Objective To verify the radiation shielding effects of a self-developed protective shield for infant bedside X-ray radiography, and measure the dose distribution in the indoor radiation field with and without the shield, and to provide guidance for the radiation protection of infants sharing the room. Methods A MUX-100J mobile medical diagnostic X-ray machine was used as the radiographic device to simulate the exposure conditions of infant bedside X-ray radiography. The ambient dose equivalent rates at measurement points in eight directions on the irradiation plane in the indoor radiation field were measured with and without the protective shield using an AT1121 X/γ dose rate meter under the conventional condition of 56 kV and the maximum single exposure time. Results During infant bedside X-ray radiography, the dose levels in all directions on the irradiation plane within 150 cm from the scatterer center were essentially symmetrically distributed. The ambient dose equivalent rate at 100 cm from the scatterer center on the irradiation plane was (8.01-8.28)×10³ μSv/h without the protective shield and 48-84 μSv/h with the shield. At various distances from the scatterer center in all directions on the irradiation plane, the doses measured with the protective shield ranged from 0.34% to 14.12% of those measured without the shield, with an average of 1.85%. Conclusion The dose levels in the indoor radiation field were significantly reduced with the protective shield during infant bedside X-ray radiography. The use of the protective shield can effectively reduce the radiation risk for individuals near the radiographic site within the same room.

Objective:To investigate the expression of programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1), and lymphocyte-activation gene 3(LAG-3) in different subsets of lymphocytes and their relationship with the immunologic imbalance in preeclampsia.Methods:We enrolled 25 cases of singleton pregnant women with preeclampsia who were delivered by cesarean section in the Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from May 2019 to January 2020 as the preeclampsia group. According to the allocation ratio of 1∶1 matched for the date of cesarean section and pregnancy week at delivery, another 25 healthy singleton pregnant women underwent elective cesarean section were selected as the normal group. The decidua tissue was obtained during cesarean section. The expression levels of PD-1, PD-L1, and LAG-3 on decidual T cells, natural killer (NK), and natural killer T (NKT) cells were measured by flow cytometry and compared between the two groups using two independent samples- t test. Results:(1) The expression of PD-1 on decidual T cells and NK cells of the preeclampsia group were lower than those of the normal group (37.84±3.82 vs 57.02±3.89, t=3.529, P<0.001; 3.28±0.48 vs 5.69±0.99, t=2.184, P=0.034), but did not differ significantly in the expression on decidual NKT cells ( P=0.461). PD-L1 expression on decidual NK cells of preeclampsia group was lower than that of the normal group (0.60±0.11 vs 1.32±0.19, t=3.319, P=0.002), but showed no significant difference in the expression level on T cells and NKT cells (both P>0.05). The preeclampsia group was noted for a lower expression of LAG-3 on decidual T cells and NKT cells compared with the normal group (2.32±0.36 vs 4.09±0.67, t=2.335, P=0.024; 35.40±4.97 vs 56.27±4.49, t=3.282, P=0.002), while showed no significant difference in the expression level of NK cells ( P=0.112). Conclusions:The decreased expression of PD-1, PD-L1, and LAG-3 in the decidual lymphocyte subsets may be involved in the immunologic imbalance of preeclampsia through the over-activation of immunocytes at the maternal-fetal interface.

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of patients with cholelithiasis in Jinshan district of Shanghai city. Methods:The clinical characteristics of 3455 patients with cholelithiasis treated in Jinshan Branch of Shanghai Sixth People′s Hospital from Jul 2010 to Dec 2012 were analyzed.Results:Among them,3127 patients (90.5%)had clinical symptoms,and 328 patients (9.5%)had no symptoms.The incidence rate of symptomatic cholelithiasis in male patients was lower than that in female patients,while the incidence rate of asymptomatic cholelithiasis in male patients was higher than that in female patients (P <0.05).The incidence rate of asymptomatic cholelithiasis in patients decreased with the increase of age,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The incidence of cholecystolithiasis was 54.5%.The appearance of symptoms in patients with cholelithiasis was not correlated with the body mass index(BMI)and the location of cholelithiasis(P >0.05).Conclusions:Jinshan district of Shanghai city has high incidence of cholelithiasis.The appearance of Symptoms in patients with cholelithiasis is correlated with gender and age,but not correlated with BMI and location of cholelithiasis.

Integrating textual criticism literatures with field survey, the name, classification and botanical originals of breeds of Tibetan medicine "Dida" were discussed in this paper. The results showed that it's very intricate and confusion in the names, breeds and botanical originals of "Dida", and those were the key restricting factors resulting in shortfall and difficult formulation in quality standard of "Dida". The similar situations are existing universally in ethnodrugs, and reflecting the necessity and urgency to collate ethnodrug breeds. On the other hand, Because of the morphologic description on the botanical origins of drug was often simple in the ancient literatures, and in most cases, the botanical origins of the drug were difficult to identify accurately on the basis of the literatures. So, in the collating the breeds, it's necessary to follow the principle of "according to the ancient literatures but no rigidly", and to pay attention to the historical vicissitude of the drug breeds and origins, and the survey of present resources and clinical using, draw actively on outcome of chemical and biological active researches. That inherited the characteristics and advantages of ethnodrugs, and promoted them them modernization.
