Objective:To investigate the depersonalization status and to analyze the effect of workplace incivility perception, intrusive rumination and fear of negative evaluation on depersonalization in clinical nurses. Methods:In May 2019, 10 cities were selected as sampling cities by the method of grabbing random ball in Henan Province and Fujian Province. Using the stratified sampling, clinical nurses were selected as the research objects for a questionnaire survey in 22 tertiary hospitals and 23 secondary hospitals, included 1200 nurses. A total of 1200 questionnaires were issued and collected, and 1159 valid questionnaires were collected with effective recovery of 96.6%. Clinical nurses were investigated by Workplace Incivility Scale, Event Related Rumination Inventory, Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey. The demographic characteristics of nurses' depersonalization were compared and analyzed with t test and single factor analysis of variance. The influence mechanism of workplace incivility perception, intrusive rumination and fear of negative evaluation on depersonalization was analyzed with Bootstrap. Results:Depersonalization scores were (9.3±2.6) points, 467 of those had depersonalization symptoms in clinical nurses (40.3%). The scores of depersonalization of those with <3 years of service [ (10.5±2.9) points] was higher than those with 3-10 years [ (9.1±2.8) points] and 11-31 years [ (9.0±2.9) points]. The scores of depersonalization of those with monthly earning of <3000 yuan [ (10.1±2.8) points] was higher than those with 3000-7999 yuan [ (8.4±2.7) points] and 8000-12000 yuan [ (8.0±2.9) points]. The scores of depersonalization of clinical nurses in surgical departments [ (10.0±2.9) points] was higher than those in non-surgical departments [ (8.7±2.6) points]. The scores of depersonalization of clinical nurses in tertiary hospitals [ (10.0±2.7) points] was higher than those in secondary hospitals [ (8.6±2.8) points]. The differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). Workplace incivility perception affected depersonalization through the single mediating role of intrusive rumination, fear of negative evaluation and the chain mediating role of intrusive rumination and fear of negative evaluation ( β=0.16, 0.17, 0.07, 95% CI: 0.15-0.20, 0.15-0.21, 0.03-0.09, P<0.05) . Conclusion:Workplace incivility perception directly or through the independent mediating effects of intrusive rumination or fear of negative evaluation, and the chain mediating effects of intrusive rumination and fear of negative evaluation influences the depersonalization of clinical nurses.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect and safety of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with microwave ablation (MWA) in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer. MethodsA total of 186 patients with advanced primary liver cancer who were treated in The Fifth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from April 2015 to June 2019 were enrolled and divided into study group and control group using a random number table, with 93 patients in each group. Both groups of patients underwent TACE, and the patients in the study group were treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous MWA. The two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome and complications. Quantitative real-time PCR was used to measure the serum level of microRNA-202 (miR-202), ELISA was used to measure the serum levels of fragile histidine triad (FHIT) and P16 protein, and the changes in the above three indices at 3 months after treatment were compared. The two-independent-samples t test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups, and the paired t-test was used for comparison within one group before and after treatment; The chi-square testwas used for comparison of categorical data between groups. ResultsThe study group had a significantly higher objective response rate than the control group (47.32% vs 27.96%, χ2=7.422, P=0.006), and there was no significant difference in disease control rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Both groups had significant increases in the serum levels of miR-202, FHIT, and P16 protein at 3 months after treatment (all P<0.05), and compared with the control group, the study group had significantly higher serum levels of miR-202 (0.84±0.14 vs 0.58±017, t=11.385, P<0.001), FHIT (1126.35±73.05 pg/ml vs 762.87±56.71 pg/ml, t=37.904, P<0.001), and P16 protein (52.86±651 pg/ml vs 39.06±5.37 pg/ml, t=15.770, P<0.001). ConclusionUltrasound-guided MWA in addition to TACE can improve the short-term response of patients with advanced primary liver cancer and increase the serum levels of miR-202, FHIT, and P16 protein, with relatively high safety.

OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical effects of needle-pricking therapy, a newly medical and minimally invasive technique, for functional retrograde ejaculation and to explore its mechanism. Methods Thirty-six patients with functional retrograde ejaculation were randomly divided into an observation group(19 cases) and a control group(17 cases) In the observation group,needle-pricking therapy was used at Guanyuan(CV 4) and bilateral sacral plexus nerve, lumbar 1 nerve and greater occipital nerve stimulating points, once a week. In the control group, midodrine tablets were prescribed orally, three times a day. All the treatment was given for 9 weeks. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed, and the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH), testosterone(Tes) and estra4 diol(E2) were compared between the two groups.
RESULTSThe total effective rate of the observation group was, 89. 47%(17/19), which was better than 47.06% (8/17) of the control group(P<0. 05). The LH and Tes were obviously increased and E2 was decreased compared with those before treatment in the observation group(all P< 0. 01). Tes was raised(P<0. 05) and E2 was apparently declined in the control group(P<0. 01). After treatment, the differences of serum LH and Tes were statistically significant between the two groups(both P<0. 01).
CONCLUSIONNeedle-pricking therapy has advantages for functional retrograde ejaculation probably in that stimulating lumbosacral nerves can strengthen the function of pelvic floor muscles and urethral expansion muscle and regulate sexual gland axis.
