OBJECTIVE To explore a model for constructing a platform for medical institution formulation and provide insights for promoting their development. METHODS By systematically reviewing the development status and challenges of medical institution preparations in China， and based on the theory of industry-university-research collaborative innovation， the organizational structure， collaborative processes， and safeguard mechanisms of the platform were designed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS Medical institution formulations in China mainly faced challenges such as weak research and development （R&D） capacity， uneven quality standards， and blocked transformation pathways. This study established a full-chain， whole- industry collaborative innovation network covering the government， medical institutions， universities/research institutes， pharmaceutical enterprises， and the market， forming a new “government-industry-university-research-application” five-in-one platform model for medical institution formulations. By establishing mechanisms such as multi-entity collaborative cooperation， full- chain intellectual property management， contribution-based benefit distribution， staged risk-sharing， and third-party evaluation， the model clarified the responsibilities and collaborative pathways of all parties. The new model highlights the whole-process transformation of clinical experience-based prescriptions， enabling precise alignment between clinical needs and technological R&D， as well as between preparation achievements and industrial transformation. While breaking down the barriers of traditional platform construction， it effectively achieves optimal resource allocation and complementary advantages， addresses problems emerging in the development of medical institution preparations， and provides reference value for the formulation of relevant systems.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the ameliorative effects of Imperatae Rhizoma （RI） extract against doxorubicin （DOX）-induced myocardial injury and its potential molecular mechanisms. METHODS Network pharmacology was employed to screen for target overlap between the predicted core targets of RI’s active components and targets associated with myocardial injury， followed by gene ontology （GO） and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes （KEGG） enrichment analyses. Based on the network pharmacology results， a DOX-induced myocardial injury mouse model was established using male C57BL/6J mice to observe the effects of RI extract [1 g/（kg·d）] on the survival rate， body weight， and cardiac damage. A DOX-injured HL-1 cardiomyocyte model was established to assess the effects of different mass concentrations of RI extract （50， 100， 200 μg/mL） on mitochondrial membrane potential， adenosine triphosphate （ATP） production， reactive oxygen species （ROS） generation， apoptosis， and expression of the relevant target proteins. The mechanism was validated by transfecting with small interfering RNA of estrogen receptor 1 （ESR1）. RESULTS A total of 58 overlapping targets were screened， which were enriched in biological processes such as hormone response and hypoxia response， as well as pathways including apoptosis， tricarboxylic acid cycle， and pyruvate metabolism. Key target proteins， such as ESR1， were also identified. Animal experiments confirmed that the survival rate of mice in the DOX+RI group was obviously higher than that in the DOX group， with a slower rate of weight loss and improved pathological changes， such as cardiac atrophy and inflammatory cell infiltration， compared to the DOX group. Cell experiments showed that， compared with the DOX group， the DOX+RI groups exhibited significantly increased or upregulated mitochondrial membrane potential， relative ATP levels， and mRNA expressions of isocitrate dehydrogenase 3A （IDH3A）， succinate dehydrogenase A （SDHA） and peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor γ coactivator-1α （PGC-1α）， as well as mRNA and protein expressions of ESR1； conversely， relative ROS levels and apoptosis rates were significantly reduced （ P ＜0.05）. Following ESR1 knockdown， the anti-apoptotic effect of the RI extract on cardiomyocytes was significantly attenuated （ P ＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The RI extract may alleviate DOX-induced myocardial injury by activating the ESR1 signaling pathway， improving mitochondrial function， and inhibiting excessive ROS production and cardiomyocyte apoptosis.

Objective:To analyze the electroencephalogram(EEG) average relative power spectrum in patients with unipolar and bipolar depression under the eyes-open and eyes-closed resting states.Methods:A total of 38 patients with unipolar depression (UD group), 48 patients with bipolar depression (BD group), and 43 healthy controls (HC group) were recruited from August 2022 to December 2023.The 64-channel EEG was recorded under eyes-open (EO) and eyes-closed (EC) resting states which alternated twice. The Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis H test were performed by SPSS 25.0 software. Results:There were no significant differences in the average relative power of delta and beta bands among the UD, BD and HC groups in all EO and EC states (all P>0.05). The average relative power of theta band in the three groups showed statistically significant differences in all EO and EC states ( H=7.852-12.583, all P<0.05). Further pairwise comparisons showed that in the first EO and EC stage, the average relative power of theta band of the UD and BD groups were significantly higher than that of the HC group (EO1: 0.18(0.17, 0.21), 0.19(0.16, 0.21), 0.16(0.14, 0.18), EC1: 0.15(0.13, 0.21), 0.15(0.13, 0.20), 0.13(0.10, 0.16); all P<0.05).In the second EO and EC stage, the average relative power of theta band of the BD group was significantly higher than that of the HC group (EO2: 0.18(0.15, 0.22), 0.16(0.14, 0.18), EC2: 0.15(0.13, 0.19), 0.13(0.11, 0.16); both P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the average relative power of alpha band among the three groups in the first EO and EC stage, as well as the second EC stage ( H=5.027-10.668, all P<0.05). Further pairwise comparisons showed that in the first EO stage, the average relative power of alpha band in the BD group was significantly higher than that in the UD group (0.20(0.16, 0.25), 0.14(0.11, 0.22), P=0.003), and in the following EC stages, the average relative power of alpha band in the UD group was significantly lower than that in the HC group (EC1: 0.40(0.33, 0.46), 0.51(0.40, 0.58), EC2: 0.41(0.35, 0.50), 0.48(0.43, 0.58); both P<0.05). Conclusion:At the initial stage of the resting state, both unipolar and bipolar depression patients demonstrate abnormal theta band activity under the eyes-open and eyes-closed states, while the alpha band activity under the eyes-open condition differs between the two groups of patients. These findings may provide potentially objective biomarkers to assist the diagnosis of unipolar and bipolar depression patients in clinical settings.

In order to study whether there is a direct interaction between the key variant gene(AP-PV-YN-Mut)protein of atypical porcine pestivirus(APPV)Yunnan strain and the host protein signal sequence receptor subunit 4(SSR4),the physical and chemical properties,spatial structure and subcellular localization of SSR4 protein were analyzed and predicted using online software such as ProtParam,PredictProtein and TMHMM.The recombinant vectors pCMV-Tag4A-SSR4 and pET-GST-Mut were constructed for GST pull-down test in vitro.The recombinant vectors pBiFC-VN173-SSR4 and pBiFC-VC155-Mut were constructed and the bimolecular fluorescence comple-mentary test(BiFC)was performed in cells to verify whether there was direct interaction between APPV-YN-Mut and host protein SSR4 in vitro and in cells.The results showed that SSR4 protein was a hydrophobic stable protein with no transmembrane structure and signal peptide.The second-ary structure was mainly irregular curl,and the tertiary structure was stable,mainly located in the endoplasmic reticulum.GST pull-down and BiFC experiments showed that APPV-YN-Mut interac-ted directly with host protein SSR4 in vitro and in cells.

Literature on palliative care in China was searched in databases of CNKI, Wanfang Data and Web of Science from 2018 to 2023. CiteSpace software was used for bibliometric analysis in terms of publication number, citation frequency, keyword co-occurrence network, and the evolution of research hotspots.Results:A total of 582 articles were included for analysis, with 534 in Chinese language (91.75%) and 48 in English (8.25%). From 2018 to 2023, the overall number of publications on palliative care in China had shown an upward trend. Most highly cited articles were published in nursing journals, and a total of 89 articles (15.29%) were marked as supported by national level funding projects. Keyword co-occurrence chart showed that the most frequent keywords were "palliative care", follwed by "end-of-life care""nurses""palliative medicine""review", and "hospice care". Keyword clustering analysis and emergent word analysis suggested that researches in the field of palliative care were gradually shifting from implementation strategies and models (2018-2020) to service practice effectiveness, personnel core competencies, social culture, patient quality of life, and other aspects(2021—2023).Conclusion:The field of palliative care in China has received more and more attention. In recent years, the research topics havs focused on the practical effectiveness of services, the capacity building of service personnel, and the overall social impact of service implementation.

Helicobacter pylori is a bacterium that can cause chronic gastritis, peptic ulcers, and other gastrointestinal diseases. The World Health Organization has classified H. pylori as a group Ⅰ carcinogen. Antibiotics are the primary clinical approach for eradicating H. pylori. However, incomplete eradication of H. pylori by antibiotics can lead to persistent infection, which is a major risk factor for the high incidence of gastric cancer. The widespread use of antibiotics has led to the emergence of multidrug resistance in H. pylori, contributing to treatment failures of chronic gastric diseases and increasing the risk of spreading resistant strains. Multidrug-resistant H. pylori has become a serious challenge in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. This paper reviews the global trends in the development of multidrug resistance in H. pylori, the underlying mechanisms, the challenges it poses to clinical diagnosis, and its impact on drug development, drawing on relevant literature and the research findings from our group. It proposes using cgt expression as a novel method for determining viable bacteria, identifying intracellularization as a new form of resistance in H. pylori, and exploring the potential of O-glycans as a therapeutic approach against H. pylori to address multidrug resistance. It provides new insights into understanding the mechanisms of H. pylori multidrug resistance and its prevention strategies, offering promising directions for future clinical treatments and antimicrobial drug development.
