OBJECTIVE To sort out drug prophylaxis regimens for venous thromboembolism (VTE) in adult patients after artificial joint replacement, and provide a basis for clinic. METHODS Databases and related official websites were searched according to the “6S” model, including the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE), the Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN), the Guidelines International Network (GIN), the National Guidelines Clearinghouse (NGC), PubMed, Embase, CNKI, Wanfang database and SinoMed, to search for guidelines, expert consensuses, systematic evaluations, randomized controlled trials, and cohort studies about preventing VTE in adult patients after artificial joint replacement from the inception until December 2023. Literature that met the inclusion criteria were selected, and the quality evaluation of the literature was completed by 2 researchers independently; the evidence rating was performed by using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) evidence pre-classification and evidence rank system (2014 edition). RESULTS A total of 36 articles were included in the study, which were categorized into 9 areas of risk assessment, post-assessment prophylaxis, medication selection, medication method, duration of medication prophylaxis, medication prophylaxis observation points, contraindications to drug prophylaxis, response to bleeding, and health education, which were summarized to form 37 pieces of evidence on the pharmacological prophylaxis for postoperative VTE in patients who underwent artificial joint replacement. CONCLUSIONS The evidence of drug prophylaxis for postoperative VTE in patients who underwent artificial joint replacement summarized in this study is comprehensive, with certain scientific reference and practicality, which can provide clinical pharmacists with a scientific evidence-based basis for perioperative VTE prophylaxis management.

Objective To investigate the effects of MCSO on physiological behavior and antioxidant index in D.melanogaster.Methods One-day-old wild type D.melanogaster was divided into control group,0.25%,0.5%,1%,2%and 4%dose groups,as well as male and female groups. The control group was exposed to the base medium, and each dose group was exposed to the MCSO medium added with 0.25%,0.5%,1%,2%and 4%concentrations,respectively.The optimal dosage concentration and time of administration were investigated by climbing experiment. Then the flies were divided into control group, model group and MCSO group. The model group was established by depriving the flies of sleep through repeated nocturnal light stimulation.Period of drug treatment, appetite test, negative geotaxis ability test, stress test, olfactory memory test, and sleep-wake rhythm detection were used to explore the effects of MCSO on their physiological behavior. The activities of super oxidase dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),and malondialdehyde(MDA)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results MCSO enhanced the locomotory ability of 30-day-old D.melanogaster(P<0.01),increased the activity of SOD and CAT(P<0.01),and decreased the concentration of MDA(P<0.01).Improve olfactory memory of senile fruit flies. After sleep deprivation, the night sleep time of female Drosophila model group was reduced(P<0.05),and that of male Drosophila model group was reduced(P<0.01).After feeding MCSO,the night sleep time of female drosophila model group was extended(P<0.05),and that of male drosophila model group was extended(P<0.01).Conclusions MCSO had a certain antioxidant effect, prolonging the sleep time and improving the olfactory memory of sleep-deprived Drosophila.

The treatment of bone defects caused by fractures or bone tissue lesions has always been a difficult problem in the field of orthopedics.Implantation of high-performance titanium alloy prosthesis is an effective method to treat bone defects.3D printing technology can produce low-modulus titanium alloy implants with porous structures, providing a better solution to the above problems. This technology is convenient to design and has a huge advantage in making orthopedic implants. The article used electron beam melting in 3D printing technology to create two samples of Ti-6Al-4V prosthesis, including solid structural pelvic prosthesis and porous structural pelvic prosthesis. The mechanical properties of the prosthesis showed that the yield and tensile strengths of the rod tensile specimen were 894 MPa and 956 MPa,respectively, and the compressive modulus and compressive strength of the porous pelvic prosthesis were 55 GPa and 65.2 MPa,respectively. The results of the L929 cytotoxicity assay and the MC3T3-E1 cell adhesion assay demonstrated good biocompatibility of the prosthetic samples.New Zealand white rabbits were used to prepare the femoral joint cavity defect models and two pelvic prostheses were implanted.A microscopic CT scan 4 weeks after implantation showed that the bone defect caused by the drill had healed and that the porous structure of the pelvic prosthesis formed a new trabecular structure within the hole.In conclusion, the 3D printed Ti-6Al-4V pelvic prosthesis has excellent mechanical properties, biocompatibility, and the ability to promote new bone growth.

Objective:Based on the accounting results of total health expenditure in different regions since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,to analyze the regional disparity and evolution trend of health financing level and financing structure in 2012-2022,so as to provide references for subsequent adjustment and improvement. Methods:Range, standard deviation and coefficient of variation were used to analyze the degree of absolute and relative differences of total regional health expenditure in China and the changing characteristics of regional total health expenditure differences since the New Era(2012-2022).Results:Since 2012,the total health expenditure in various regions has been increasing continuously, and the average annual growth rate of total health expenditure is higher than that of the economy in this region. The relative difference of the proportion of total health expenditure to GDP in 31 provinces has converged in the fluctuation, but the absolute difference is still very large;the relative gap and absolute gap of per capita total health expenditure are expanding;the absolute difference in the proportion of out-of-pocket payments to total health expenditure has narrowed, while the relative difference has gradually narrowed. Conclusion:There are obvious differences in the growth rate of total health expenditure in different regions,so it is suggested that"appropriate growth"and"accurate control of health expenditure"should be carried out in parallel;the regional disparity of health investment in China has not improved, especially the regional disparity of per capita investment level continues to increase,so narrowing the regional disparity is a long-term task. The gap of regional financing structure has converged, but the gap is still large.
