Objective:To analyze and evaluate the oral diseases burden in China from 1990 to 2021,and provide references on oral health policies making and adjustment. Methods:Using the Global Burden of Disease Study 2021 (GBD 2021) results,it described the trend of Disability Adjusted Life Years (DALYs) and DALYs rates from 1990 to 2021,analyzed the population and disease distribution and made an international comparisons. Results:From 1990 to 2021,the DALYs increased from 2.355 million person-years to 4.4001 million person-years,and the DALYs rate increased from 188.20 person-years/105 to 309.27 person-years/105. In terms of population distribution, the DALYs of oral diseases in females (2.3548 million person-years) were higher than that in males (2.0453 million person-years) in 2021,and the burden was clustered in middle-aged and elderly people. In terms of disease composition, the proportion of edentulism was more than 40%. In terms of international comparison, the DALYs accounted for 18.95% of the world, and ranked first. The DALYs rate is in the middle, far lower than that of developed countries. Conclusion:From 1990 to 2021,the burden of oral diseases was on the rise, which was heavier than that in other countries. Moreover, there were differences between population and diseases. Attention should be paid to preventing and reducing the risk of disease and actively carry out treatment.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2020;27(2):193-196
Objective:
To investigate the clinical effect of transanal stapler partial rectal resection for rectocele.
Methods:
From January 2012 to January 2018, 90 patients with rectocele treated in Changzhi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases) according to the operation method. The control group was treated with closed transrectal repair, while the observation group was treated with partial rectal resection with anal stapler. The operative effect, incidence of postoperative complications, recurrence rate, degree of pain after operation, length of hospital stay and cost of treatment were compared between the two groups.
Results:
The total effective rate of the two groups was 100.0%.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.2%(1/45), which was lower than that in the control group [17.8%(8/45)] (χ2=4.444,

Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2020;32(5):613-617
2019 Novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) destroys angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) and breaks the balance of renin-angiotension system (RAS) by interacting with ACE2. The imbalance of RAS takes part in the development of organ injury of different systems through pro-inflammation, oxidative stress, cell proliferation and so on. 2019-nCoV not only attacks the lung, but also influences many other systems. It is speculated that RAS imbalance plays an important role in the development of multi-organ dysfunction caused by 2019-nCoV, and the usage of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor/angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker (ACEI/ARB) may become a new treatment of 2019-nCoV-related organ injury. Further studies are need to confirm the relationship between coronavirus infection, multi-organ injury and RAS imbalance.
