Abstract
As a systematic psychological intervention method, bibliotherapy possesses advantages such as low cost, high accessibility, and significant efficacy. The paper systematically reviews the recent research progress of bibliotherapy in the field of adolescent mental health intervention including covering preventive, therapeutic, developmental, personalized, and comprehensive approaches. It discusses the effectiveness and key influencing factors of these interventions. Findings indicate that bibliotherapy can effectively reduce the risk of depressive and anxiety symptoms in adolescents, and improve their emotional regulation skills and social adaptability. Different types of interventions demonstrate varied effects across different populations. Personalized and comprehensive intervention models can further enhance the outcomes, to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of localized bibliotherapy intervention programs.

BACKGROUND:The repair of maxillofacial bone tissue defects is a hot and difficult point in current research and the selection of seed cells is the key.Jaw bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are adult mesenchymal stem cells that exist in the jaw bone. They have advantages in the application of maxillofacial tissue regeneration. OBJECTIVE:To summarize the biological characteristics, osteogenic differentiation advantages of jaw bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, and the effects of drugs,in vivo environment, and microRNAs on the osteogenic differentiation of jaw bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. METHODS:Computers were used to perform literature retrieval in PubMed and CNKI.Chinese and English search terms were"oral, bone tissue engineering, stem cells".405 articles were retrieved and downloaded. The articles were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and 70 articles were finally included for literature review. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Jaw bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were excellent seed cells for oral bone tissue engineering, and had good proliferation and osteogenic differentiation potential.Drugs,in vivo environment and microRNAs could regulate the osteogenic differentiation of jaw bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. However, the research on jaw bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells was still in the initial stage,so more research with strong demonstration is needed to confirm that jaw bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have more advantages in the application of maxillofacial bone tissue regeneration.

Objective:
To explore the association of milk tea consumption with comorbid of overweight/obesity and depressive symptoms among college students, so as to provide a reference for promoting the physical and mental health of college students.
Methods:
A questionnaire survey was conducted from August to October 2023 using convenience sampling among 13 920 students from nine universities in Shanghai, Jiangxi, and Hubei provinces (municipality directly under the central government). Information on college students demographic characteristics, milk tea consumption, overweight/obesity status, and depressive symptoms was collected. Chi square tests were used to compare the association between different demographic characteristics and milk tea consumption with comorbid overweight/obesity and depressive symptoms. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed to infer the strength of the association.
Results:
The detection rate of comorbidity of overweight/obesity and depressive symptoms was 5.8% among college students. The univariate analysis revealed statistically significant differences in the detection rate of comorbidity of overweight/obesity and depressive symptoms among various groups, including gender, grade, parents education level, only child status, family economic status, meeting moderate to high levels of physical activity standards, sleep quality, and frequent fast food consumption ( χ 2= 82.10, 23.07, 8.91, 10.87 , 4.56, 47.60, 17.60, 386.74, 96.61, P <0.05). There were also statistically significant differences between groups based on milk tea consumption frequency and quantity ( χ 2=42.12, 38.76, P <0.01). Compared with the group of without consuming milk tea, Logistic regression analysis showed that college students who consumed milk tea 4-5 times and ≥6 times had higher risk of comorbid overweight/obesity and depressive symptoms ( OR =1.98, 2.46), and college students who consumed 1-1 500 mL and ≥3 000 mL of milk tea also had higher comorbidity risk ( OR =1.52, 1.22) ( P <0.05).
Conclusions
Frequent and excessive milk tea consumption among college students may increase the risk of comorbid of overweight/obesity and depressive symptoms. It is recommended to reduce the frequency and quantity of milk tea consumption to improve college students physical and mental health.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2023;44(7):1038-1043
Objective:
To understand the symptoms of depression and anxiety among rural returning adolescents and to analyze their association with physical activity related factors, so as to provide reference for interventions targeting depression and anxiety symtoms in the population.
Methods:
From April to June 2020, 3 495 middle school students were selected from 6 counties and districts of Shangrao City by random cluster stratified sampling sampling. The Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) were used to evaluate the depressive and anxiety symptoms among middle school students. The International Physical Activity Questionnaire was used to assess their physical activity levels during the past week. Chi square test and Logistic regression analysis were used to determine the strength of the association between depression and anxiety symptoms and physical activity related factors in returning and non returning adolescents as well as the overall population.
Results:
Univariate analysis showed significant differences in the prevalence of depressive and anxiety symptoms between rural returning and non returning adolescents and the overall population in terms of "type of school" "family economic situation" "parental occupation" "number of sports classes per week" and "level of physical activity per week" ( χ 2=78.21, 16.56, 135.44, 107.75, 7.10, 8.62; 97.94, 24.26 , 124.07, 90.36, 9.60, 8.34, P <0.05). Multivariate regression analysis showed a correlation between the occurrence of depression and the number of sports classes per week for rural returning and non returning adolescents and the overall population (number of sports classes per week for non returning was 2 times, OR=1.22, 95%CI =1.01-1.49; returning adolescents for 1 time, OR=1.85, 95%CI =1.06-3.23; the overall population for 1 time, OR=1.34, 95%CI =1.01-1.77 and 2 times, OR=1.20, 95%CI =1.01-1.43, P <0.05). There was a correlation between anxiety symptoms and the number of sports classes per week for returning adolescents (number of sports classes per week for returning adolescents was 1 time, OR=2.10, 95%CI=1.21-3.63, P < 0.05 ).
Conclusion
A low frequency of weekly sports classes may be a risk factor for depressive or anxiety symptoms in rural and returning adolescents. Rural primary and secondary schools should appropriately increase the number of physical education courses or arrange sports extended classes to promote the development of adolescent mental health.

Objective:To observe the efficacy of free transplantation of latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap and anterolateral femoral skin flap in repairing the wound after the resection of the scalp squamous cell carcinoma, and to explore the indications of these two skin flaps. Methods:The clinical data of patients with scalp squamous cell carcinoma admitted to the Plastic Surgery Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from June 2013 to May 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients showed no cancer metastasis examined with CT. None of the patients had systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, vascular disease. The wounds were repaired with free transplantation of latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flaps and anterolateral thigh flaps after extensive tumor resection. The intraoperative vascular variation, the diameter of the anastomosed blood vessel, the length of the vascular pedicle, the flap size, the time of harvesting the flap, the time for anastomosis, the operation time, and the incidences of complications at the donor site and recipient site were measured or recorded in both groups. Results:A total of 21 cases were included, including 14 males and 7 females, aged from 12 to 61 years. Eleven cases were repaired with the latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap, and 10 cases with the anterolateral thigh flap. All the 21 flaps survived during the 1 to 2 years follow-up. No vascular variation was found in the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap group, whereas 2 cases of vascular variation were found in the anterolateral thigh flap. In the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap group, the anastomotic vessel diameter was (2.14±0.09) mm for the artery and (2.49±0.10) mm for the vein. The vascular pedicle length was (6.14±0.28) cm, and the size of the flap was (135.0±20.8) cm 2, the harvesting time was (114.8±3.0) min, the vascular anastomosis time was (20.8±0.8) min, and the operation time was (6.5±0.2) h. In the anterolateral thigh flap group, the anastomotic vessel diameter was (2.15±0.14) mm for the artery and (2.45±0.15) mm for the vein. The vascular pedicle length was (6.80±0.31) cm, and the size of the flap was (159.9±16.4) cm 2, the harvesting time was (119.8±3.6) min, the vascular anastomosis time was (21.5±0.9) min, and the operation time was (6.9±0.2) h. There was no significant difference between the two kinds of flaps in the above parameter. The incidence of total complications at the donor site was higher in the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap group (7 cases) than that in the anterolateral thigh flap group (4 cases). The incidence of overall complications at the recipient was lower in the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap group (1 case) than that in the anterolateral thigh flap group (2 cases). Conclusions:Both the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap and the anterolateral femoral skin flap can achieve good results in repairing the wound after the resection of the scalp squamous cell carcinoma. The latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap has a constant blood supply, and the operative technique is relatively easy and with low risk, which is more suitable for novices. The anterolateral thigh flap is thin and with fewer complications at the donor site. It is easy to be accepted by patients and can be performed in the supine position, which is more suitable for elderly patients.

Chinese Journal of Pancreatology 2011;11(2):95-97
Objective To study the effects VEGF small interfering RNA (siRNA) on chemosinsitivity of human BxPC3 cell and its mechanism. Methods BxPC3 cells were divided into single BxPC3 cell group, lipofection group, scrambled siRNA transfection (200 nmol/L) group, VEGF siRNA transfection group.VEGF siRNA (5, 10, 20, 100,200 nmol/L) was used to transfect BxPC3 cells. Expressions of VEGF mRNA and protein were determined by real-time PGR and ELISA assay, respectively. MTT was performed to examine the inhibitory effects of gemcitabine on BxPC3 cells of each group. The phosphorylated-Akt protein was evaluated by Western blotting. Results After VEGF siRNA transfection, the expression of VEGF mRNA and protein in BxPC3 cells was down-regulated in a dose-and time-dependent manner, but there was no effect on BxPC3 cells proliferation. After 0. 2 μmol/L of gemcitabine treatment for 48 h, the inhibitory rates were ( 16.9 ±0.3)%, (17.3 ±0.3)%, (28.8 ±0.4)%, (52.2 ±0.3)%, (75.4 ±0.4)% in BxPC3 cell group, lipofection group, 5,10,20 nmol/L VEGF siRNA transfection group, and the inhibitory effects were correlated with siRNA concentration ( r = 0. 928 ). The phosphorylated-Akt protein was reduced significantly in siRNA transfected cells. Conclusions VEGF gene plays an important role in BxPC3 cells resistence to chemotherapy through inhibiting Akt phosphorylation.
