Objective:To discuss the comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of iodine deficiency disorders prevention and control in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (Corps for short) using technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) and rank-sum ratio (RSR) methods, and identify weaknesses in the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in the Corps at present. Methods:The monitoring data on iodine deficiency disorders in the Corps from 2014 to 2020 were collected from the Disease Control and Prevention Center of the Corps. Six indexes were selected, including the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt, the coverage rate of iodized salt, the qualified rate of iodized salt, the appropriate percentage of urinary iodine in children, the goiter rate of children and the appropriate percentage of urinary iodine in pregnant women. The TOPSIS method and RSR method were combined to comprehensively evaluate the prevention and control effect of iodine deficiency disorders in the Corps. Results:The results of TOPSIS method showed that the control effect was from superior to inferior in the order of 2020, 2018, 2016, 2019, 2015, 2017 and 2014. Based on the RSR method, the control effect was divided into three levels: 2018 and 2020 (with an estimated RSR value of ≥0.525) in the first level (good), 2014 (estimated RSR value < 0.007) in the third level (poor), and other years (0.007≤estimated RSR value < 0.525) in the second level (medium). Referring to the monitoring data, the appropriate percentage of urinary iodine in children and pregnant women in the middle years was the weak point. Conclusions:TOPSIS method combined with RSR method can accurately and reasonably evaluate the effectiveness of prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in the Corps, the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation. It is found that the appropriate iodine nutrition levels of children and pregnant women are the weak points in the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in the Corps.

OBJECTIVE: To e stablish modified aqueous two-phase extraction (ATPE) system of polyphenols from Archidendron clypearia. METHODS :Taking the polyphenol content ,extraction efficiency and partition coefficient of A. clypearia as indexes ,the solid-liquid ratio ,ethanol mass fraction and ultrasonic time of ATPE system were selected by single factor tests . The aqueous two-phase extracts from different polar parts of A. clypearia was prepared. The modifier was selected by taking polyphenol content and antioxidant activity [IC 50 of 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH), 2,2′-hydrazine bis (3-ethylbenzothiazole-6-sulfonic acid ) diammonium salt (ABTS)] as indicators ,combined with the grey correlation analysis between polyphenols and antioxidant activity. The effects of modified ATPE system with different mass fraction (0-90%)of modifier on the extraction of polyphenols from A. clypearia were investigated and compared with traditional extraction technology (ultrasonic extraction and heating reflux extraction ). RESULTS :The optimal ATPE system included solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 45, ethanol mass fraction of 40%,(NH4)2SO4 mass fraction of 11%,ultrasonic extraction time of 20 min,at room temperature. In 3 validation tests ,polyphenol content ,extraction efficiency and partition coefficient were (28.35±1.01)%(RSD=3.56%,n=3), (98.87±0.19)%(RSD=0.19%,n=3)and 13.25±0.71(RSD=5.39%,n=3),respectively. The modifier was ethyl acetate. When the mass fraction of ethyl acetate in the ethyl acetate-ethanol mixed solvent was 70%,there was no significant difference in the content and anti-oxidant activity of polyphenols from A. clypearia of modified ATPE (P>0.05). The yield and transfer rate of it were si gnificantly higher than those of ultrasonic extraction and heating reflux extraction (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS :The modified ATPE system with better extraction yield and transfer rate than the traditional extraction technology is successfully established, which can extract polyphenols from A. clypearia 1048214903@qq.com in one step.

The facultative anaerobic and strict anaerobic microorganisms enriched and acclimated during the anaerobic digestion process are crucial for the efficiency of the anaerobic digestion system. Most of the problems encountered during running anaerobic digestion processes could be effectively improved via stimulation of microbial metabolic activity. Benefited from the rapid development of microbiome techniques, deeper insights into the microbial diversity in anaerobic digestion systems, e.g. the microbe-microbe interactions and microbe-environment interactions, have been gained. A complex and intricate metabolic network exists in the anaerobic digestion system of solid organic wastes. However, little is known about these interactions and the underlying mechanisms. This review briefly summarized the representative interactions between microbial communities during anaerobic digestion process discovered to date. In addition, typical issues encountered during the anaerobic digestion of solid organic wastes and how microbes can tackle and alleviate these issues were discussed. Finally, future priorities on microbiome research were proposed based on present contribution of microbiome analysis in anaerobic digestion system.
