To review the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) at home and abroad on digital intelligence (DI)-driven rehabilitation in patients of neuromuscular disease, compare the effects of DI-driven rehabilitation with traditional rehabilitation, summarize the special needs and challenges faced by patients in rehabilitation of rare neuromuscular diseases, and provide evidence for the development and quality improvement of rehabilitation for rare neuromuscular diseases.

To provide references to and give suggestions to the development and optimiza-tion of Digital Intelligence (DI) technology in management of non-hospitalized patients by systematical review the application of digital technology in non-hospital settings.

Objective: To explore the network structure of eating behaviors with anxiety, depression and perceived stress in adolescents, so as to provide a basis for effective prevention and intervention of eating behavior problems and negative emotions in adolescents. Methods: Based on the Psychology and Behavior Investigation of Chinese Residents (2021) database, the study was conducted among 3 087 adolescents. Sakata Eating Behavior Scale Short From(EBS-SF) was used to investigate their eating behaviors. The Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9), Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-7 Item(GAD-7), and Perceived Stress Questionnaire-3 Item (PSQ-3) were used to evaluate their depression, anxiety and perceived stress. Network analysis method was applied to construct a network of eating behaviors and negative emotional symptoms among adolescents, so as to evaluate the centrality, bridge strength, stability and accuracy of each item. Results: The total scores of eating behaviors, depression,anxiety and stress perception in adolescents were 17.41±4.53,6.95±6.08,4.86±5.03,9.34±3.80,respectively. The symptom with the highest intensity and expected impact was "I am only satisfied when I buy more food than I need", with a node intensity and expected impact value of 4.37. The nodes Depression and Anxiety were the most closely connected(weight=0.87). There were no statistically significant differences in the network structure( M =0.13,0.11) and network connection strength(female and male:4.16,4.06, s =0.10;urban and rural areas:4.08,4.07, s =0.01) between different sexes and residents ( P >0.05). Conclusion The negative impact of comorbidities such as anxiety, depression, perceived stress and eating behaviors among adolescents can be reduced through targeted prevention and intervention of core symptoms and bridging symptoms.

Objective: To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice of infectious disease prevention and control among primary and middle school students in Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, so as to provide the evidence for implementing health education on infectious disease prevention and control in schools. Methods: Students from 12 primary and middle schools in Gongshu District were selected using a random cluster sampling method. Basic information, knowledge, attitude and practice of infectious disease middle and control were collected through questionnaire surveys. Influencing factors of practice of primary and middle school students' infectious disease prevention and control were analyzed using multivariable logistic regression model. Results: A total of 3 439 primary and middle school students were surveyed, including 1 717 boys (49.93%) and 1 722 girls (50.07%). There were 1 237 primary school students (35.97%), 1 092 junior high school students (31.75%), and 1 110 senior high school students (32.28%). The awareness of infectious disease prevention and control knowledge, the percentage of attitude towards infectious disease prevention and control, and the percentage of practice towards infectious disease prevention and control were 73.22%, 96.83%, and 60.19%, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that girls (OR=1.460, 95%CI: 1.265-1.685), those who had received health education on infectious disease prevention (OR=2.088, 95%CI: 1.656-2.632), those with adequate knowledge (OR=2.129, 95%CI: 1.816-2.496), and those with positive attitude (OR=4.320, 95%CI: 2.683-6.957) were more likely to form practice for the prevention and control of infectious disease. Conversely, senior high school students (OR=0.667, 95%CI: 0.561-0.794) and those with poor self-rated health status (OR=0.678, 95%CI: 0.495-0.930) were less likely to form practice for the prevention and control of infectious disease. Conclusions The attitude towards infectious disease prevention and control among primary and middle school students in Gongshu District is relatively high, but their awareness and practice are low. It is recommended to strengthen health education on infectious disease prevention and control knowledge in a targeted manner to promote the formation of prevention and control practice among senior high school students and primary and middle school students who self-assess their health status as poor.

Objective: To investigate the association between dietary quality and overweight / obesity among primary school students, so as to provide a basis for the prevention and control of childhood obesity. Methods: In September 2022, third-grade students from six primary schools in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province were selected by a random cluster sampling method. Data on gender, age, height, and weight were collected through questionnaire surveys and physical examinations. Body mass index (BMI) was calculated, and overweight and obesity were determined using gender- and age-specific BMI cut-off points. The Chinese dietary quality questionnaires was administered to assess the intake of health-promoting and restricted foods over the past 24 hours, thereby evaluating overall dietary quality. A multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the association between dietary quality and overweight / obesity among primary school students. Results: A total of 1 375 primary school students were included, comprising 722 (52.51%) boys and 653 (47.49%) girls, with a mean age of (8.47±0.30) years. Among them, 165 (12.00%) were overweight and 171 (12.44%) were obese. The score for health-promoting foods was (4.29±2.27) points. The median score of restricted foods was 2.00 (interquartile range, 3.00) points. The total dietary quality score was (10.84±2.42) points. Multivariable logistic regression analysis indicated that the restricted food score was positively associated with overweight (OR=1.073, 95%CI: 1.002-1.148), while the total dietary quality score was negatively associated with overweight (OR=0.911, 95%CI: 0.851-0.976). However, no statistically significant associations were observed between the health-promoting food score and overweight or obesity (both P>0.05), nor between the restricted food score or total dietary quality score and obesity (both P>0.05). Conclusion A higher intake of restricted foods was associated with an increased risk of overweight, while a better dietary quality was associated with a decreased risk of overweight among primary school students.

In order to accurately capture the respiratory muscle movement and extract the synchronization signals corresponding to the breathing phases, a comprehensive signal sensing system for sensing the movement of the respiratory muscle was developed with applying the thin-film varistor FSR402 IMS-C07A in this paper. The system integrated a sensor, a signal processing circuit, and an application program to collect, amplify and denoise electronic signals. Based on the respiratory muscle movement sensor and a STM32F107 development board, an experimental platform was designed to conduct experiments. The respiratory muscle movement data and respiratory airflow data were collected from 3 healthy adults for comparative analysis. In this paper, the results demonstrated that the method for determining respiratory phase based on the sensing the respiratory muscle movement exhibited strong real-time performance. Compared to traditional airflow-based respiratory phase detection, the proposed method showed a lead times ranging from 33 to 210 ms [(88.3 ± 47.9) ms] for expiration switched into inspiration and 17 to 222 ms [(92.9 ± 63.8) ms] for inspiration switched into expiration, respectively. When this system is applied to trigger the output of the ventilator, it will effectively improve the patient-ventilator synchrony and facilitate the ventilation treatment for patients with respiratory diseases.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of minimally invasive treatment for bilateral tibial plateau fractures using the double reverse traction reducer. METHODS: The clinical data of 4 patients with bilateral tibial plateau fractures who met the selection criteria and treated between January 2016 and April 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. The cohort included 3 males and 1 female, aged 30-65 years (mean, 52.5 years). Injury mechanisms comprised traffic accidents (2 cases) and falls (2 cases). According to the Schatzker classification, 2 limbs were type Ⅱ and 6 were type Ⅵ. The time from injury to surgery ranged from 5 to 9 days (mean, 7 days). All patients underwent minimally invasive reduction using the double reverse traction reducer. Surgical duration, intraoperative blood loss, and hospitalization time were recorded. Functional outcomes were assessed at last follow-up using the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) knee score and range of motion (ROM), while fracture reduction quality was evaluated using the Rasmussen radiological score. RESULTS: All 4 patients successfully completed the procedure without conversion to open reduction. The total mean operation time was 80.25 minutes (range, 73-86 minutes), with a mean total intraoperative blood loss of 132.5 mL (range, 100-150 mL). The mean hospitalization time was 13.5 days (range, 11-16 days). All incisions healed primarily without neurovascular complications. X-ray film at 1 day after operation confirmed satisfactory reduction and articular surface alignment. Follow-up time ranged from 12 to 26 months (mean, 17.0 months). Fractures achieved clinical union at an average of 13 weeks (range, 12-16 weeks). No complication, such as deep vein thrombosis, joint stiffness, post-traumatic arthritis, or implant failure, was observed. At last follow-up, the mean HSS score was 92.9 (range, 90-97), mean knee ROM was 128.1° (range, 115°-135°), and mean Rasmussen radiological score was 16.4 (range, 15-19), with 2 limbs rated as excellent and 6 as good. CONCLUSION The double reverse traction reducer facilitates minimally invasive treatment of bilateral tibial plateau fractures with advantages including minimal trauma, shorter surgical duration, precise reduction, and fewer complications, effectively promoting fracture healing and functional recovery of the knee joint.

Objective To investigate the levels of plasma bile acids(BA)in patients with primary liver cancer(PLC)or metastatic liver cancer(MLC)and their correlation with clinical indicators,as well as the value of plasma BAs combined with alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)in the diagnosis of PLC.Methods This study was conducted among 75 patients with PLC and 79 patients with MLC who attended Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to September 2021 and had a confirmed diagnosis based on histopathological and imaging findings.Peripheral blood samples were collected from all patients,and serum and plasma were separated.Colorimetry and chromatography were used to measure biochemical parameters;electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was used to measure the levels of tumor markers;liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to measure the content of BA.The t-test was used for comparison of normally distributed continuous data,and the Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparison of non-normally distributed continuous data;the Spearman's coefficient was used for correlation analysis;the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate clinical diagnostic efficacy.Results The PLC group had significantly lower levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and apolipoprotein B than the MLC group(U=1 598,1 255,909,and 889,all P＜0.05).Compared with the MLC group,the PLC group had a significantly higher level of AFP and a significantly lower level of carcinoembryonic antigen(U=1 873 and 926,both P＜0.05).Compared with the MLC group,the PLC group had significantly higher levels of TBA,CA,CDCA,UDCA,TCA,TCDCA,GCA,GCDCA,TUDCA,and GUDCA and a significantly lower level of DCA(all P＜0.05).In the total population,the levels of TBA,CDCA,GCA,GCDCA,GUDCA,TCA,TCDCA,and TUDCA were significantly positively correlated with the level of AFP(all P＜0.05).In the patients with PLC,the levels of GCA,TCA,TCDCA,and TUDCA were significantly positively correlated with the level of AFP(all P＜0.05).Combined measurement of AFP+TCA+GCA+TCDCA had an area under the ROC curve of 0.822(95%confidence interval:0.746-0.898,P＜0.000 1),suggesting that it had the highest diagnostic efficacy.Conclusion There are significant differences in the levels of plasma BA between the patients with PLC and those with MLC,and the differentially expressed BAs are closely associated with liver function impairment and the increase in AFP.BAs combined with AFP has a better clinical value in the diagnosis of PLC.

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of oral double-balloon enteroscopy for small intestinal bezoars with obstruction, the clinical, endoscopic, imaging, pathological and surgical data of patients with small intestinal bezoars and obstruction treated in Drum Tower Hospital, the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School from December 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 5 patients, all female, aged 52-83 years, were included. The clinical manifestation was mainly digestive tract obstruction. The diameter of bezoars was 30-50 mm. Three were located in the jejunum, one in the proximal ileum, and one at the jejuno-ileal junction. Three cases were diagnosed as having small intestinal bezoars by imaging examination before operation. All 5 patients achieved technical success. Four patients achieved clinical success, the symptoms of obstruction were completely relieved, and 1 patient was partially relieved due to malignant obstruction. No obvious complication occurred in 5 patients after operation. The follow-up time was 15-790 days, and there was no recurrence. The results showed that oral double-balloon enteroscopy for small intestinal bezoars was safe and effective, providing a new treatment for patients with small intestinal bezoars except for surgery.
