Objective To analyse the efficacy of Gao Mo therapy in the treatment of aromatase inhibitor-related osteoarticular symptoms in breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 80 breast cancer patients with aromatase inhibitor-related osteoarticular symptoms were selected from the breast clinic of a Tier-IIIA hospital in Guangdong Province between January and August 2024.The patients were divided into an intervention group and a control group according to the random number table, with 40 patients per group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while the patients in the intervention group received Gao Mo therapy for 4 weeks based on the intervention of the control group. The two groups were compared with in terms of pain level, index of knee osteoarthritis, and quality of life of the patients with breast cancer before intervention and at 1st,2nd and 4th weeks after intervention. Results Before the intervention, the two groups presented no significant differences in scores of pain assessment, knee osteoarthritis index and quality of life(P>0.05).Analysis of variance for repeated measures showed that the main effects of time and group as well as the interaction effect, were statistically significant in scores of pain assessments in both groups(both P<0.05).The main effects of time and the interaction effect were statistically significant in scores of knee osteoarthritis index and quality of life assessments at different time points(both P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the main effect between groups(both P>0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention, the intervention group demonstrated significantly lower scores in knee function and pain assessments with a significantly higher scores in the total quality of life assessment in comparison with those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Gao Mo therapy can mitigate the aromatase inhibitor-related osteoarticular symptoms in breast cancer patients, enhance the function of knees, and improve the quality of life of the patients with breast cancer.

Objective:To explore the latent profile characteristics of cancer-related fatigue (CRF) in breast cancer patients during the rehabilitation phase and to analyze the influencing factors of different latent profiles. Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to recruit 190 breast cancer patients in the rehabilitation phase from the follow-up cohort at Peking Union Medical College Hospital between March and May 2024. Data was collected using a general information questionnaire, the Cancer Fatigue Scale, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, the Self-Rating Depression Scale, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and the Visual Analogue Scale. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify the influencing factors of CRF latent profiles. A total of 190 questionnaires were distributed, and 183 valid responses were collected, yielding an effective response rate of 96.32% (183/190) .Results:Three latent profiles of CRF were identified: mild fatigue, moderate fatigue, and severe fatigue. Menopausal status, depressive symptoms, and pain scores were significant influencing factors of the CRF latent profiles ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients during the rehabilitation phase exhibits distinct latent profile characteristics. Early identification of profile types and associated influencing factors may provide a scientific basis for healthcare professionals to develop targeted clinical interventions to help patients alleviate fatigue.

Objective:To explore the current status and research trends of cancer-related cognitive impairment (CRCI) worldwide, and to provide a reference for clinical nursing practice. Methods:Literature related to CRCI nursing was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection and China National Knowledge Infrastructure, with the search period from database inception to December 31, 2024. CiteSpace software was used to conduct bibliometric analysis of the included studies. Results:A total of 463 English and 43 Chinese articles were included. The overall number of publications showed an upward trend, with some degree of collaboration among institutions and authors. Research hotspots focused on influencing factors of CRCI, construction of risk prediction models, symptom management, and nursing interventions. Conclusions:The volume of CRCI nursing research has increased annually. Foreign countries started earlier in this field, while China is still in the initial stage. There is a need to strengthen international cooperation, multi-institutional collaboration, and interdisciplinary research to improve research quality and provide guidance for CRCI nursing research development in China.

Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) in the perioperative period of congenital choledochal cysts in children. Methods:This is a multicenter prospective randomized controlled study. The clinical data of 273 pediatric congenital choledochal cysts(CCC) patients who underwent surgery at 14 medical centers with complete follow-up data were collected through the medical data analysis platform. Among them, 123 cases in ERAS group were managed perioperatively in strict accordance with ERAS mode, and 150 cases in conventional group were managed according to traditional mode. The length of hospital stay, time to first farting, time to complete feeding, the incidence of complications, cost and readmission rate within 30 days, stress indexes and liver function were compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the conventional group, median time to start farting (2.0 d vs. 3.0 d, P<0.001), median time to complete feeding (5.0 d vs. 7.0 d, P<0.001), median postoperative hospitalization time (6.0 d vs. 9.0 d, P<0.001),the median total length of stay(13.0 d vs. 15.0 d, P<0.001) were shorter, the median hospitalization cost (37,000 yuan vs.43,000 yuan P<0.001) was lower, and stress indexes recovered quickly. The incidence of postoperative hospital stay and readimission rate within 30 d were not statistically different between the two groups. Conclusion:It is safe and feasible to implement ERAS for children with CCC in the perioperative period, which can reduce stress response, speed up recovery, and save medical costs.

Objective To identify the pathogenic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis in bloodstream infec-tions with high confidence based on three deep learning models such as GoogleNet,ResNet101,and Vgg19,compare the performance and classification ability of these models, and explore the feasibility of applying the deep learning models for the rapid identification of pathogenic bacteria in bloodstream infections. Methods The preprocessed Gram-stained bacterial images, including 1 682 images for Staphylococcus aureus and 1 723 for Enterococcus faecalis, and 688 blank control microscopic images were input into three models for training and validation, respectively.Among them,1 344 images for Staphylococcus aureus,1 376 for Enterococcus faecalis, and 544 blank control images were used for training, and the remaining images were used for validation. The model with the best performance was identified according to the classification parameters between the models. Results The ResNet101 model had the lowest cross-en-tropy loss value(0.008 710 3),the largest Epoch value(93),and the highest accuracy rate(99%)for identifying the three types of validation set images. The cross-entropy loss value,Epoch value, and accuracy rate of the GoogleNet model were 0.063 89,86 and 98.6%,respectively,for identifying the three types of validation set images. Those of the Vgg19 model were 0.035 682,86 and 97.7%,respectively.Conclusion The ResNet101 model has the best performance in the classification of three kinds of images. The deep learning model may accurately, reliably and rapidly identify the Gram-stained images of pathogenic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis in bloodstream infections.
