Objective To explore the feasibility of using high-definition thoracoscopy to identify sympathetic ganglia during thoracic sympathicotomy for primary palmar hyperhidrosis. Methods The clinical data of patients with primary palmar hyperhidrosis who underwent high-definition thoracoscopic sympathicotomy in Taikang Xianlin Drum Tower Hospital from June to July 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. Intraoperative visualization rates and anatomical variations of sympathetic ganglia were recorded, and the consistency between white-light thoracoscopy and near-infrared fluorescence imaging was compared. Additionally, surgical videos from previous fluorescence-guided procedures were reviewed. Results Finally 100 patients were collected, including 54 females and 46 males, with an average age of (21.92±6.56) years. All patients underwent endoscopic thoracic sympathicotomy at R3 level. The overall intraoperative ganglion visualization rate was 92.5% (740/800), with G2-G5 rates of 95.5% (191/200), 94.0% (188/200), 94.0% (188/200), and 86.5% (173/200), respectively. Ganglion variations occurred in 32.0% (237/740), predominantly at G3 (29.8%) and G4 (42.6%). In 5 indocyanine green-enhanced patients, the concordance rate between white-light and near-infrared fluorescence imaging was 100.0% (38/38). Video analysis of 14 near-infrared fluorescence-guided surgeries demonstrated a 99.1% (107/108) consistency rate. Postoperative palmar hyperhidrosis improvement reached 100.0% (100/100) with no Horner’s syndrome. Conclusion With the wide clinical application of high-definition thoracoscopy, accurate thoracic sympathicotomy has the feasibility of clinical application.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2023;29(4):396-401
ObjectiveTo design a simple leg-sliding rehabilitation equipment for patients with lower limb dysfunction who need to exercise their leg muscles in bed at the early stage of rehabilitation. MethodsThe mechanism scheme was designed using the crank slider transmission system. The kinematic model was established and the structural dimensions were determined according to the human joint mobility, analysis and verification were then implemented; and the strutural strength of the machanism was verified, and based on the analysis, a protype was built to verify the feasibility of proposed scheme. ResultsThe range of joint activities of the proposed mechanism was in line with the normal human joint activities, the structural strength met the requirements, the prototype operated smoothly, and the actual running speed was basically consistent with the theoretical planning speed. ConclusionThis design could meet the needs of rehabilitation training for bedridden patients with lower limb dysfunction at the early stage of rehabilitation. It has the advantages of small size and light weight, which provides reference value for promoting the development of miniaturized and lightweight lower extremity rehabilitation equipment.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2022;43(2):251-255
Objective:
To investigate the effects of major family structure changes on depression, anxiety and stress symptoms of college students, and to provide theoretical basis for mental health promotion and prevention.
Methods:
A questionnaire survey was conducted among 9 779 college students from 6 universities, including Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Shangrao Normal University, Gannan Normal University, Fujian Polytechnic Normal University, and Changjiang University, by using the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale 21 Items (DASS 21).
Results:
The prevalence rates of depression, anxiety and stress symptoms among college students were 27.4%, 42.0% and 17.4%, respectively. Univariate analysis showed that family structure was associated with anxiety and stress symptoms ( χ 2=8.40,13.08, P <0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that specific family structure other than single or two parent family was positively correlated with anxiety( OR =1.89,95% CI =1.05- 3.42 ) and stress symptoms ( OR =2.48, 95% CI =1.36-4.50), family structure changes due to parental divorce was positively correlated with stress symptoms ( OR =1.53,95% CI =1.05-2.20)( P <0.05).
Conclusion
The occurrence of depression, anxiety and stress symptoms of college students is related to the type of family structure and the changing factors. Colleges should pay more attention to the mental condition of college students with family structure changes, and deliver various mental health promotion services including psychological counseling and health education.

Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Cordyceps sinensis from Tibet and Qinghai on acute renal injury in-duced by gentamicin sulphate ( GM) . Methods:The rat model of acute renal injury induced by GM was established. The biochemical indicators including blood urea nitrogen ( BUN) and serum creatinine ( Scr) in serum and NAG enzyme and urine total protein in urine were detected. HE staining was used to observe the pathologic changes in kidney. Results:Compared with those in the model group, the levels of BUN and Scr in serum and NAG enzyme and urine total protein in urine were significantly reduced in the Cordyceps sinen-sis groups, and kidney cells necrosis was improved in the Cordyceps sinensis groups at low, medium and high dose (P<0. 05), how-ever, the difference between the Cordyceps sinensis groups with different habitats were not significant (P >0.05). Conclusion:Cordyceps sinensis from Qinghai and Tibet both have protective effect on acute kidney injury induced by GM in rats, and the difference between them is not remarkable.

Objective To study the protective effects of bcl-2 gene against lung ischemia-reperfusion injury in vitro. Methods The lungs of rabbits were harvested respectively and preserved according to the way of lung transplantation. Then the lungs were reperfused using an ex vivo model. The rabbits were divided into 3 groups: control group, 0.9%NaCl was given; group2, Ad/Lac Z and group 3, receiving Ad/s-bcl-2. Agents were given to the rabbits by continuous intravenous infusion 48 hours before operations. Results Ad/s-bcl-2 increased the contents of bcl-2 mRNA in lung tissue, increased lung tissue SOD contents, decreased lung tissue MDA contents, decreased PAP, improved lung edema, reduced incidence of apoptosis and improved lung histological manifestation. These indexes in the Ad/s-bcl-2 group were better than in the groups of 0.9%NaCl and Ad/LacZ. Conclusion The bcl-2 gene amy provide significant protective effects on ischemia-reperfusion injury of the lung.
