Objective: To analyze the occupational health literacy (OHL) level and its influencing factors among key populations in the tertiary industry in Lu'an City, Anhui Province, so as to provide a basis for developing targeted health interventions and improving regional occupational health policies. Methods: A stratified cluster random sampling method was employed to select five categories of key populations from the tertiary industry in Lu'an City as study subjects from August to September 2024. Data on gender, age, education level, and OHL were collected through the National OHL Monitoring Questionnaire for Key Populations. The OHL levels were analyzed, and influencing factors of OHL levels among key populations were analyzed using a multivariable logistic regression model. Results: A total of 1 243 individuals were surveyed, comprising 700 (56.32%) males and 543 (43.68%) females. The median age was 42.00 (interquartile range, 17.00) years. There were 609 individuals with OHL, and the OHL level was 48.99%. The OHL levels in fundamental knowledge of occupational health protection, healthy work styles and behaviors, knowledge of occupational health laws, and basic skills for occupational health protection were 84.71%, 60.34%, 43.93%, and 37.09%, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that educational level (primary school and below, OR=0.149, 95%CI: 0.064-0.344; junior high school, OR=0.340, 95%CI: 0.184-0.629; high school, OR=0.408, 95%CI: 0.230-0.723), average monthly personal income (3 000-<5 000 yuan, OR=1.655, 95%CI: 1.092-2.508; 5 000-<7 000 yuan, OR=2.195, 95%CI: 1.302-3.699; ≥7 000 yuan, OR=2.062, 95%CI: 1.016-4.183), employer nature (private enterprises, OR=2.992, 95%CI: 1.569-5.443), and industry category (education, OR=3.423, 95%CI: 1.407-8.327; courier / food delivery services, OR=0.459, 95%CI: 0.268-0.787; healthcare, OR=7.539, 95%CI: 3.255-17.461) were statistically associated with the OHL level among key population. Conclusion The OHL level among key population in the tertiary industry of Lu'an City can be further enhanced, with educational level, average monthly personal income, employer nature, and industry category identified as the primary influencing factors.

Debates persist regarding the efficacy and safety of azvudine, particularly its real-world outcomes. This study involved patients aged ≥60 years who were admitted to 25 hospitals in mainland China with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection between December 1, 2022, and February 28, 2023. Efficacy outcomes were all-cause mortality during hospitalization, the proportion of patients discharged with recovery, time to nucleic acid-negative conversion (T _NANC), time to symptom improvement (T _SI), and time of hospital stay (T _HS). Safety was also assessed. Among the 5884 participants identified, 1999 received azvudine, and 1999 matched controls were included after exclusion and propensity score matching. Azvudine recipients exhibited lower all-cause mortality compared with controls in the overall population (13.3% vs. 17.1%, RR, 0.78; 95% CI, 0.67-0.90; P = 0.001) and in the severe subgroup (25.7% vs. 33.7%; RR, 0.76; 95% CI, 0.66-0.88; P < 0.001). A higher proportion of patients discharged with recovery, and a shorter T _NANC were associated with azvudine recipients, especially in the severe subgroup. The incidence of adverse events in azvudine recipients was comparable to that in the control group (2.3% vs. 1.7%, P = 0.170). In conclusion, azvudine showed efficacy and safety in older patients hospitalized with COVID-19 during the SARS-CoV-2 omicron wave in China.

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of a novel fixation device used for percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage(PTCD)tube in patients after receiving PTCD.Methods A novel type of fixed device for PTCD tube was independently designed and produced by authors.One hundred patients,who underwent PTCD(retention time of the tube at least one month)at the Department of Interventional Radiology,Ruijin Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Jong University School of Medicint from September 2024 to April 2025,were collected for this study.According to the order of hospitalization dates,the patients were divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=50).The patients in the observation group used a novel PTCD tube fixation device as secondary fixation,while the patients in the control group used conventional medical silk tape for cross type secondary fixation.The postoperative 2-hour pain scores,readiness for hospital discharge,comfort level of fixed device during PTCD tube retention for one month,drainage tube dropping-off rate,drainage obstruction rate,and incidence of peripheral dermatitis were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative 2-hour pain scores and the comfort level after one-month retention of PTCD tube in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P＜0.05).The PTCD tube dropping-off rate,poor drainage rate,and incidence of dermatitis in the observation group during tube retention period were lower than those in the control group(all P＜0.05).The readiness for hospital discharge of both groups was at a medium-to-low level,although the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The use of this novel PTCD tube fixation device can effectively increase the comfort level of patients during the period of carrying a tube.The modular ice pack component can alleviate postoperative pain,reduce the incidences of drainage tube dropping-off,drainage obstruction and peripheral dermatitis during tube retention period.Therefore,this novel PTCD drainage tube fixation device is worthy of clinical promotion and use.

Abstract Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system in China , with e-sophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) being the predominant pathological type. The exact etiology of ESCC remains incompletely understood. With advances in 16S rRNA gene sequencing and metagenomics , microbial dys- biosis has been suggested to play a significant role in the pathogenesis of ESCC. Currently , research on the rela- tionship between microorganisms and ESCC is still in its early stages. This review summarizes the association be- tween oral and esophageal microbiota and ESCC , factors influencing microbial composition , and microbial commu- nities linked to ESCC prognosis , which may contribute to early detection and optimized treatment strategies for ES- CC.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of lumbar core muscle stability training combined with kinesiology taping technique in the rehabilitation treatment of lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. MethodsA total of 99 LDH patients treated in Ningbo Yinzhou No. 2 Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group （n=49） and observation group （n=50）. Kinesiology taping technique was applied to patients in the control group and patients in the observation group were treated with lumbar core muscle stability training combined with kinesiology taping technique， then we compared the therapeutic effect， lumbar function and pain degree， surface electromyography of lumbar extensor muscles， lumbar range of motion， LDH recurrence and skin allergies before and after the treatment between the two groups. ResultsAfter 4 weeks of treatment， compared with those in the control group， in the observation group， the visual analogue scale （VAS） and Oswestry disability index （ODI） scores were significantly lower （P<0.05）； the Japanese Orthopaedic Association （JOA） score， mean power frequency of lumbar extensor muscles， integral electromyography value and lumbar function score were significantly higher （P<0.05）. During the treatment， there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between two groups （P>0.05）. After 4 weeks of treatment， the observation group had a significantly lower LDH recurrence rate than the control group （P<0.05）. ConclusionLumbar core muscle stability training combined with kinesiology taping technique achieves a significantly better therapeutic effect than kinesiology taping technique in the rehabilitation treatment of LDH and can effectively relieve muscle fatigue， help alleviate lumbar spine pain and improve the function of lumbar spine.

Objective:To explore the value of magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in evaluating cerebrovascular small vessel disease (CSVD) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods:Eighty-two patients with SLE combined with CSVD treated at Yixing People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected. They were divided into acute phase infarction group (16 cases), chronic phase infarction group (26 cases), and chronic ischemic lesion group (40 cases) based on routine MRI examination results. All patients underwent DTI examination to obtain the average diffusion coefficient (DCavg) and anisotropy score (FA) of the affected and contralateral normal white matter areas, and the evaluation value of DTI for CSVD in SLE patients was analyzed.Results:The DCavg value on the affected side of 82 patients was significantly higher than that on the healthy side: (11.10 ± 3.48) 10 -3 mm 2/s vs. (8.18 ± 2.42) 10 -3 mm 2/s, and the FA value on the affected side was significantly lower than that on the healthy side: 0.28 ± 0.05 vs. 0.45 ± 0.08, with a statistical significant differences ( P<0.05). The DCavg values of the acute infarction group, chronic infarction group, and chronic ischemic focus group were (11.88 ± 3.50), (9.69 ± 3.24) and (8.52 ± 2.34) 10 -3 mm 2/s, respectively, with statistical significant differences ( P<0.05). The FA values of the acute infarction group, chronic infarction group, and chronic ischemic focus group were 0.28 ± 0.04, 0.33 ± 0.06 and 0.40 ± 0.07, respectively, with statistical significant differences ( P<0.05). The receiver operating characteristic curve was drawn, and the results showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of the acute phase infarction group and the chronic phase infarction group evaluated by DCavg and FA alone and in combination were 0.757, 0.756, and 0.820, respectively. The AUC of the chronic phase infarction group and the chronic ischemic focus group evaluated by DCavg and FA were 0.772, 0.776, and 0.813, respectively. The AUC value of the combined evaluation was relatively large. Conclusions:DTI has good evaluation value for CSVD in SLE patients and can accurately determine the type of CSVD.

Cardiometabolic disease is a clinical syndrome with a causal relationship between metabolic abnormalities and cardiovascular damage. With its global incidence and related mortality rates continually rising， it has become a major health concern worldwide. The role of the gut microbiome and its metabolic products in cardiovascular metabolic health has received widespread attention， with gut microbiota dysbiosis considered a key factor in promoting the development of cardiometabolic disease. Dysbiosis disrupts the balance of the "heart-spleen-intestine" axis， leading to dysfunction of the spleen and intestines， which triggers metabolic disorders and accelerates the progression of cardiometabolic disease. Cardiac dysfunction can also negatively affect spleen and intestinal function， leading to imbalances in the heart and spleen， disharmony in Qi and blood， and exacerbating metabolic anomalies and further dysbiosis， thus forming a vicious cycle. From a modern biological perspective， the gut microbiome and its metabolic products can influence disease progression by modulating inflammatory responses and immune imbalances， leading to endothelial dysfunction and metabolic disorders， thereby increasing the risk of cardiometabolic disease. Additionally， the article proposes strategies for managing cardiometabolic disease by regulating the gut microbiome through a combination of Chinese and western medicine approaches. Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） treatment starts from the gut microbiome， using the "heart-spleen-intestine" axis as a mediator to regulate cardiovascular metabolic health， highlighting the unique advantages of TCM in targeting the gut microbiome to treat cardiometabolic disease. This article takes the TCM theory of the "heart-spleen-intestine" axis as a starting point， discusses the pivotal role played by this axis in the connection between gut microbiome dysbiosis and the development of cardiometabolic disease， aiming to provide a new perspective for the integrated traditional Chinese and western medical research on cardiometabolic disease， offering scientific evidence and practical guidance to improve the prognosis and quality of life for patients.

Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical and pathologic characteristics, response to treatment, survival, and prognosis of patients with primary large B-cell lymphoma of the central nervous system (PCNSLBCL) .Methods:Clinical and pathologic data of 70 patients with PCNSLBCL admitted to Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from December 2010 to November 2022 were collected for retrospective analysis. Survival analysis was performed using the Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test, and prognosis analysis was conducted using the Cox proportional hazards model.Results:Among 70 patients with PCNSLBCL, complete remission (CRs) were achieved in 49 (70.0% ) and partial remission in 4 (5.7% ) after the first-line induction therapy; the overall remission rate was 75.7%. The 2-year progression-free survival (PFS) rate was 55.8% and the median progression-free survival (mPFS) time was 35.9 months, whereas the 2-year overall survival (OS) rate was 79.1% with a median OS time not reached. After CR induced by first-line therapy, cumulative incidence of relapse (CIR) was lower in patients who had received auto-HSCT than in those who had not received consolidation therapy ( P=0.032), whose 2-year PFS rate was 54.4% and mPFS time was 35.9 months; comparatively, the 2-year PFS rate in patients having received oral maintenance of small molecule drugs reached 84.4% with a mPFS time of 79.5 months ( P=0.038). Multivariant analysis demonstrated that Class 3 in the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) prognostic model is an independent adverse prognostic factor of OS in patients with PCNSLBCL ( HR=3.127, 95% CI 1.057-9.253, P=0.039) . Conclusions:In patients with PCNSLBCL achieving CR after the first-line induction therapy, auto-HSCT as consolidation therapy would lead to a decreased CIR, and PFS time could be prolonged by oral maintenance of small molecule drugs. Class 3 MSKCC prognostic model is independently associated with poorer OS.

Ischemic stroke is an acute cerebro-vascular disease with high disability and mortality,is the most common cause of death in China.De-spite years of research,there are still no biomark-ers for stroke,and the molecular mechanisms re-main largely unknown.In the past decade,single-cell sequencing technology,as a rapidly developing emerging technology,can conduct high-throughput sequencing of multiple omics including genome,transcriptome,epigenome and proteome at the level of a single cell,providing a new way to discov-er biomarkers and analyze pathological mecha-nisms.In this paper,the progress of single-cell multi-omics sequencing technology and its applica-tion in the discovery of biomarkers,pathological mechanisms and drug development of ischemic stroke are introduced in detail,in order to provide valuable reference for precision medicine of isch-emic stroke.
