Objective To investigate the current status of family resilience of children with cancer and analyze its influencing factors,to provide a basis for medical staff to formulate intervention plans.Methods Using a convenient sampling method,children with cancer who were hospitalized in 2 tertiary hospitals in Henan Province from January to April 2024 were selected for the survey.A general information questionnaire,family resilience assessment scale,quality of life family version,ZBI caregiver burden interview,and social support rating scale were used to understand the current status of family resilience of children with cancer and to explore the related influencing factors by univariate analysis and multiple stepwise linear regression analysis.Results A total of 280 questionnaires were distributed and 265 valid questionnaires were recovered,with a valid questionnaire recovery rate of 94.64％.The total score of family resilience for primary caregivers of children with cancer was(185.63±30.66).The multiple stepwise linear regression analysis results showed that the children's self-care ability,caregiver's work status,family care burden,and social support level were the influencing factors for family resilience of children with cancer(P＜0.05),and the explanatory variance was 51.3％.Conclusion The family resilience of children with cancer is at a medium level.The worse the children's self-care ability and the heavier the family care burden,the worse the family resilience;the caregiver's work status and good social support are helpful for the family resilience of children with cancer.Healthcare workers should develop intervention programs to address these factors to enhance the family resilience of children with cancer.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of the combination of total saponin of Astragali Radix-total alkaloids of Nelumbinis Folium on reversal cholesterol transport （RCT） in hyperlipidemia rats， and to discuss its mechanism. MethodSixty SD rats were randomly divided into control group， high-fat diet group， total saponin of Astragali Radix-total alkaloids of Nelumbinis Folium low （17 mg·kg^-1+40 mg·kg^-1）， middle （34 mg·kg^-1+80 mg·kg^-1）， high dose （68 mg·kg^-1+160 mg·kg^-1） groups and simvastatin （2.1 mg·kg^-1） group， with 10 mice in each group. The Hyperlipidemia model was duplicated by feeding rats with a high-fat diet for 6 weeks. From the 3rd week， except for the control group and the high-fat diet group given distilled water， other groups were given corresponding drugs intragastric treatment for 4 weeks. The changes in blood lipid and liver function of rats were detected by an automatic biochemical analyzer. Hematoxylin-eosin （HE） and oil red O staining were used to observe the pathological morphological changes and steatosis of rat liver tissue. The contents of total cholesterol （TC） and total bile acid （TBA） in rat liver tissue and feces were determined by a semi-automatic biochemical analyzer. The mRNA and protein expression levels of peroxisome proliferators-activated receptors γ （PPARγ）， liver X receptors α （LXRα）， ATP-binding cassette transporter G1 （ABCG1） and cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase （CYP7A1） in rat liver tissue were detected by Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction （Real-time PCR） and Western blot. ResultCompared with the control group， the contents or activities of TC， triglyceride （TG）， low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）， TBA， aspartate aminotransferase （AST）， alanine aminotransferase （ALT） in serum were significantly increased （P<0.01）， and the contents of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） in the high-fat diet group were significantly decreased （P<0.01）. The hepatocyte was clearly swollen like ballooning degeneration， with a lot of fat vacuoles and red fat droplets. The contents of TC and TBA in liver tissue and feces were significantly increased （P<0.01）， and the mRNA and protein expression levels of PPARγ， LXRα， ABCG1， and CYP7A1 in liver tissue were significantly decreased （P<0.01）. Compared with the high-fat diet group， the contents or activities of TC， TG， LDL-C， TBA， AST， and ALT in the serum of rats in administered groups were significantly decreased （P<0.01）， while the content of HDL-C was significantly increased （P<0.01）. Hepatocyte swelling was significantly reduced， and the ballooning degeneration， fat vacuoles， and red lipid droplets in liver tissue were significantly decreased. The contents of TC and TBA in liver tissue were significantly decreased （P<0.05， P<0.01）， and the contents of TC and TBA in feces were significantly increased （P<0.05， P<0.01）. The mRNA and protein expression levels of PPARγ， LXRα， ABCG1， and CYP7A1 in liver tissue were significantly increased （P<0.05， P<0.01）. ConclusionTotal saponin of Astragali Radix-total alkaloids of Nelumbinis Folium has a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia rats， and its mechanism may be related to the activation of PPARγ/LXRα/ABCG1 signaling pathway and regulation of RCT.

The biomimetic strategy of using the cell membrane-coated nanoparticles can retain the physical and chemical properties of the nanoparticles and show the biological characteristics of the source cell membrane, which can further enhance the role of the nanodrug in tumor treatment. A hybrid cell membrane is the fusion of two or more different types of cell membranes. A hybrid cell membrane can endow nanoparticles with multiple biofunctions derived from the source cells compared with a single cell membrane. Hybrid cell membranes provide a foundation to stimulate extensive research into multifunctional biomimetic nano-drug delivery system (NDDS), which is expected to broaden the application of biomimetic nanotechnology in drug delivery systems. In this review paper, the types of hybrid cell membrane used to construct nano-drug delivery systems, the preparation and characterization methods, and cancer treatment research progress in recent years were reviewed.

Objective:The study seeks to explore the factors influencing the psychological status and sleep quality of medical workers amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, in order to provide data sources and theoretical basis for the development of relevant psychological intervention programs.Methods:Employing the convenience sampling method, general information questionnaire (age, gender, marital status, educational background, job status, etc.), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 and Patient Health Questionnaire, epidemic stress index scale, and sleep quality questionnaire were distributed to medical staff between February 18 and April 3, 2020, using the PEM mental health care platform of by ZhongShengKaiXin for medical staff issued. Descriptive, single factor, and correlation analyses, as well as multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data.Results:Overall, 24, 845 questionnaires were collected from 23 provinces, of which 24, 687 were valid, with a recovery rate of 99.36%. The findings showed that the proportion of medical personnel with symptoms of anxiety and depression was 50.58% and 51.37%, respectively; 16.11% had poor or very poor anti-stress ability; and 71.78% reported poor or very poor sleep quality. There was a positive correlation between anxiety, depression, anti-stress ability, and sleep quality ( P<0.05). Anxiety was positively correlated with depression, stress tolerance, and sleep quality( r=0.787, 0.667, and 0.486, all P<0.001); depression was positively correlated with stress tolerance and sleep quality ( r=0.709 and 0.586, both P<0.001); and stress tolerance was positively correlated with sleep quality ( r=0.452, P<0.001). Multiple linear regression analysis results showed that age, gender, marital status, educational background, professional title, job status, and participation influenced the anxiety levels of medical personnel in the backdrop of the pandemic ( P<0.001). Depression levels of medical staff were influenced by gender, educational background, job position, and participation ( P<0.001), while gender, marital status, educational background, job position, and participation influenced the stress tolerance levels ( P<0.001). The sleep quality of medical workers was influenced by age, gender, job position, participation in the fight against the pandemic, and professional title ( P<0.001). Conclusions:Amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, medical staff reported poor mental health status and sleep quality, which can be attributed to diverse factors. The research findings can be useful for assisting medical staff to strengthen their self-cognition, while also providing certain psychological counseling data and theoretical basis for management departments.

OBJECTIVE：To compare the protective effects of different effective components of Astragali radix against DNA damage of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells （BMSCs）induced by ionizing radiation. METHODS ：2 Gy X-rays were used to directly irradiate BMSCs to establish a radiation model. CCK- 8 method was used to detect the effects of different mass concentrations（25，50，75，100 μg/mL）of astragalus polysaccharide ，astragalus saponin and astragalus flavonoids for 1 day before radiation + 1 to 5 days after radiation on the proliferation of BMSCs. The dose concentration and the duration of intervention after radiation were selected. The irradiated BMSCs were divided into radiation group ，astragalus polysaccharide group ，astragalus saponin group and astragalus flavonoids group. The last three groups were treated with appropriate dosage of corresponding drugs before and 2 days after radiation ，and a blank groupwas set for comparison. Cytoplasmic division arrest qq.com micronucleus method was used to detect micronucleus cell rate and cell micronucleus rate after appropriate time of was used to detect th e number of 53BP1 foci in cells after appropriare time of intervention following radiation ；the number of 53BP1 foci were compared among different time points （0.5，2，12，24 h）. RESULTS ：Compared with blank group ，OD values of BMSCs were decreased significantly in radiation group （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. Compared with radiation group ，the OD values of BMSCs were significantly increased when 50 μ g/mL astragalus polysaccharide，astragalus saponin and astragalus flavonoids continuously intervened radiation for 2-3 days，there was significant difference in other groups at some time point （P＜0.05 or P＜ 0.01）. After consideration ，drug concentration was determined to be 50 μg/mL，and the continuous intervention time was 2 days after radiation. Compared with blank group ，the micronucleus cell rate and cell micronucleus rate of radiation group ，astragalus polysaccharide group ，astragalus saponin group and astragalus flavonoids group increased significantly ，and the number of 53BP1 focus cluster in radiation group and astragalus polysaccharide group increased significantly （P＜0.01）. Compared with radiation group and astragalus flavonoids group ，the micronucleus cell rate ，cell micronucleus rate and the number of 53BP1 focus cluster （continued intervention for 0.5，2，12 h）in the astragalus polysaccharide group and astragalus saponin group were significantly reduced，and the micronucleus cell rate and cell micronucleus rate in the astragalus polysaccharide group were significantly lower than astragalus saponin group （P＜0.05）. 53BP1 focus cluster could not be detected 24 h later （P＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS ： Astragalus polysaccharide and astragalus saponin both have protective effects on BMSCs DNA damage induced by radiation ，and the protective effect of astragalus polysaccharide is better than that of astragalus saponin ；astragalus flavonoids has no protective effect on radiation-induced DNA damage.

Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect of different drug in the treatment of schizophrenia in acute stage. Methods: From November 2014 to June 2017, 105 patients with acute schizophrenia admitted in Department of Psychiatry of Taiyuan Psychiatric Hospital and Department of Psychiatry of Jiuzhou Dermatological Hospital of Taiyuan were selected in the study.Seventy-five patients were from the Department of Psychiatry, Taiyuan Psychiatric Hospital.Thirty patients were from the Department of Psychiatry, Jiuzhou Dermatology Hospital.The patients were divided into three groups by random number method, with 35 cases in each group.A group was given amisulpride.B group was given olanzapine.C group was given ziprasidone.The PANSS score (positive symptoms, negative symptoms, mental pathological score), curative effect (cured, significantly improved, invalid), adverse events (EPS, akathisia, nausea, rapid heart beat, blurred vision, orthostatic dizziness, weight gain, total adverse events) in the three groups were observed. Results: After treatment for 2 weeks, the positive symptoms.negative symptoms, mental pathological score in the three groups were significantly decreased (all P<0.05). The positive symptoms.negative symptoms, mental pathological score at corresponding period had no statistically significant differences among the three groups (all P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect among the three groups (P>0.05). The occurrence of EPS of C group was significantly lower than that of B group [14.29%(5/35) vs.40.00%(14/35), χ²=5.851, P<0.05]. The incidence rate of adverse events of C group was significantly lower than that of A group and B group (χ²=5.833, 4.690, all P<0.05). However, there was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse events between A group and B group(P>0.05). Conclusion Amisulpride, olanzapine and ziprasidone in the treatment of acute phase of schizophrenia has good early reaction control and late curative effect.The adverse events of ziprasidone is significantly less than the other two drugs.But patients adopt which kind of drugs also need to formulate specific solutions according to individual circumstance.

Objective To observe the molecular mechanism of adaptive response of the kidney and skeleton and brain issues in the high altitude hypoxia; To discuss the unity of yin and yang oscillation relationship of kidney and brain marrow.Methods SPF KM mice were randomly divided into control group and model group according to random number table method. Mice in the model group were exposed to high altitude hypoxia cabin for successive 21 d. On the 22nd day, mice got out of the cabin and their body weight was measured, and then they were put to death through eyeball blood sampling. The activities of lactic LDH and Na+-K+-ATPase in brain tissue were detected by spectrophotometric colorimetry. The PFK activities of brain and skeletal muscle were detected by ELISA. Meanwhile the contents of EPO and EPOR in the kidney were measured by ELISA. The mRNA expressions of HIF-1α and AQP-4 in brain were assessed by RT-PCR. At the same time, the protein expressions of HIF-1α and AQP-1 in brain and the protein expression of Mb in skeletal muscle were detected by Western blot.Results Compared with the normal group, the LDH and PFK in brain tissue and the content of EPO in kidney tissue were all raised in the model group(P<0.05). Meanwhile the mRNA expressions of HIF-1α and AQP-4 and the protein expressions of HIF-1α and AQP-1 in brain were all increased in the mice from the model group; the activities of PFK and the protein expression of Mb in skeletal muscle were also raised in the model group. But the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase in brain tissue and the content of EPOR in kidney tissue both decreased in the model group (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Adaptive response and the unity of yin and yang oscillation relationship between kidney, skeleton and brain tissue happen in high altitude hypoxia.
