Objective: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of influenza in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province from 2014 to 2023, so as to provide a reference for the improvement of influenza prevention and control measures. Methods: The data of influenza cases in Huzhou City from 2014 to 2023 were collected from the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System. Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the population and regional distribution characteristics of influenza. Annual percent change (APC) and average annual percent change (AAPC) were used to analyze the trend of influenza incidence in Huzhou City from 2014 to 2023. Results: A total of 83 277 influenza cases were reported in Huzhou City from 2014 to 2023, with an average annual reported incidence of 268.68/105. From 2014 to 2023, the reported incidence of influenza in Huzhou City showed an upward trend (AAPC=68.748%, P<0.05), with a slow upward trend from 2014 to 2021 (APC=31.055%, P<0.05) and a sharp upward trend from 2021 to 2023 (APC=308.782%, P<0.05). The average annual reported incidence of influenza was 270.72/105 in males and 266.54/105 in females, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The average annual reported incidence of influenza in children aged 5-<15 years was 1 502.77/100 000. The reported incidences of influenza in Deqing county, Changxing county, and Anji county were 551.44/100 000, 370.47/100 000, and 175.31/100 000, respectively. From 2014 to 2023, the trends of reported influenza incidence in males, females, residents aged 5-<15 years, and 15-<25 years were consistent with the whole population. The reported influenza incidence in each district (county) from 2021 to 2023 was consistent with Huzhou City from 2021 to 2023. Conclusions The reported incidence of influenza in Huzhou City showed an overall upward trend from 2014 to 2023, especially from 2021 to 2023. There was no significant gender difference. The majority of the cases were aged 5-<15 years, and the high incidence areas were Deqing County.

[Objective]To evaluate the application effect of the"master-apprentice system"integration model and"practical teaching"in rehabilitation therapy on improving the quality of clinical teaching for students.[Methods]This study employed an experimental control method and a questionnaire survey.A total of 48 third-year undergraduate students majoring in rehabilitation therapy in Zhejiang Chinese Medical University were selected and divided into the integration teaching mode group(27 cases)and the conventional teaching group(21 cases)according to their classes.Fifty teachers from the Zhejiang Rehabilitation Medical Center were selected to conduct practical teaching for both groups of students.The integration teaching mode group was studied by using the"master-apprentice system"combined with practical teaching in rehabilitation therapy,while the conventional teaching group followed the regular teaching methods according to the syllabus.At the end of the semester,the Chinese version of Self-Assessment of Clinical Reasoning and Reflection(SACRR)scale,comprehensive evaluations of theory and practice,and teaching feedback were used to assess the students in both groups.[Results]Students in the integrated teaching mode group demonstrated a significant improvement in clinical reasoning abilities,a better practical exam evaluation,case summary,theoretical exam and overall score compared with those in the conventional teaching group.Moreover,it was believed that the integrated teaching was conducive to stimulating learning interest and improving learning environment,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).[Conclusion]The integration model of the"master-apprentice system"and"practical teaching"in rehabilitation therapy can effectively raise the quality of clinical teaching for students,aid in the development of their clinical reasoning abilities,foster motivation for learning and improve overall learning outcomes.This approach plays a significant role in promoting individual professional development.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of high-definition transcranial direct current stimulation (HD-tDCS) combined with upper limb robot on upper limb dysfunction in patients with ischemic stroke. MethodsFrom January, 2023 to March, 2024, 56 inpatients with upper limb dysfunction after ischemic stroke were selected from Zhejiang Rehabilitation Medical Center, and divided into control group (n = 28) and experimental group (n = 28) randomly. All the patients received comprehensive treatment and upper limb robot training, while the control group received sham HD-tDCS and the experimental group received HD-tDCS, for four weeks. They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremities (FMA-UE), Wolf Motor Function Test (WMFT) and modified Barthel Index (MBI) before and after treatment. The cortical amplitude, cortical latency and central motor conduction time (CMCT) of transcranial magnetic stimulation motor-evoked potential (MEP) were recorded, and a correlation analysis was conducted. ResultsThe scores of FMA-UE, WMFT and MBI, and MEP cortical amplitude, cortical latency and CMCT improved in both groups after treatment (t > 3.177, P < 0.01), and they were better in the experimental group than in the control group (t > 3.610, P < 0.01). The scores of FMA-UE and WMFT negatively correlated with MEP cortical latency and CMCT, and positively correlated with MEP cortical amplitude (|r| > 0.448, P < 0.001). ConclusionHD-tDCS is effective on upper limb motor function and activities of daily living for patients with ischemic stroke, and can improve corticospinal motor conduction.

Objective To compare the success rates of two methods for endobronchial intubation:the left-sided double-lumen tube(DLT)rotated 90° counter-clockwise with the patient head at the mid positon and the tube rotated 180°counter-clockwise with the patient head turned to the right.Methods Six hundred and forty-eight patients were enrolled in this study,who were to undergo elective thoracic surgery by left-sided DLT intuba-tion in the Peking Union Medical College Hospital from December 2021 to June 2022.They were randomized into a 90° group and a 180° group,with 324 patients in each group.In the 90° group,with the patient head kept at the mid position,the left-sided DLT was advanced until the bronchial cuff passed the vocal cords and then rotated 90° counter-clockwise.In the 180°group,with the left mandible angle of each patient in the straight line with the ster-num,the tube was advanced until the bronchial cuff passed the vocal cords and then rotated 180° counter-clock-wise.The intubation success rate and the intubation-related complications such as carina mucosal injuries were com-pared between the two groups.Results The 648 patients included 336 males and 312 females,with the age ran-ging from 39.0 to 75.0 years old and the average age of(54.6±9.0)years old.The success rate of first intubation was 80.3% in the 90°group and 75.0% in the 180°group,which showed no significant difference(P =0.109).The success rate of second intubation was higher in the 180°group than in the 90°group(P<0.001).The rate of carina mucosal injuries was 23.8% in the 90° group and 25.6% in the 180° group,which showed no significant difference(P =0.585).Conclusions Compared with the conventional method(90°),the intubation of the left-sided DLT rotated 180° counter-clockwise with the patient head turned to the right cannot improve the success rate of the first intubation.However,it could improve the success rate of reintubation as a remedy.

Objective To observe the feasibility and safety of dexmedetomidine used in motor evoked potentials(MEP)monitoring in patients undergoing neurosurgery.Methods Thirty ASA Ⅰ orⅡ patients,male 1 5 cases,female 1 5 cases,aged 20-60 years,weighing 40-80 kg undergoing neuro-surgery receiving MEP monitoring were randomly divided into 2 groups (n =1 5 each):control group (group C)and dexmedetomidine group (group D).In group D,dexmedetomidine 0.5 μg/kg was in-fused over 10 minutes before anesthesia induction,and then was infused at a rate of 0.5 μg·kg-1 · h-1 toward the end of operation.Group C received the equal volume of normal saline.HR,MAP and BIS were recorded at admission to the operating room (T0 ),skin incision (T1 ),when the muscle re-laxants were stopped (T2 )and 50 minutes later (T3 ).The current intensity and the time when first MEP was induced after muscle relaxant was stopped,the amplitudes and latencies of MEP on thenar muscle at T3 ,the total consumption of anesthetics,and development of adverse effects were also re-corded.Results Compared with T0 ,HR in group C at T1 ,T3 and MAP in group C at T1-T3 was in-creased,HR in group D was decreased at T2-T3 (P <0.05).Compared with group C,HR and MAP were decreased at T1-T3 in group D(P <0.05).The amount of propofol consumed and the current in-tensity inducing MEP were lower in group D than in group C (P <0.05).The amplitude of MEP at T3 was higher in group D than in group C (P <0.05).Compared with group C,the incidences of hy-pertension and tachycardia were decreased in group D,and the incidence of bradycardia was increased (P <0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine used in MEP monitoring in patients undergoing neurosur-gery can meet the operation requirements,maintain hemodynamic stability,reduce the incidences of adverse reactions,and improve monitoring quality of MEP.It is a safe and feasible anesthesia method.
