Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic inflammation of synovial tissue, is divided into two subtypes-anti-citrullinated protein antibody (ACPA)-positive and ACPA-negative RA. While the pathogenic mechanisms of ACPA-positive RA are well-understood, the etiology of ACPA-negative RA remains largely unknown. The association between RA and periodontitis (PD) has been observed since the early 1900s, with the two diseases sharing common genetic and environmental risk factors that lead to the progressive destruction of bone and connective tissue. However, the associations between PD and the two subtypes of RA differ. This comprehensive review aims to provide an updated understanding of the epidemiological association between RA and PD, explore potential pathogenic mechanisms linking the two diseases, and highlight the key distinctions between the subtypes of RA and their respective associations with PD. We also discuss the possibility of early intervention or the treatment of the two diseases. Ultimately, this review aims to provide valuable insights for future research in this field.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the level of serum carbohydrate antigen-125(CA125) and its related factors in patients with bronchiectasis.
METHODSThe clinical data of 504 patients with bronchiectasis in Zhejiang Putuo People's Hospital from June 2009 to June 2014 were collected in the study. The patients were divided into CA125 elevated group and CA125 normal group according to serum CA125 level, and the differences of serum CA125,age,gender, white blood cell(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP), blood glucose and other test indicators were compared between two groups.
RESULTSThere were 276 patients including 117 male and 159 female with elevated serum CA125.Their mean age was(66.3±13.1)years and the mean level of CA125 was(83.70±43.87) U/mL. There were 228 patients including 84 male and 144 female with normal CA125 levels. Their mean age was(67.5±10.5) years and the mean level of CA125 was(20.68±9.67)U/mL.The peripheral blood WBC in patients with CA125 elevated group[(10.08±5.68)×10(9)/L] was significantly higher than that in CA125 normal group[7.73±3.46)×10(9)/L], the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medium of CRP level in patients with CA125 elevated group[22.98(3.18~196.88)mg/L] was significantly higher than that in CA125 normal group[6.34(0.50~97.66)mg/L](P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that CA125 was positively correlated with WBC and CRP(P<0.05). Stepwise regression analysis showed that CRP was the only independent prognostic factors of CA125. Paired t test showed the presence of CA125 serum in patients with bronchiectasis had a significant difference between before and after anti-infection therapy(P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe serum levels of CA125 rise in patients with bronchiectasis, while it decrease after anti-infection therapy.CRP is an independent associated factor of serum CA125 level.

Objective To explore cancer factor exhausted during chemotherapy intermittent for drinking, food and oxygenic sport interference to patients suffered from ovarium cancer. Method 92 patients suffered from ovarium cancer with drinking, food and oxygenic sport interference and taking self-comparison method. Simple tired Assessment Form, European cancer treatment and research origination questionnaire (EORTC-QLQ-C30) are as-sessed for the patients suffered from cancer tied and life quality situation before interference and after interference of 30 d so as to observe the tired relieving degree and life quality of the patients before and after interference. Results Using nursing interference and then the patients relive their tiredness greatly to have statistical significance (P <0.01). The comparison before and after interference and the life quality has statistic significance(P <0.01). Con-clusion The drinking, food and oxygenic sport interference can relieve the fired degree of the patients suffered from ovarium cancer effectively to improve the life quality of the patients.

Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of HSP70 mRNA expression in the liver tissue of rats with traumatic shock and the treatment effects of glycine. Methods The expression of HSP70 mRNA in the liver tissue of treatment group, shock group and control group was detected by ELISA.Pathological changes were observed, and serum ALT and AST were measured. Results The expression of HSP70 mRNA in the liver tissue of rats in the shock group and the treatment group reached peak at the 6th and 12th hour after resuscitation respectively.Serum ALT and AST increased and pathological damage aggravated with time prolonging.Compared with control group, the expression of HSPT0 mRNA in treatment group increased significantly, serum ALT and AST decreased significantly and pathologi- cal damage was significantly relieved(all P<0.05).Conclusion Glycine can increase the expression of HSPT0 mRNA and relieve the secondary damage of liver after traumatic shock.
