Chronic skin diseases have complex pathogeneses and prolonged courses, and have long adverse impacts on the physical and mental health, as well as the normal life of patients. It is necessary to develop evidence-based strategies and measures for effective prevention and control of chronic skin diseases. However, related studies are limited in China. This article proposes a population medicine research plan for health promotion and equity, and disease prevention, diagnosis, control, treatment, and rehabilitation to establish a collaborative platform for strengthening research on the prevention and treatment of chronic skin diseases in China.

Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of arbidol in the treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19).Methods:Randomized controlled trials (RCTs), cohort studies, and case-control studies on the efficacy and safety of arbidol for COVID-19, influenza, andother respiratory virus infections were collected by searching related database at home and abroad and network platform for preprint of Health Science Papers (medRxiv) (up to April 25, 2020). Quality of the enrolled studies was evaluated by bias risk assessment tool of Cochrane collaboration network and Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS). Meta-analysis and descriptive analysis of relevant outcome indicators were performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 15 studies were enrolled in the study, including 7 cohort studies with high-quality and 8 RCTs, 6 of which were with low bias risk and the other 2 of which were with medium bias risk. Among these studies, 8 were on arbidol treatment for COVID-19, including 5 retrospective cohort studies, 2 prospective cohort studies, and 1 RCT, and involving 809 patients (479 patients in the arbidol group and 330 in the control group); 7 were RCTs on arbidol treatment for influenza or other respiratory virus infections, involving 1 471 patients (745 patients in the arbidol group and 726 in the control group).In these studies, patients were treated with arbidol (0.15-1.2 g daily for 5-21 d) in the arbidol group while with the other antiviral agents or without any antiviral drug in the control group. Meta analysis on the efficacy and safety of arbidol in treatment for COVID-19 showed that the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) nucleic acid negative conversion rate in the arbidol group was significantly higher than that in the control group [71.7% (109/152) vs. 58.8% (94/160), relative risk ( RR)=1.30, 95% confidence interval ( CI): 1.01-1.67, P=0.04]; the difference of time taken for 2019-nCoV nucleic acid negative conversion between the 2 groups was not statistically significant (standardized mean difference= -0.17, 95 %CI: -0.72-0.38, P=0.55); the difference of disease improvement rate shown by chest CT on day 7 after treatment between the 2 groups was not statistically significant [46.2% (30/65) vs. 50.7% (36/71), RR=0.88, 95 %CI: 0.39-1.98, P=0.76]; and the difference of incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups was not statistically significant [16.9% (39/231) vs. 19.2% (47/245), risk difference ( RD)= -0.03, 95 %CI: -0.10-0.04, P=0.44]. Meta analysis on the safety of arbidol in treatment for influenza and other respiratory virus infections showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the arbidol group was significantly lower than that in the control group [5.9% (44/745) vs. 11.3% (82/726), RR=0.52, 95 %CI: 0.37-0.74, P<0.01]. Conclusion:Arbidol could effectively increase the 2019-nCoV nucleic acid negative conversion rate and it might be safe to treat COVID-19 using arbidol.

Meta analysis on the safety of arbidol in treatment for influenza and other respiratory virus infections showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the arbidol group was significantly lower than that in the control group [5.9% (44/745) vs. 11.3% (82/726), RR=0.52, 95 %CI: 0.37-0.74, P<0.01]. Conclusion:Arbidol could effectively increase the 2019-nCoV nucleic acid negative conversion rate and it might be safe to treat COVID-19 using arbidol.

Objective To researching the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) prevention and control management by WeChat consultation on the Internet platform. Methods There were 586 pregnant women who performed prenatal care regularly and accepted glucose tolerance test for GDM at 24 to 28 weeks in our hospital during 2015 and 2016 as research objects. Determination of the observation group:in 2016, the 308 people who match the condition of the study during annual prenatal examination in line, in addition to routine guidance outside the clinic and joined the division to establish a dedicated WeChat group for a comprehensive health management consulting. Determination of the control group:in 2015, the 278 people who match the condition of the study during annual prenatal examination in line were treated as control groups. The two groups of observation indexes included the fasting blood glucose and two-hour postprandial blood glucose control in GDM pregnant women, the weight growth rate of the whole pregnancy, cesarean section rate, birth rate of newborns, neonatal referral rate and so on. Results The rate of fasting blood glucose and two-hour postprandial blood glucose control in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (t=2.01-3.11, all P<0.05). According to the pre-pregnancy physical index, the weight growth of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (t=2.12-3.76, all P<0.05).The cesarean section rate, birth rate and neonatal referral rate were 21.10％(65/308), 4.87％(15/308), 7.14％(22/308)in the observation group , and 28.78％(80/278), 10.07％(28/278), 12.23％(34/278)in the control group, there were significant differences (U = 2.10-2.42, all P<0.05). Conclusions Gestational diabetes prevention and control management in the Internet platform for WeChat consultation application effect is remarkable, which can effectively improve the maternal and child outcomes. In the protection of maternal and child health is of great significance.

In order to optimize the fabrication of SiO2 tubes immobilized with antibody for hepatitis C virus antigen (HCAg) detection, we formed the activated amino on the surface of SiO2 tubes by using the activation of aminosilane. Then we immobilized the hepatitis C virus (HCV) monoclonal antibody on the surface of SiO2 tubes by using glutaraldehyde as a chemical cross-linker, followed by detecting HCAg. Sequence tests showed that when the SiO2 tubes were treated in 10% (V/V) aminosilane solution and 3% (V/V) glutaraldehyde solution for 3 hours and 2 hours, respectively, the HCV monoclonal antibody had high immobilization efficiency and low nonspecificity, and the HCAg was detected to 1 ng/mL. This experiment can provide principle and experimental data for establishment of HCAg magnetic immunoassay system.

Objective To observe the changes of serum levels of inflammatory cytokines in the elder patients with clopidogrel resistance (CLR) after coronary stenting. Methods A total of 93 patients with unstable angina pectoris received coronary stenting were enrolled, and peripheral blood samples were taken before and 24 hours, 1 week and 1 month after surgery. The platelet aggregation (PAG) induced by adenosine diphosphate (ADP) were detected, and all patients were divided into CLR group (n=33) and normal response group (n=60) according to PAG response. At the same time, the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), soluble fragment of CD40 ligand (sCD40L) and P-selectin were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The incidences of CLR were 35. 5% (33/93), 26. 9%(25/93) and 20. 4%(19/93) respectively 24 hours, 1 week and 1 month after surgery. The levels of CRP C(8. 8 ± 2. 5) mg/L at 24 hours, (5. 3 ± 2. 5) mg/L at 1 week], P-selectin [(73. 8±34)×10~(-3) ng/L at 24 hours, (70. 5±31. 6)×10~(-3) ng/L at 1 week, (66. 4±22. 3) ×10~(-3) ng/L at 1 month] and sCD40L C(7. 7 ±2. 3)×10~(-3) ng/L at 24 hours] after surgery in CLR group showed significant differences comparing with pre-surgery and normal response group (all P< 0.05). The CLR at 30 days after coronary stenting was significantly correlated with the level of P-selectin (r=1.334) and smoking (r= 1.053). Conclusions The levels of CRP, P-selectin and sCD40L in some elder patients after coronary stenting are increased and may be correlated with CLR. The levels of P-selectin and smoking are the predictors for CLR.

[Objective]To compare the result of treatment with double bands of Atlas Ti-cable and clavicular hook plate for total acromioclavicular dislocation.[Method]Fifty-two total acromioclavicular dislocation were treated with two different fixation.1)by double bands of Atlas cable(DC group,28 cases) and 2)clavicular hook plate(HP group,24 cases).There were 38 males and 14 females,39 acute and 13 chronic,all unilateral.The mean age of patients was 38.5 years(22~65).A sling of double cable was fixed through the base of the coracoid process and the clavicle at 1.5 cm upper medially above coracoid process.All hook plate were 6 holes.Coracoclavicular ligament was reconstructed routinely.[Result]All patients were available for an average duration of follow-up of 18.8 months(range,6~42 months).The results were evaluated by radiographic measurement and clinical recovery(muscle strength in upper arms,pain in shoulder,range of joint motion) by Lazcano standard.In HP group,14 patients were assessed as good,6 as fair and 4 as poor(good and fair 83%).In DC group,22 patients were assessed as good,5 as fair and 1 as poor(good and fair 96%).There was no statistical difference between the two groups.[Conclusion]In the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation,fixation of double bands of Atlas cable is believed to be as good as hook plate fixation.Meanwhile,Atlas cable is featured with less pain followed operation,which in favor of early exercise.For it's good biocompatibility,titanium cable can be retained in body and does not need to be removed.

[Objective]To evaluate the outcome of tibiotalocalcaneal fusion in traumatic arthritis patients using the locked retrograde intramedullary nail with graft.[Method]Eighteen ankles underwent this procedure.There were 8 males and 10 females,9 with valgus and 2 with talipes equinovarus,all unilateral.The mean age of patients was 57.5 years(ranged,42~69) and the mean time between the procedure from primary trauma was 7.6 years(5~13 years).Bone graft were picked from distal fibula.The nail was inserted through a plantar approach with locking screws placed both proximally and distally.Patients were evaluated by a standardized follow-up examination using the AOFAS and the fusion outcome were observed radiographically.[Result]All patients were available for an average duration of follow-up of 13.5 months(ranged,6~22 months).All wound healed normally.The mean time of full bearing from operation was 13.6 weeks(ranged,9-16 weeks).One patient was found cerebral thrombosis after operation.One patient had moderate pain while walking on even surface,2 mild to moderate pain on uneven surface,1mild pain while standing and 14 relieved from pain.The average AOFAS score improved from 43.5(ranged,40~52) to 69(ranged,56~84) points.Solid fusion was achieved in 13 ankles(72%) after a mean follow-up of 16.8 months(ranged,12~24 months).Partial union was observed in 3 patients(17%) and non-union in 2 patients(11%).[Conclusion]Locked retrograde intramedullary nail fusion with bone graft is effective for traumatic tibiotalocalcaneal arthritis.
