A 91-year-old male patient was admitted with a history of mitral valve prolapse diagnosed by physical examination ten years prior and recent onset of exertional chest discomfort persisting for over one month. Transthoracic echocardiography showed that the anterior leaflet of mitral valve was thickened and prolapsed with severe regurgitation, and transesophageal echocardiography further confirmed that the anterior and posterior leaflets of mitral valve were prolapsed with massive regurgitation (A1, A2, A3, P1 and P2 were all prolapsed). Thus, the diagnosis of Barlow syndrome was considered. Transcatheter edge-to-edge mitral repair was performed with two MitraClip^TM G4 XTWs. After a 10 months follow-up, the patient's cardiac function was significantly improved, and the degree of mitral regurgitation was mild.

Objective: To investigate the prospective effects of intake of each food group on the development of lung function of pupils,so as to provide theoretical basis for promoting the healthy development of lung function and preventing chronic respiratory diseases in Chinese children. Methods: A cluster stratified sampling method was used to select a total of 893 pupils in grades 2-5 from Chengdu in November 2021. Dietary data of respondents were collected using a food frequency questionnaire within the past year,then the food group intake was categorized into T1, T2 and T3 from low to high by the trichotomous method, and anthropometric measurements including lung capacity were obtained in 2022. Logistic regression models and test for trend were used to analyze the prospective effects of intake of each food group on lung function development of pupils. Results: Among male students, consumption of vegetables [118.6(50.5, 188.2)g/d] and milk and dairy products [200.0(73.3, 250.0)g/d] were higher in the excellent lung capacity group than in the non excellent lung capacity group [90.0(37.1, 192.9), and 178.6(35.7, 250.0)g/d],with statistically significant differences ( Z =-1.98, -2.24); among girls, the group with excellent lung capacity consumed less staple food [391.1(273.6, 511.4)g/d] than the group with non excellent lung capacity [407.4(309.5, 594.3)g/d], and the group with excellent lung capacity consumed more aquatic products [31.2(14.6, 69.8)g/d] and milk and dairy products [215.0(107.1, 250.1) g/d ] than that of the non excellent lung capacity [19.4(10.7, 58.3), 114.3(35.7, 250.0)g/d] ( Z =-2.01, -3.33, -5.10)( P < 0.05 ). After adjusting for energy, body mass index Z score(BMI Z ), mother s education level, averge family income monthly, whether presence of smokers in the living environment, and whether participation in physical activities during the past week, among male students, T3 group of vegetable intake ( OR =0.48, 95% CI = 0.27-0.86), T2 group of bean and soy product intake ( OR = 0.52 , 95% CI =0.27-0.96)，T2 and T3 groups of milk and dairy products intake (T2： OR =0.54, 95% CI =0.31-0.93; T3： OR = 0.52 , 95% CI =0.30-0.90) were negatively associated with non excellent lung capacity ( P <0.05). Among girls, T3 group of aquatic product intake( OR =0.52, 95% CI =0.28-0.97), T2 and T3 groups of milk and dairy product (T2: OR =0.44, 95% CI =0.25- 0.76 ;T3: OR =0.33, 95% CI =0.19-0.59) were negatively associated with nonexcellent lung capacity, whereas the T2 group of red meat intake ( OR =2.51, 95% CI =1.37-4.67) was positively associated with non excellent lung capacity. Non excellent lung capacity was found to be negatively associated with vegetable and milk and dairy product intake in boys by test for trend; in girls, milk and dairy products intake was negatively associated with non excellent lung capacity, whereas red meat intake was positively associated with non excellent lung capacity ( t =-1.13，-0.44；-3.03，1.95, P trend <0.05). Conclusions Milk and dariy products intakes reduce the risk of non excellent lung capacity in pupils, vegetables intakes reduce the risk of non excellent lung capacity in boys, and the intake of red meat increases the risk of non excellent lung capacity in girls. Promoting rational food choices is necessary for children to improve healthy lung development.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical sensitivity and specificity of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) for oral cancer.Methods:By searching Medline,CENTRAL,EMBSE,CBM,CNKI,WANFANG,etc,an studies about SLNB for the patients with oral cancer array for lymph node metastasis were retrieved.The quality of included studies was evaluated by QUADAS items.The data were analyzed by statistic software Meta-DiSc 1.4.Results:25 studies including 934 subjects were analyzed in the current systematic review.The pooled values of sensitivity,specificity were 91％ (95％ CI 88％-94％) and 100％ (95 ％ CI 99％-100％) respectively.The area under summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curve (AUC) of SLNB for cervical lymph node metastasis was 0.99.Conclusion:SLNB procedure has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis,it can be used as an useful method for cervical lymph node metastasis screening in patients with oral cancer.

A mouse model for acute hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection was established by using the hydrodynamical injection of mouse tail vein, in which the immunocompetent BALB/c mice were hydrodynamically injected with a competent replication plasmid pAAV-HBV1.2 having 1.2 fold over-length of HBV DNA. On day 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 after injection, the levels of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV DNA in blood serum were detected by using ELISA and fluorogenic quantitative PCR assay (FQ-PCR). And on day 8. HBsAg and HBeAg in liver tissue were assayed by immunohistochemical staining. It was found that HBsAg in blood serum could be detected on day 1 after infection in 14 of 16 mice (85.7%) injected with pAVV-HBV1.2 by using ELISA assay and the peak levels of HBsAg and HBeAg were attained during the first day after injection and then it dropped down gradually up to day 8 following injection. The titer of HBV DNA in blood serum attained its peak on day 2 and maintained a high level later on. On day 8 after injection, its titer was 1.9×10~4 copies/mL. The percentage of HBcAg-positive hepatocytes and HBsAg-positive hepatocytes in liver tissues were 5% and 2% respectively. Thus, by using the hydrodynamic injection with the competent replication plasmid, a mouse model for acute HBV infection is successively developed.

Durg-eluting stent has been regarded as the milestone in the history of PCI for their efficiency in the prevention of coronary arterial restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention. But unfortunately intra-stent thrombosis continues to be a serious complication of contemporary DES use. The incidence of drug-eluting stents thrombosis is at least not lower than that of bare metal stents at present. The clinical consequences of stent thrombosis are frequently catastrophic, including death in 40% to 50% of the cases or major myocardial infarction in 60% to 70%. Premature discontinuation of standard antiplatelet therapy is by far the most important predictor of stent thrombosis with DES and other predictors included renal failure, diabetes, bifurcation lesions, multiple lesions or multivessel disease, long stents, female, advanced age, stent underexpansion and residual stenosis etc. The delayed endothelialization may be the underling mechanism of DES thrombosis.

Objective:To investigate the composition and clinical features of inpatients with congenital heart disease (CHD) complicated with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) from a cardiovascular department.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 238 PAH patients who were identified from 3 674 CHD inpatients in Changhai Hospital during Jan, 2001 to Jul, 2007.Results: Among the 3 674 CHD inpatients who were treated in our hospital in recent 6 years, 238 (6.48%) had PAH.PAH was found in 10.8% of patients with atrial septal defect (ASD), 2.81% of patients with ventricular septal defects (VSD), 5.57% of patients with patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), and 19.6% of patients with complex types.The mean age of patients was (45.6?17.7) years, with 49.6% of them being 40-60 years.Female patients accounted for 69.3% of the total.The composition of PAH patients was: ASD (62.6%), VSD(19.7%), and PDA(13.4%).The patients with VSD,PDA or other complex types were younger than those with ASD(P
