among the eighty-eight hospitals in the nineteen prefecture-level cities surveyed in Guangdong Province, 17 hospitals (19%) had established allergy specialty departments, all of which were top-tier tertiary hospitals. The establishment duration [ M ( Q1, Q3)] was 3 (1, 10) years. The implementation rates of skin prick test (94%, 16/17), in-vitro examination (82%, 14/17), nasal endoscopy (82%, 14/17), subcutaneous specific immunotherapy (82%, 14/17), multidisciplinary consultation (65%, 11/17), fractional exhaled nitric oxide detection (47%, 8/17), skin patch test (41%, 7/17), and autologous serum skin test (35%, 6/17) in hospitals with allergy department were higher than those in hospitals without allergy department [59%, 42/71 ( χ 2= 7.462, P=0.006)], [54%, 38/71 ( χ 2= 4.717, P=0.030)], [51%, 36/71 ( χ 2= 5.599, P=0.018)], [34%, 24/71 ( χ 2= 13.177, P<0.001)], [24%, 17/71 ( χ 2= 10.505, P=0.001)], [24%, 17/71 ( χ 2= 5.540, P=0.019)], [11%, 8/71 (Fisher′s exact test, P=0.008)], [11%, 8/71 (Fisher′s exact test, P=0.025)]. In the development plan of allergy nursing in the next two years, hospitals that had set up allergy departments had a higher proportion in adding nurses (82%, 14/17, χ 2= 13.177, P<0.001), formulating specialized nurse training plans (71%, 12/17, χ 2= 3.980, P=0.046), formulating group standards or clinical guidelines (41%, 7/17, Fisher′s exact test, P=0.046), and formulating assessment standards (53%, 9/17, Fisher′s exact test, P=0.002). The demand for all aspects of allergy specialty nursing knowledge and skills accounted for more than 50%, and it was not related to whether the hospital set up an allergy department. In conclusion, the specialized development of allergy nursing in Guangdong province is still in its early stages, and there is a great demand for improving knowledge and skills in allergy. Further standardization of specialty construction is needed, along with the training of allergic nurses, to promote the comprehensive development of allergic reaction nursing specialties from point to area.

ObjectiveTo describe the neuropsychological development screening of 0‒2 years in Tongzhou from 2017 to 2021 so as to understand the status and trend of developmental delay （DD）. MethodsAnnual report data of 21 community health service centers in Tongzhou District from 2017 to 2021 were clustered， Chi square test was used to analyze the differences in positive rate and DD rate of children aged 0‒2 years with different ages and household registration， and Chi square trend test was used to analyze the linear trend of each age group and household registration. The Gesell test results in 762 children with developmental delay were analyzed， and Chi square test was used to compare the age distribution differences in gross motor， fine motor， language and personal-social behaviors. ResultsThe DD rate of children aged 0‒2 years in 2017‒2021 was 0.43％. A decreasing trend of DD rate in the 0‒ age group was observed （χ²=14.135， P<0.001）， while an increasing trend of DD rate in the 1‒ and <3 age groups was observed （χ²=5.375， P=0.020； χ²=5.558， P=0.018）. The DD rate of children aged 0‒2 years with Beijing household registration was higher （χ²=12.504， P<0.001）. The DD rate of gross motor was the highest in the 0‒ age group （64.60%）， the DD rate of language was the highest in the <3 age group （85.97%）， and a statistically significant difference of gross motor and language was separately found in the three age groups （χ²=183.061， P<0.001； χ²=78.450， P<0.001）. ConclusionAge and Beijing household registration are the influencing factors of DD for children aged 0‒2， and 0‒ years and <3 years are the critical periods for guidance and intervention to promote the development of gross motor and language abilities.

Objective:The study aims to explore the efficacy and safety of low-dose chemotherapy combined with tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) as an induction therapy for Philadelphia-chromosomal-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph + ALL) . Methods:The data of the consecutive newly diagnosed patients with Ph + ALL were reviewed. The efficacy and safety of low-dose chemotherapy and conventional-dose chemotherapy combined with TKI were compared. Results:A total of 217 patients with a median age of 38 (10-69) years old were included in this study. 78 patients were in the low-dose chemotherapy group, and 139 patients were in the conventional-dose chemotherapy group. There were no significant differences in the 4-week complete remission (CR) rate (98.7% vs 97.0%, P=0.766) and overall CR rate (100% vs 100%, P=1.000) between the two groups. Multivariate analyses showed that the chemotherapy intensity was not related to the disease-free survival rate and overall survival rate. However, the lower incidence of infection ( P=0.017) , the shorter duration of neutropenia ( P=0.001) and PLT<20 × 10 9/L ( P=0.057) , and the lower red blood cell transfusion volume ( P=0.002) were more common in the low-dose chemotherapy group than in the conventional-dose chemotherapy group. Conclusions:The low-dose chemotherapy is superior to the conventional-dose chemotherapy combined with TKI as induction therapy in Ph + ALL with similar efficacy but is safer.

Purpose: This study attempted to detect the changes of cervical cancer screening rate and willingness among female migrants, and the associated socio-demographic factors in Shenzhen city. Materials and Methods: Two citywide surveys were conducted using a multistage random cluster sampling method in 2011 and 2014, respectively. Data on demographic characteristics, screening participation, and willingness to screen were collected. Logistic regression models were applied to detect possible associated socio-demographic characteristics, and their variations with survey years. Results: In total, 12,017 female migrants were enrolled, with a mean age (standard deviation) of 36.73 (6.55) years. From 2011 to 2014, the screening rate increased (25.8% vs. 35.1%, p < 0.001), while the willingness to screen remained stable (82.2% vs. 82.8%, p=0.46). Overall, socio-demographic characteristics of female migrants, including age, marital status, education, monthly income, employment, and medical insurance, were found to be positively associated with screening participation. Similar impacts in relation to willingness were observed except for age. However, these associations varied with survey years, mainly in the contributions of education and monthly income to screening participation, as well as age, monthly income, and medical insurance to willingness of being screened. Conclusion Identifying changes of associated socio-demographic factors precisely is warranted of necessity, which provides novel clues to adjust targeted actions regularly in promoting cervical cancer screening participation among female migrants in Shenzhen.

Objective: To analyze the epidemiological genotype features of human papillomavirus (HPV) in cervical infection and their risks for cervical precancers among women in Shenzhen area. Methods: A total of 2 717 individuals ranging in age from 30~59 years were recruited in 18 community health centers of Shenzhen city from March 1 to June 15, 2015 by a cluster sampling method. The results of genotype of HPV, liquid-based cytology (LBC), colposcopy and pathology were analyzed. The clinical sensitivity and specificity as well as positive (PPV) and negative (NPV) predictive values of the combination of different HPV genotype in screening the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) 2 and above were estimated. Results: The HPV infection rate in Shenzhen area was 15.9% (432/2 717). The most common HPV genotype was HPV52 (22.9%), followed by HPV16 (12.7%), HPV53 (10.0%), HPV51 (8.6%) and HPV58 (8.1%). Compared with HPV16/18 genotyping, HPV33/16 genotyping had a higher sensitivity (57.1% vs. 42.9%, P<0.05) and an analogous specificity (87.3% vs. 86.9%, P>0.05) in predicting CIN2+ . The sensitivity of combination of HPV33/16 genotyping and low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) positive tested by LBC in predicting CIN2+ was 75.0%, significantly higher than 64.3% of atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASC-US) positive tested by LBC alone (P<0.05). The specificities of these two methods mentioned above in predicting CIN2+ were 83.5% and 89.2%, respectively, without statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusions Women infected by HPV have distinct risks for CIN2+ according to different high-risk HPV genotypes. The top five risks were HPV 33, 16, 58, 56, and 68. HPV-positive women triaged by LBC LSIL+ combined with HPV33/16 genotyping may be a potential strategy for cervical cancer screening in developed urban area.

Objective: To analyze the distribution and associated factors of high-risk genotypes of HPV in cervical infection among women in Shenzhen. Methods: The information on sociodemographic characteristics and HPV genotypes of HPV-positive women who participated cervical screening test from January 2014 to December 2016 was downloaded from Shenzhen Maternity and Child Healthcare Management Information System. According to the pathogenicity, the high-risk HPV genotypes were divided into 15 types including HPV 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66 and 68; and there were 6 low-risk genotypes including HPV 6, 11, 42, 43, 44, and 81. Chi-square tests were applied to compare the proportions of high-risk HPV infection among women who had different sociodemographic characteristics. A non-conditional logistic regression model was used to analyze the associated factors for high-risk HPV infection. Results: In total, all HIV positives received HPV genotyping, with an average age of (38.08±9.38) years old. There were 9 979 (93.9%) high-risk and 645 (6.1%) low-risk HPV infections. The proportions of HPV infections for high-risk type in each year were 91.5%, 93.8%, and 95.6%, increasing with the screening years (χ²=54.79, P<0.001). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that compared with women younger than 25 years old, women in other age groups (at age 26 to 30 years, 31 to 35 years, 36 to 40 years, 41 to 45 years, and 50 years or older) had increased risks of high-risk HPV infection, with OR (95%CI) of 1.67 (1.20-2.31), 1.49 (1.09-2.03), 1.71 (1.23-2.37), 1.65 (1.19-2.31), and 1.84 (1.26-2.67), respectively; compared with the married, single women had a decreased risk of high-risk HPV infection (OR (95%CI): 0.71 (0.50-1.00)); women received HPV testing in 2015 and 2016 showed higher risk of high-risk HPV infection than those in 2014 (OR (95%CI): 1.43 (1.17-1.74) and 2.03 (1.68-2.46)). The 5 most common HPV genotypes were HPV52 (25.1%, 2 670 cases), followed by HPV16 (19.2%, 2 041 cases), HPV58 (13.3%, 1 413 cases), HPV18 (9.9%, 1 048 cases), and HPV51 (9.3%, 993 cases). Conclusion Age, marital status, and screening year were associated with high-risk HPV infections. Besides HPV16 and HPV18, the prevention and control on HPV infections for HPV52, HPV58, and HPV51 should be prioritized in Shenzhen area.
