Objective To investigate the efficacy of ganciclovir combined with spleen aminopeptide in treating infectious mononucleosis(IM)and its impact on the immune function of diseased children. Methods Totally 120 diseased children with IM accepted by our hospital from February 2022 to August 2024 were stochastically assigned into a treatment group and a monotherapy group. The monotherapy group received treatment with ganciclovir, while the treatment group received treatment with spleen aminopeptide in addition to the monotherapy group. The efficacy, symptom improvement time, serum inflammatory factors, immune indicators, and biochemical indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the monotherapy group, and the symptom relief time was shorter than that of the monotherapy group(P<0.05).After treatment, the serum amyloid A,TNF-α,IL-6,procalcitonin,CD3+T,CD8+T,lactate dehydrogenase, alanine aminotransferase,EBV-DNA,creatine kinase, and white blood cell count in both groups decreased, while CD4+T and CD4+T/CD8+T increased. The amplitude of the treatment group was greater than that of the monotherapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ganciclovir and spleen aminopeptide in treating IM is beneficial for enhancing the immune function of T lymphocytes of diseased children, alleviating inflammatory reactions, improving biochemical indicators, and enhancing efficacy.

AIM: To investigate the effects of astragalus injection combined with puerarin injection on endo-plasmic reticulum stress through PERK pathway in diabetic nephropathy mice .METHODS: Male KKAy mice were ran-domly divided into model group ( injected with normal saline ) and treatment group ( injected with astragalus and puerarin ) . The male C57BL/6J mice served as normal group .The mice were sacrificed 4 weeks after treatments for observing morpho-logical changes under electron microscope .The renal tissues were collected to determine the expression of protein kinase R-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase ( PERK ) , eukaryotic initiation factor 2α( eIF2α) and glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78) at mRNA and protein levels by real-time PCR and Western blot.RESULTS: Under electron microscope, the renal tubular epithelial cells in model group and treatment group showed the swelling of the nucleus , endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria .The results of real-time PCR and Western blot showed that the expression of PERK , eIF2αand GRP78 at mRNA and protein levels in model group was higher than that in normal group (P<0.05), while that in treatment group was lower than that in model group .CONCLUSION: Astragalus injection combined with puerarin injection reduces the mRNA and protein expression of PERK , eIF2αand GRP78, thus inhibiting the endoplasmic reticulum stress in type 2 dia-betic mice to protect the kidney function .

OBJECTIVETo explore the effects of acupuncture and medication on PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway in rats with premature ovarian failure.
METHODSTen of fifty SPF-grade female SD rats were randomly selected into a normal group, and the remaining 40 rats were treated with intraperitoneal injection of cyclophospha mide (30 mg/kg) for consecutive 5 days to establish rat model of premature ovarian failure. Thirty five successful rat models were randomly divided into a model group (9 cases), a medication group (9 cases), an acupuncture group A (9 cases) and an acupuncture group B (8 cases). The rats in the model group and normal group did not receive any treatment. The rats in the medication group were treated with intragastric administration of diethylstil bestrol, once a day. The rats in the acupuncture group A and acupuncture group B were respectively treated with acupuncture at different acupoints, twice a day. All the treatment was given for 4 weeks. After the treatment, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was applied to test the levels of estradiol (E2), progesterone (P), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteotropic hormone (LH). The ovarian tissue sample was processed with hematoxylin eosin (HE) staining as well as RNA and protein extraction to test the mRNA expression of estrogen receptor alpha (ERalpha), estrogen receptor beta (ERP), phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/serine/threonine kinase (PI3K), protein kinase B (Akt) and mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR).
RESULTSHigh-dose short-term in- tervention of cyclophosphamide could establish rat model of premature ovarian failure with a successful rate of 87.5%. Compared with the normal group, the vaginal smear in the model group was featured with signs of estro gen deficiency, early-follicle reduction, structural damage to the follicle, and reducing number of mature follicles; the level of E2 was significantly reduced (P<0.05), levels of P, FSH and ILH were increased (all P<0.05), and mRNA expression of estrogen-related ERP3, PI3K, Akt and mTOR were all reduced (all P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the number of mature follicle was increased in the medication group and acupuncture groups, the levels of E2 was obviously increased (all P<0.05). level of FSH was reduced (all P<0.05), and mRNA expression of PI3K, Akt and mTOR all showed an increasing trend (all P<0.05). The differences of each index result between acupuncture groups and medication group were not significant (all P>0.05).
CONCLUSIONAcupuncture has certain advantage for the treatment of premature ovarian failure, which achieves similar therapeu tic effect as estrogen; the possible mechanism may be related to up-regulation of gene and protein expression in PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway.

ObjectiveTo study the relationship of the parental rearing behaviors between the psychological status and post-traumatic stress disorder in the injured deliberately. Methods 161 injured people were treated in five hospitals of the Urumqi and evaluated the self-reporting questionnaire-20 (SRQ20),7-items screening scale for PTSD( PTSD7 ),impact of event scale (IES) and symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) in the third and the fourth week injured, including 113 injured people aged at 14 ~50 years old completed the Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran (EMBU).Two months after the injury,113 injured people were interviewed, including 106 injured people diagnosed by Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-Ⅳ-TR Axis Ⅰ Disorders/Patients (SCID-I/P) and 7 injured people were lost.ResultsFather's preferences correlated with the total score of IES ( r =- 0.234,P < 0.05 ) and avoid factor( r=-0.309,P< 0.01 ) positively,Mother's emotional warmth and understand correlated with the flashback factor of IES ( r =0.194,P < 0.05 ) negatively. The injured people were divided into three groups by diagnosis:the illness-free group, the PTSD group, and other group.Parental preferences correlated with Mental symptoms negatively.Father's punish severely, interference too much, refuse or deny and Mother's interference too much, over protection and punish severely correlated mental symptoms positively. The six subscales of father's rearing behaviors and the five subscales of mother's rearing behaviors had no significant difference.ConclusionsParental preferences in childhood can internalizes inside support to protect the psychological trauma in future.Father's punish severely, interference too much, refuse or deny and mother's interference too much, over protection and punish severely can damage mental health and aggravate symptoms after traumatic event. But the influence of parental rearing behaviors is limited to decide whether the injured people suffering from PTSD or other mental disorders.
