BACKGROUND:In the field of tissue engineering, decellularized scaffolds are widely used owing to their biocompatibility.Nonetheless, these scaffolds frequently encounter the limitation of inadequate cell infiltration due to their densely structured composition.Using laser micro-patterning technology for structural modification can improve cell adhesion and proliferation.OBJECTIVE:To summarize the research progress of laser microporous decellularized scaffolds in tissue regeneration.METHODS:Related literature was searched in PubMed and CNKI databases. The Chinese and English search terms were"decellularized scaffold, laser micro-patterning technology, laser microporous decellularized scaffold, extracellular matrix, laser drilling, tissue regeneration."References were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and 65 articles were finally included for analysis and discussion.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)Laser micro-patterning technology can selectively remove tissues to achieve scaffold modification.Laser treatment can have controllable effects on the pore structure, mechanical properties and cell permeability of the scaffold.(2)To obtain the optimal cell integration and remodeling effect, factors such as scaffold pretreatment, laser and decellularization process sequence, laser parameter setting, decellularization process and pore structure should be considered.(3)At present, the application of laser microporous decellularized scaffolds has shown that it can promote tissue repair, and it is also necessary to solve the problem of tissue thermal damage.Depending on the absorption of different wavelengths of laser light by the tissue,a reasonable selection of laser type is a feasible solution.(4)Tissue damage repair by laser microporous decellularized scaffold is expected to achieve clinical transformation, and optimizing laser technology and carrying out larger scale biosafety testing are future research directions.

Objective To establish methods for determining the leaching amount of bisphenol A monomer in metal coatings as one of the guidelines on metal materials and containers for drug packaging in the 2025 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. Methods The formulation process of the method for determining the leaching amount of bisphenol A monomer in metal coatings was explained.Through the verification of the two analysis methods, the scientific and rational aspects of the method were examined, and the determination results of the leaching amount of bisphenol A monomer by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)were compared. Results HPLC was suitable for the detection of general routine samples and can obtain experimental results more efficiently;HPLC-MS/MS has higher sensitivity and selectivity, and is more suitable for the detection of trace bisphenol A in samples with complex substrates. Conclusion Enterprises and scientific research institutions can choose their own determination methods and formulate reasonable limits according to the actual situation of products and the configuration needs of daily testing instruments.

Objective To analyze the medical resource consumption of healthcare-associated infection(HAI)in patients in different groups of disease diagnosis-related grouping(DRG)based on the DRG payment model, provide reference for optimizing prevention and control of HAI as well as resource management. Methods Medical records and DRG-related indicators of discharged patients from a municipal hospital in Sichuan Province from January 1 to December 31,2024 were analyzed retrospectively.Medical resource consumption of patients in HAI group and non-HAI group was compared.Differences in average length of hospital stay and average expense per hospitalization be-tween two groups of patients were analyzed using stratified analysis. Results In 2024,HAI incidence of discharged patients in DRG management in this hospital was 1.57%.There were statistically significant differences in age, gender, admission and discharge ways between the HAI group and the non-HAI group(all P<0.05).The main HAI sites were lower respiratory tract, surgical site, urinary tract, and blood. The time consumption index(1.63 vs 0.85),average length of hospital stay(21.00 vs 5.00 days),expense consumption index(1.53 vs 0.92),ave-rage expense per hospitalization(44 700 vs 7 300),and multiple expense in HAI group were all higher than those in non-HAI group(all P<0.05).The consumption of medical resources for bloodstream infection was relatively higher.Patients with HAI were mostly concentrated in the groups related to acute leukemia with major complications or co-morbidities(MCC),intracranial or craniotomy surgery with MCC,tracheotomy with mechanical ventilation for 96 hours,as well as gastric, esophageal, and duodenal surgery. The average length of hospital stay and average ex-pense per hospitalization of patients in HAI group were both higher than those in the non-HAI group, differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion HAI significantly increase the consumption of medical resources.Based on DRG analysis, key disease groups for infection prevention and control can be further identified, and the consumption of medical resources can be more accurately and precisely evaluated, thereby optimizing the allocation of medical resources and improving hospital operational efficiency.

This study was aimed at preliminarily investigating the genetic and antimicrobial resistance characteristics of Salmonella Alachua isolates through whole-genome analyses.Five Salmonella Alachua isolates from various sources(both hu-man and non-human)were collected and identified.Phenotype and serotype verification, antimicrobial susceptibility testing, and whole-genome sequencing were performed.Virulence genes, antimicrobial resistance genes, and plasmid replicons were predicted according to globally available Salmonella Alachua genomic data.A phylogenetic tree was constructed to explore the genetic background. The first report of Salmonella Alachua in China emerged in Shanghai in 2015,and patients presented pri-marily with diarrhea. The isolates have been found predominantly in the eastern and southern coastal regions.Among the five i-solates analyzed, four belonged to sequence type(ST)2061,and one belonged to ST1298.All isolates were susceptible to most commonly used clinical antibiotics.Whole-genome analyses revealed that two ST2061 strains carried the blaKPC-2 gene, and one ST1298 strain carried the fosA7 gene.Phylogenetic analysis of global Salmonella Alachua populations indicated that the ST2061 clone belonged to the C1 clade, which was closely related to strains from the UK,whereas the ST1298 clone was found in the C4 clade,a globally disseminated fosA 7-positive lineage. This study provides initial insights into the genetic and antimi-crobial resistance characteristics of Salmonella Alachua in China, highlighting the presence of strains carrying blaKPC-2 and fo-sA7 genes. These findings may provide a reference for future large-scale molecular epidemiological surveillance and source-trac-ing efforts, and they underscore the importance of enhanced resistance monitoring for Salmonella Alachua.
