2.Study on the Improving Path of Chinese Residents'Health Literacy under the New Media Environment

Purpose/Significance To analyze the current status of residents'health literacy levels in China in the context of new media environment,and to explore the pathways to continuously improve residents'health literacy.Method/Process The monitoring data of residents'health literacy from 2012 to 2022 are collected and an empirical research is carried out based on literature analysis.Result/Conclusion Although the health literacy level of Chinese residents shows a stable upward trend,there are still phenomena such as unbal-anced development and a gap between knowledge and action.In the new media environment,health information dissemination should use big data and artificial intelligence(AI)to implement accurate health information dissemination,optimize health behaviors,establish health information evaluation standards and systems,and strengthen the supervision of new media health information dissemination.
3.Factors affecting the efficacy of arterial balloon occlusion in the management of placenta accreta spectrum

Objective:To analyze the risk factors affecting the efficacy of arterial balloon occlusion intervention in cesarean sections for women with placenta accreta spectrum (PAS).Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 55 PAS patients who underwent arterial balloon occlusion during cesarean sections in the obstetrics department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2015 to March 2021. The patients were divided into two groups based on surgical blood loss: ≥2 000 ml group (27 cases) and <2 000 ml group (28 cases). Baseline data, surgical management, and pregnancy outcomes were analyzed between the two groups. For patients who underwent MRI, prenatal MRI characteristics were analyzed. Intergroup comparisons were performed using independent samples t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, or Chi-square test (or Fisher's exact test). Bonferroni correction was used for multiple comparisons. Results:(1) The variation in patients' bleeding volume across different years during the study period was not statistically significant. The proportion of placenta percreta in the ≥2 000 ml blood loss group was significantly higher than in the <2 000 ml group [placenta accreta, increta, and percreta in both groups were 0.0% (0/27) vs. 7.1% (2/28); 25.9% (7/27) vs. 53.6% (15/28); and 74.1% (20/27) vs. 39.3% (11/28), respectively; Fisher's exact test, P=0.019]. (2) The ≥2 000 ml group showed a trend towards higher rates of hysterectomy and failed uterine preservation after placental removal compared to the <2 000 ml group [25.9% (7/27) vs. 3.6% (1/28), Fisher's exact test], but the difference was not statistically significant ( P=0.074). (3) The ≥2 000 ml group had significantly higher blood loss, transfusion of ≥5 units of red blood cells, incidence of disseminated intravascular coagulation, longer surgery time, and higher postoperative transfer to intensive care unit rates compared to the <2 000 ml group [3 600 ml (2 550-5 050 ml) vs. 1 100 ml (600-1 500 ml), Z=756.00; 77.8% (21/27) vs. 21.4% (6/28), χ2=17.40; 33.3% (9/27) vs. 0.0% (0/28), Fisher's exact test; (253±94) min vs. (150±57) min, t=4.92; 40.7% (11/27) vs. 3.6% (1/28), χ2=11.13; all P<0.05]. The bladder injury rate in the ≥2 000 ml group showed a trend towards being higher than in the <2 000 ml group, but the difference was not statistically significant [22.2% (6/27) vs. 3.6% (1/28), Fisher's exact test, P=0.051]. There were no statistically significant differences in other maternal and neonatal outcomes between the two groups. (4) Among the study subjects, 50 patients had prenatal MRI data, with 22 in the ≥2 000 ml group and 28 in the <2 000 ml group. The ≥2 000 ml group had a significantly higher proportion of local exophytic masses, asymmetric placental thickening/shape, and placental invasion in the S2 region compared to the <2 000 ml group [81.8% (18/22) vs. 53.6% (15/28), χ2=4.38; 81.8% (18/22) vs. 50.0% (14/28), χ2=5.41; 95.5% (21/22) vs. 53.6% (15/28), χ2=10.72; all P<0.05]. Conclusions:When the placenta invades the S2 region and the depth is invasive, arterial balloon occlusion in cesarean sections for PAS still faces a high risk of massive hemorrhage. Prenatal MRI should focus on assessing the extent and depth of placental invasion to identify potentially severe PAS cases, thereby optimizing the clinical application of arterial balloon occlusion.

5.Comparative study on the theme of traditional Chinese medicine policies among different provinces of China

OBJECTIVE To clarify the core content of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) policy in the provinces of China, so as to provide reference for optimizing the structure of the policy system of traditional Chinese medicine in China and assisting the inheritance and innovation of TCM industry in various regions. METHODS The websites of directly affiliated organs in 31 provinces, excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, were retrieved to collect the TCM policies released from 2000 to 2021. The importance of keywords in the TCM policies of each province was measured based on term frequency-inverse documentation frequency (TF-IDF) keyword extraction method, and the similarities and differences were analyzed among TCM policies. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS A total of 99 documents related to TCM policies of various provinces were obtained in this study, most of which were released after 2016. The theme of national TCM policy covered four aspects: building TCM talent team, perfecting TCM service system, strengthening TCM resource management and promoting TCM industry innovation. The TF-IDF values of “medical institutions”“traditional Chinese medicine”“medical treatment” were higher than other keywords in each province, indicating that the provinces paid more attention to the construction of TCM service system and the management of TCM resources than other aspects. Anhui and Jiangsu, Beijing and Henan, Hubei and Jilin, Hubei and Tianjin, and Hubei and Yunnan had the more degree of similarity in TCM policies, which all contained 16 of the same keywords. Therefore, the above regions should be encouraged to strengthen exchanges and cooperation and realize mutual promotion and joint development. Among all the keywords whose importance ratio was greater than 0.2,“ Tibetan medicine” was unique to Qinghai and Tibet,“ disease type” was unique to Guangdong, and the TF-IDF value of “supervision and management” in Beijing was higher, indicating that the emphasis of TCM policy formulation in different provinces was various. Meanwhile, the top 10 keywords of TF- IDF value in all provinces did not have words related to financial input, and the TF-IDF values of “informatization” in most provinces did not rank at the top. It is suggested to increase financial input or encourage social financing, and add “Internet+new business” in the field of TCM.
6.Occurrence status of urinary incontinence at late pregnancy in 714 primiparas and its influencing factors

Objective To investigate the current status of urinary incontinence (UI) at the third trimester of pregnancy among primiparas in Guangdong Province.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to conduct the retrospective analysis on 714 primiparas in 3 hospitals of Guangdong Province from June 2015 to March 2016.International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Urinary Incontinence Short-Form Chinese was used to investigate the occurrence status of UI at the third trimester of pregnancy among primiparas.And its influencing factors were analyzed.Results Among 714 primiparas,192 cases (26.9%) developed UI during the third trimester of pregnancy,in which stress UI accounted for 67.2% (129/192).The prepregnancy BMI and abortion had statistical difference between.the UI patients and non-UI patients (P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression results showed that pre-pregnancy BMI was correlated with UI at the trimester stage of pregnancy (OR =1.077,P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-pregnancy BMI might be an independent risk factor of UI occurrence at the third trimester of pregnancy.
7.Extraction Process Optimization and Anti-inflammatory Activity of the Total Glycoalkaloids in Solanum Tuberosum L

Objective: To establish an optimal extraction process of the total glycoalkaloids in Solanum tuberosum L. and then study the anti-inflammatory activity. Methods:The extraction process of the total glycoalkaloids was optimized by orthogonal design. Compared with that of the total glycoalkaloids in Rhizoma Dioscoreae Melanophymatis and fresh potato pieces, the anti-inflammatory ac-tivity of the total glycoalkaloids in Solanum tuberosum L. was evaluated by mouse ear swelling model induced by xylene, rat paw swell-ing model induced by carrageenan, granuloma model caused by cotton and blood capillary permeability experiments. Results:The opti-mal extraction conditions were as follows:the extraction temperature was 65℃, 10-fold amount of methanol was used for twice extrac-tion with 45 min per time. The total glycoalkaloids from the optimal extraction had obvious anti-inflammatory activity,and the effect was related to the content ofα-chaconine. Conclusion:The results show that the order of different factors affecting the extraction rate is ex-traction temperature> extraction time, and the total glycoalkaloids in Solanum tuberosum L. has good anti-inflammatory effects in mice and rats.
8.Surveillance of bacterial resistance in Tongling of Anhui Province during 2013

Objective To investigate the bacterial resistance profile of clinical isolates collected in Tongling area . Methods Antimicrobial susceptibility test was conducted by Kirby‐Bauer method . All the data were analyzed with WHONET 5 .6 software .Results A total of 3 419 clinical isolates were collected during 2013 ,of which gram negative organisms and gram positive organisms accounted for 75 .9% and 24 .1% .MRSA accounted for 41 .3% of S .aureus and MRCNS accounted for 73 .5% of coagulase negative Staphylococcus ,respectively .MRSA showed higher resistance to gentamicin ,ciprofloxacin , erythromycin and rifampicin . No vancomycin‐ or teicoplanin‐resistant strains of Staphylococcus spp . were found . No vancomycin‐or teicoplanin‐resistant strains of E . f aecalis and E . f aecium were found .About 51 .6% of E .coli isolates and 42 .8% of K . pneumoniae isolates produced extended‐spectrum β‐lactamases (ESBLs ) . The prevalence of imipenem‐ or meropenem‐resistant strains of K . pneumoniae increased significantly .The percentage of P . aeruginosa strains resistant to amikacin ,piperacillin‐tazobactam ,ciprofloxacin ,cefepime and cefoperazone‐sulbactam was lower than 20 .0% .The percentage of A .baumannii strains resistant to cefoperazone‐sulbactam , minocycline and amikacin w as 34 .7% ,57 .0% and 58 .3% , respectively . More than 68 .0 % of A . baumannii strains were resistant to any of the other antibiotics tested . Conclusions The antibiotic resistance is growing in clinical bacterial isolates .The spread of carbapenem‐resistant strains of K . pneumoniae in some departments poses a serious threat to clinical practice .We should pay more attention to resistance surveillance and rational use of antibiotics .

“Mechanical memory” approach was commonly used in the knowledge learning of traditional Chinese medicine, which makes students often feel that the knowledge is too abstract, and this method is thus ineffective. “Qihuang the way” using Unity 3D game development platform inte-grates the elements of medical knowledge of the Chinese medical history, and combines TCM theoretical knowledge learning with serious games , which can help invoke students' enthusiasm and improve learning efficiency in an entertaining way.
10.Surveillance of bacterial resistance in Anhui Tongling area during 2012

Objective To investigate the bacterial resistance of clinical isolates collected in Tongling area. Methods Antimicrobial susceptibility test was conducted by Kirby-Bauer method.All the data were analyzed with WHONET 5.5 software.Results A total of 3 092 clinical isolates were collected during 2012,of which gram negative organisms and gram positive organisms accounted for 76.3% (2 359/3 092)and 23.7% (773/3 092),respectively.MRSA and MRCNS accounted for 50.9% of S.aureus and 73.0% of coagulase negative Staphylococcus,respectively.MRSA and MRCNS showed higher resistance to gentamicin,ciprofloxacin and erythromycin.No vancomycin-or teicoplanin-resistant strains of Staphylococcus spp.were found.No vancomycin-or teicoplanin-resistant strains of E.faecalis were found.Some E.faecium strains were resistant to vancomycin and teicoplanin.About 52.1% of E.coli isolates and 42.1% of Klebsiella isolates produced extended-spectrumβ-lactamases (ESBLs).Imipenem-or meropenem-resistant strains of K. pneumoniae were found. The percentage of P.aeruginosa strains resistant to amikacin, cefoperazone-sulbactam and cefepime was 3.4%,14.0% and 17.7%,respectively.More than 70% of Acinetobacter spp. strains were resistant to all the antibiotics tested except minocycline and cefoperazone-sulbactam,to which 42.1%and 4.4% of the strains were resistant.Conclusions The antibiotic resistance of clinical bacterial isolates is growing. The spread of multi-drug or pan-drug resistant strains in a specific region poses a serious threat to clinical practice.We should pay more attention to resistance surveillance and the rational use of antibiotics.
