To report the first case of CRTC1::TRIM11 fusion cutaneous tumor in China. A 53-year-old male patient presented with a progressively enlarging, thickened plaque with ulceration and exudation on the left sole for 3 years. Dermatological examination revealed a skin-colored plaque measuring approximately 2 cm × 2 cm in size on the left sole, covered by thick scaly crusts and circumscribed dark-brown crusts. Histopathological examination of the lesion showed well-circumscribed, unencapsulated, multinodular and coalescing tumor masses in the dermis; the masses were primarily composed of amelanotic epithelioid cells and spindle cells, arranged in a multinodular pattern with sparse stroma; some nodules formed nests, while others exhibited a layered or fascicular pattern; mitotic figures were observed among tumor cells. Immunohistochemical staining demonstrated strong nuclear positivity for SRY-box transcription factor 10 (SOX10) and tripartite motif-containing protein 11 (TRIM11). Fluorescence in situ hybridization revealed a CRTC1 gene break. RNA transcriptome sequencing confirmed the presence of CRTC1::TRIM11 fusion. A diagnosis of CRTC1::TRIM11 fusion cutaneous tumor was made. The patient received wide local excision of the tumor. No recurrence was observed during 10 months of postoperative follow-up.

ObjectiveTo explore whether fluoroethylnormemantine （FENM）， an NMDA receptor antagonist， could improve compulsive-like behaviors and to investigate its underlying mechanisms in the RU24969-induced obsessive-compulsive disorder （OCD） mouse model. MethodsThirty-two mice were randomly assigned to four groups： Saline （n=8）， RU24969 （n=8）， RU+FENM （n=8）， and FENM （n=8）. Mice received FENM or an equivalent volume of saline for pre-treatment， followed by RU24969 or saline for model induction 30 minutes later. Behavioral tests were performed 1 hour after modeling， and serum samples were collected to measure the level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor （BDNF）. Evans Blue dye was intravenously injected to assess dye content in brain tissue， thereby evaluating potential blood-brain barrier damage. ResultsFENM treatment significantly improved repetitive stereotyped circling behavior （F=39.850， P＜0.001） and alleviated persistent motor activity （F=50.200， P＜0.001） in RU24969 model mice. Additionally， FENM treatment significantly increased serum BDNF level in RU24969-induced OCD mice （F=18.930， P＜0.001）. ConclusionsFENM ， an NMDA receptor antagonist， may alleviate compulsive behaviors in OCD mice by modulating BDNF levels ， thereby exerting anti-compulsive effects. Neither the RU24969 model nor FENM treatment significantly affectes blood-brain barrier integrity.

Objective To evaluate the effect of surgery combined with aminolevulinic acid (ALA)-based photodynamic therapy (PDT) on the prognosis of extramammary Paget's disease.Methods A prospective open-labelled controlled trial was conducted.A total of 38 patients with pathologically comfirmed extramammary Paget's disease were enrolled from Shanghai Dermatology Hospital,and divided into 2 groups to be treated with surgery alone (surgery alone group,n =21) or surgery combined with ALA-PDT (combination group,n =17).Patients in the combination group received ALA-PDT after the surgery once every two weeks for 3 sessions.All the patients were followed up once every three months for more than 12 months,and the incidence of relapse was evaluated and compared between the 2 groups after the treatment.Results During the follow-up of 12-58 months (mean,35.45 ± 16.98 months),7 patients in the surgery alone group experienced relapse,and the median time to relapse was 9 months,with an upper quartile of 18 months and a lower quartile of 6 months.However,relapse only occurred in 1 patient in the combination group,and the time to relapse was 18 months after the end of treatment.The recurrence rate was significantly lower in the combination group than in the surgery alone group (P ＜ 0.05),and the time to relapse was also longer in the combination group than in the surgery alone group.Furthermore,ALA-PDT after the surgery was well tolerated in all the patients.Conclusion Surgery combined with ALA-PDT can reduce the recurrence rate of extramammary Paget's disease,and improve its prognosis.

Objective To explore correlation between alexithymia and resilience in military personnel.Methods 2802 subjects were chosen by random cluster sampling to outline the military personnel resilience scale and military alexithymia scale.The data were analyzed by t-test,chi-square test,ANOVA,correlation analysis and multiple linear regressions analysis.Results The prevalence rate of alexithymia was 6.85％,while resilience was 6.60％.Compared to sea force (45.62 ± 11.25 ) and air force (45.32 ± 9.98 ) subjects,land force (47.92 ± 9.92)had significantly higher total score in alexithymia(P＜ 0.05 ).Compared to sea force (87.35 ± 12.15 ) and air force ( 88.58 ± 10.39 ) subjects,land force ( 85.73 ± 10.70) had significantly lower total score in resilience(P ＜ 0.05 ).The total score and every factor score of subjects with alexithymia were significant lower than those of control group in resilience(P ＜ 0.05 ).Every factor of Resilience Scale were mild negative correlation with every factor of Alexithymia Scale (P＜0.01).Problem solving,volition,optimism and family supports were the main factors which had affected on the alexithymia.Conclusion The prevalence rate of alexithymia in military personnel is lower than ordinary people,but there are still issues in alexithymia and resilience,particularly in land force.The research show mild correlation between alexithymia and resilience in military personnel.

Objective To investigate the changes in severe burn patients with acute renal failure by using continuous blood purification(CBP). Methods Twelve severe bum patients underwent early CBP were included in this study. The levels of creatinine、blood urea nitrogen and interleukin-6(IL-6) in plasma were determined. The termperature and heart were also observed. Results After the treatment of CBP,the clinical symptoms were improved obviously ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The levels of creatinine[( 376. 2 ± 24. 5 ) μ mol/L vs ( 145.2 ± 57. 1 ) μmol/L] 、sodium concentration [( 5.3 ± 1.6 ) mmol/L vs ( 4. 0 ± 0. 7 ) mmol/L] and potassium concentration [( 153. 4 ± 13.0 ) mmol/L vs( 140. 1 ±8.6)mmol/L]in plasma were all decreased evidently after the treatment of CBP. There were significant differences ( t = 2. 79,3.06,3. 01, P ＜ 0. 05 ). The levels of IL-6 and APACHE Ⅱ score were ( 264. 31 ± 122.42 ) ng/Land( 15.2 ±5.8) scores before treatment. While after treatment,their levels were(94. 18 ±63. 82) ng/L and(5.4 ±3. 6) scores. The difference was also significant ( t = 4. 17,3. 67, P ＜ 0. 05 ). In this study, 8 patients cured and 4 patients died. Conclusion CBP could eliminate inflammation factors effectively in severe burn patients with acute renal failure. It could afford a useful assist treatment to these patients.

Objective To investigate and report a group of patients with cutaneous nocardiosis occurring in China.Methods The skin lesion of twenty-three patients were examined and the pathogen was identified.The possible cause of this disease was also investigated.Results All the twenty-three patients belon g to a same village in a province.Skin lesions on buttoc ks manifested as nodules and abscesses whereas some other lesions as ulcers and draining sinuses,occurring 2-10mo nths after intramuscular injection.The pathogens were identified as Nocardia asteroides.Conclusion Twenty-three patients of cutaneous nocardiosis were related to intramu scular injection.
