Objective:To explore whether Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has any impact on human centrifuge training of flying cadets and to provide references to the human centrifuge training for the recovered flying personnel by comparing the changes of flying cadets′ G-tolerance and physiological indicators in human centrifuge training.Methods:Twelve flying cadets who underwent the current batch of human centrifuge training in 2022 were selected and divided into rehabilitation group and control group according to whether they had been infected with COVID-19, with 6 in each group. The rapid G onset rate (ROR) and gradual G onset rate (GOR) were respectively chosen for human centrifuge test. At the same time, the changes of their heart rate and respiratory rate during the tests were recorded, and the G-tolerance situations of the subjects were collected.Results:The average relaxed G-tolerance under GOR (GOR tolerance 1) was (4.2±0.8) G in rehabilitation group, and their average anti-G straining maneuver aided G-tolerance under GOR (GOR tolerance 2) was (5.7±0.6) G. Compared with that of the control group, there was no significant difference in GOR tolerance 1 and GOR tolerance 2 (both P>0.05). There was no significant changes in heart rate and respiratory rate in ROR and GOR human centrifuge tests between 2 groups (all P>0.05). Conclusions:COVID-19 didn't impact the recovered flying cadets' performance in human centrifuge training, as well as the anti-G straining maneuver effect and cardiovascular regulation.

Objective To investigate the geographical distribution and seasonal fluctuations of visceral leishmaniasis vectors sandflies in Henan Province in 2023, so as to provide insights into the prevention and control of visceral leishmaniasis vectors. Methods A total of 23 counties (districts) were sampled from 18 cities of Henan Province from May to September, 2023 as sandfly surveillance sites, and sandflies were captured using human capture and light trapping methods. Following morphological identification, the changes in the sandfly density were calculated at different months and in different breeding habitats. Results A total of 406 light traps were set at sandfly surveillance sites in Henan Province from May to September, 2023, and a total of 3 137 female sandlies were captured, with an average density of 7.73 sandlies/(light·night). A total of 1 494 Phlebotomus chinensis sandflies were captured, including 1 222 female sandflies, with an average density of 3.01 sandflies/(light·night), and the highest density of P. chinensis was found in Gongyi City [17.00 sandflies/(light·night)]. A total of 5 544 sandflies were captured using the human capture method, including 230 P. chinensis, and the density of P. chinensis appeared a unimodal distribution, with a peak in early July [5.81 sandflies/(light·night)]. Among different breeding habitats, the highest P. chinensis density was detected in pigpens [4.50 sandflies/(light·night)]. Conclusions P. chinensis was predominantly distributed in hilly areas of northern and central-western Henan Province in 2023, and the sandfly density appeared a unimodal distribution. Intensified monitoring of visceral leishmaniasis vectors is recommended.

Objective:To analyze the needs and recommendation of nurses in level3 general hospital for the application scenarios of nursing robots, so as to provide a basis for the design of intelligent machine systems to reduce the workload of nurses in the hospitals.Methods:Using phenomenological research methods, a total of 17 clinical nurses from Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital Affiliated to Medical School of Nanjing University, Zhongda Hospital Southeast University and the First People′s Hospital of Lianyungang from November 2021 to March 2022 were selected for semi-structured interviews. Colaizzi content analysis method was used to sort out the data.Results:Clinical nurses′requirements for application scenarios of nursing robots could be summarized into four themes: feasibility of clinical application of robot recognized by nurses; expected alternative care scenarios; summary of nursing robot design features; multiple factors limit the application of nursing robots.Conclusions:Clinical nurses have diverse requirements for the application scenarios of nursing robots, and only part of non-clinical tasks will be authorized to robots in a short period of time. In the face of future opportunities and challenges, with the help of policies, legal supervision should be strengthened, so as to improve the reliability and safety of clinical application of nursing robots.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of mid-face lifting combined with compound fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation.Methods:From October 2016 to May 2020, 26 patients with mid-facial aging were enrolled, including 10 males and 16 females, with an average age of (47±6) years (38-65 years). The facial superficial musculoaponeurotic system was stripped, folded and suspended through the temporal hairline incision to lift the middle of the face. Liposuction was performed and compound fat was prepared, in which structural fat was injected into the area marked with loss of facial volume before operation, and extravascular matrix component gel was injected into the static wrinkle dermis. Six and 12 months after operation, the global aesthetic improvement scale of the observer and the global aesthetic improvement scale of the patient were scored, and the postoperative complications and patients＇ satisfaction were counted.Results:At the end of 6 months, improvements in mid face were reported in all patients by blinded reviewers. 12 months after operation, 53.8% (14 cases) of patients had significant improvement in facial aging, 30.8% (8 cases) had moderate improvement, and 15.4% (4 cases) had slight improvement; 25 patients (96%) were satisfied with the postoperative results. Postoperative hemorrhage occurred in one patient, scar hyperplasia occurred in one patient, and no obvious complications occurred in the other patients.Conclusions:The method of midface lifting combined with compound fat transplantation can improve the facial soft tissue and supplement the facial missing capacity, improve the static wrinkles of the face, and comprehensively solve the aging problem of midface. It has a definite clinical effect, fewer complications, and is safe and reliable. It has definite clinical effect with less complications.

Objective:To evaluate the objective imaging markers of cognitive impairment in patients with end-stage renal disease by MRI intravoxel incoherent motion.Methods:A total of 40 patients with ESRD were enrolled in the Department of Nephrology, Changzhou Second Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2019 to August 2020, and 24 healthy controls were prospectively enrolled at the same time.All subjects performed with MRI scan were collected, and the slow apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC slow) of the corresponding brain regions were obtained .The cognitive function was evaluated by the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA). Two-sample t test was used to analyze the difference of ADC slow and cognitive score between the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis was performed among the cognitive function score of end-stage renal disease and ADC slow value. Results:(1) The score of the intelligence test scale in the ESRD group (23.30±1.76) was significantly lower than that of the healthy control group (27.92±1.00) ( P<0.01). The ADC slow values of bilateral frontal lobe, hippocampus, and insula brain areas (respectively(0.648±0.035), (0.633±0.043), (0.762±0.043), (0.756±0.042), (0.792±0.048), (0.776±0.054))in the ESRD group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group ((0.600±0.039), 0.610±0.037, (0.725±0.059), (0.711±0.054), (0.740±0.063), (0.716±0.051)) ( P<0.01). (2) Pearson correlation analysis showed that the ADC slow values of bilateral insula and right hippocampus in the ESRD group were negatively correlated with MoCA scales ( r=-0.38, -0.38, -0.66, all P<0.05). Conclusion:ADC slow value in IVIM can better reflect the changes of cognitive function impairment in ESRD patients.

The Hedgehog (Hh) signalling pathway is essential for cellular proliferation and differentiation during embryonic development. Gain and loss of function of Hh signalling are known to result in an array of craniofacial malformations. To determine the critical period for Hh pathway antagonist-induced frontal bone hypoplasia, we examined patterns of dysmorphology caused by Hh signalling inhibition. Pregnant mice received a single oral administration of Hh signalling inhibitor GDC-0449 at 100 mg•kg or 150 mg•kg body weight at preselected time points between embryonic days (E)8.5 and 12.5. The optimal teratogenic concentration of GDC-0449 was determined to be 150 mg•kg. Exposure between E9.5 and E10.5 induced frontal bone dysplasia, micrognathia and limb defects, with administration at E10.5 producing the most pronounced effects. This model showed decreased ossification of the frontal bone with downregulation of Hh signalling. The osteoid thickness of the frontal bone was significantly reduced. The amount of neural crest-derived frontal bone primordium was reduced after GDC-0449 exposure owing to a decreased rate of cell proliferation and increased cell death.

Objective: To analysis teratogenic effect of GDC-0449 to fetus and set up the animal model of GDC-0449 induced oromandibular limb hypogenesis in mouse for further research of its pathogenesis. Methods: Twenty-seven pregnant Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) mice were randomly divided into: control group, embryonic day 8.5 (E8.5) exposed groups, E9.5 exposed groups, E10.5 exposed groups, E11.5 exposed groups, E12.5 exposed groups, E13.5 exposed groups, E14.5 exposed groups and E15.5 exposed groups. Each group had 3 mice. Exposed groups were treated with the Hedgehog pathway antagonist GDC-0449 at a single dose 150 mg/kg by oral gavage from E8.5 to E15.5. At E16.5, embryonic phenotypes were analyzed in detail by stereo microscope and histology. After establish an optimal dysmorphogenic concentration, 6 pregnant ICR mice were randomly divided into control group and the optimal group, embryonic phenotypes were analyzed by whole-mount skeletal staining and micro-computed tomography at E18.5. Results: The mice were exposed to GDC-0449 on E11.5 and E12.5 had a high incidence of cleft palate. GDC-0449 exposed between E9.5 and E10.5 caused craniofacial and limb dysmorphology, including micrognathia, microglossia, ectrodactylia, partial anodontia and cleft palate. Most interestingly, these are extremely similar to oromandibular limb hypogenesis syndrome. Conclusions The results of this study indicate that GDC-0449 can be used to induce micrognathia, microglossia, ectrodactylia, partial anodontia and cleft palate. This work established a novel mouse model for oromandibular limb hypogenesis.

Objective To investigate the distribution,drug resistance of bile pathogenic bacteria,and the risk factors for biliary infection.Methods Clinical and laboratory data of patients hospitalized from January 2008 to October 2015 were reviewed for pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance,and the factors related to biliary tract infection were studied.Results Among all 320 cases,there were 249 cases of pathogenic bacteria in bile specimens,the positive rate was 77.81％.There were 356 strains of pathogenic bacteria of 40 species,including 244 strains of gram negative bacteria (68.54％),93 strains of gram positive bacteria (26.12％) and 19 strains of fungi (5.34％).Top three bacteria were Escherichia coli (84 strains,23.60％),Klebsiella pneumonia (60 strains,16.85％),and Enterococcus faecium (40 strains,11.24％).The Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae had the highest drug resistance to cefazolin,and they had a lower drug resistance to cefoxitin and amikacin.The multivariate analysis showed that age ≥ 60 years (AOR =2.311,95％ CI:1.292-4.135) and the history of ERCP operation (AOR =3.475,95％ CI:1.587-7.607) were independent risk factors for biliary tract infection.Conclusion Bacteria are mainly gram negative bacteria in the bile of patients with biliary tract infection,suggesting antibiotics with low resistant rate of gram-negative is the first choice.The age ≥ 60 years and history of ERCP surgery are independent risk factors for patients with biliary tract disease.Measures to prevent biliary infections in high-risk patients should be taken.
