Objective To establish a classification tree model for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)among aircrews,screen for influencing factors of NAFLD,so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and intervention decisions for NAFLD.Methods Aircrews who underwent recuperation at a sanatorium from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Their annual physical examination data were collected and the NAFLD detection rate was calculated.Age,body mass index(BMI),blood pressure,waist circumference,blood routine,biochemistry indexes,and thyroid function were incorporated,and a NAFLD risk model was constructed using classification regression tree method.The predictive performance of the NAFLD classification tree model was evaluated through model misclassification matrix,risk statistics,and receiver operating characteristic curve.Results A total of 4088 aircrews were included in the study,and NAFLD was detected in 380 persons(380/4088,9.30%).The NAFLD model consisted of three layers,and five explanatory variables affecting the onset of NAFLD were extracted,including BMI,triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and total bilirubin(TBIL).BMI was located at the top of the classification tree and was the most important risk factor for NAFLD in aircrews.The area under the curve(AUC)of the model was 0.853.The predictive accuracy of NAFLD was 90.9%,indicating that the model has good accuracy and fitting effect.Conclusion In this study,the detection rate of NAFLD in aircrews was 9.30%.BMI,TG,HDL-C,ALT,and TBIL are risk factors for the onset of NAFLD.NAFLD is mainly related to weight gain and lipid metabolism disorders caused by unhealthy lifestyles.

Methods: This retrospective study recruited 231 participants, including 67 patients with subAS. The pulse wave velocity was measured at the beginning and end of systole (PWV-BS and PWVES, respectively) using ultrafast ultrasonography to assess arterial stiffness. The right and left common carotid arteries were measured separately, and laboratory metabolic parameters were also collected. Participants were balanced between groups using propensity score matching (PSM) at a 1:1 ratio, adjusting for age, sex, and waist-to-hip ratio as potential confounders. Cutoff values of ufPWV for monitoring subAS were determined via receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. Results: PWV-ES, unlike PWV-BS, was higher in the subAS subgroup than in the subAS-free group after PSM (all P<0.05). For each 1 m/s increase in left, right, and bilateral mean PWV-ES, the risk of subAS increased by 23% (95% confidence interval [CI], 1.04 to 1.46), 26% (95% CI, 1.07 to 1.52), and 38% (95% CI, 1.12 to 1.72), respectively. According to ROC analyses, predictive potential was found for left PWV-ES (cutoff value=7.910 m/s, P=0.002), right PWV-ES (cutoff value=6.615 m/s, P=0.003), and bilateral mean PWV-ES (cutoff value=7.415 m/s, P<0.001), but not for PWV-BS (all P>0.05). Conclusion PWV-ES measured using ultrafast ultrasonography was significantly higher in individuals with subAS than in those without. Specific PWV-ES cutoff values showed potential for predicting an increased risk of subAS.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to assess carotid stiffening in a pre-hypertensive (PHT) population using ultrafast pulse wave velocity (ufPWV). Methods: This study retrospectively enrolled 626 individuals who underwent clinical interviews, serum tests, and assessments of the systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), carotid intima-media thickness (cIMT), pulse wave velocity-beginning of systole (PWV-BS), and pulse wave velocity-end of systole (PWV-ES) between January 2017 and December 2021. The patients were divided into three groups according to their blood pressure (BP)—normal BP (NBP): SBP <130 mmHg and DBP <80 mmHg (n=215); PHT: 130 mmHg≤SBP<140 mmHg and/or 80 mmHg≤DBP<90 mmHg (n=119); hypertensive (HT): SBP ≥140 mmHg and/or DBP ≥90 mmHg (n=292). Correlation analyses and comparisons were performed among the groups and in the cIMT subgroups (cIMT ≥0.050 cm and <0.050 cm). Results: cIMT and PWV-ES significantly differed among the BP groups (P<0.05). The BP groups had similar PWV-BS when cIMT <0.050 cm or cIMT ≥0.050 cm (all P>0.05). However, the NBP group had a notably lower PWV-ES than the PHT (P<0.001 and P=0.024) and HT (all P<0.001) groups in both cIMT categories, while the PWV-ES in the PHT group were not significantly lower than in the HT group (all P>0.05). Conclusion Carotid morphological and biomechanical properties in the PHT group differed from those in the NBP group. ufPWV could be used for an early evaluation of carotid stiffening linked to pre-hypertension.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of mindfulness-based childbirth on pregnant women's anxiety and depression， and to provide references for related psychological intervention. MethodsA total of 80 pregnant women who attended the obstetrics department of the Third People's Hospital of Mianyang from October 2018 to March 2019 and met the diagnostic criteria of mild to moderate anxiety and depression in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders， fifth edition （DSM-5） were selected， and they were divided into two groups by random number table method， each with 40 cases. Both groups received regular mental health education. On this basis， experimental group received mindfulness-based childbirth training for 8 times， once a week. Meantime， all pregnant women were assessed using Patient Health Questionnaire-9 item （PHQ-9） and Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale （GAD-7） at the baseline and after intervention. ResultsAt the baseline and after intervention， the scores of PHQ-9 ［（6.95±1.40） vs. （2.10±1.34）， P<0.05］ and GAD-7 ［（7.23±1.29） vs. （2.08±1.51）， P<0.05］ in the experimental group had statistical significance， and the scores of PHQ-9 ［（7.00±1.43） vs. （3.65±1.35）， P<0.05］ and GAD-7 ［（7.18±1.57） vs. （3.38±1.66）， P<0.05］ in the control group had statistical significance. Moreover， the post-intervention scores of PHQ-9 and GAD-7 were significantly lower in experimental group than in control group （t=5.161， 3.666， P<0.01）. ConclusionCompared with mental health education alone， its combination with mindfulness-based childbirth achieves better effect in alleviating the anxiety and depression status of pregnant women.

Chinese National Standards GBZ 98-2020 Health Requirements and Surveillance Specifications for Radiation Worker was published and will replace the current standards GBZ 98-2017 Health Requirements for Radiation Workers and GBZ 235-2011 Specifications for Occupational Health Surveillance for Radiation Workers from May 1 in 2021. The significance of this new National Standards, the background, basic principles, basis of revision of important indicators and the matters needing attention in the application of the standard are described in detail, especially for the medical institutions carrying out occupational health examination requirements, the determination of occupational health examination items, examination method and examination reports, so as to avoid the possible misunderstandings and doubts in using the standards.

Objective To investigate the nutritional status of vitamin D (Vit D) in newborns in Xi'an, and to provide a theoretical basis for timely and targeted formulation of regional and individualized Vit D nutrition intervention strategies. Methods A cross sectional survey was performed in newborns within 24 hours life age at the neonatal department of China Xidian Group Hospital. Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) levels were detected and compared for the mean among groups in accordance with gestational age, birth weight and gender. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the effect of each factor on serum 25 (OH) D levels. A P-value of P <0.05 was considered significant. Results A total of 582 newborns were recruited in this study. The average serum 25 (OH) D level within 24 hours after birth was 11.2±3.2ng/ml, which was a deficiency. The overall prevalence of Vit D level abnormality (insufficiency + deficiency + severe deficiency) was 96.70% (563/582 cases). The gestational age and birth weight had a significant effect on Vit D levels (β=2.94, P<0.001 and β=7.71, P<0.001, respectively), while the gender had no effect (β=-0.003, P>0.05). Conclusion Vit D nutritional deficiency existed in some newborns in Xi'an. Measures need to be taken to improve the status of newborn Vit D deficiency.
