Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of dupilumab combined with 2％cleboride ointment in the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis,as well as its impact on serological indica-tors.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 67 patients with moderate to se-vere atopic dermatitis(AD)admitted to the Department of Dermatology of Shaoxing University Affiliated Hospital from March 2021 to December 2024.The study subjects were divided into an experimental group(n=35)and a control group(n=32)according to the treatment method.The experimental group was treated with Dupilumab injection and 2％Cleboride ointment,while the control group was treated with ebastine tab-lets and 2％cleboride ointment.Clinical and related serological indicators of patients after 16 weeks of treat-ment were collected,and the itch digital scale score,eczema area and severity(EASI)score,IL-4,IL-13 levels,and incidence of local skin adverse reactions were analyzed before and after treatment in both groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was 94.29％(33/35),which was higher than the control group[53.13％(17/32)],and the difference was statistically significant(x2=12.862,P＜0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in symptom scores,IL-4,and IL-13 levels between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The lev-els of IL-4 and IL-13 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.86％(1/35),significantly lower than the 34.38％(11/32)in the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(x2=9.252,P=0.002).Conclusion The combination of dupilumab injection and 2％cleboride ointment is effective in relieving skin symptoms,regulating cellular immune function,reducing in-flammatory reactions,and minimizing local skin adverse reactions in patients with moderate to severe AD.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.

Objective:To compare the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of influenza A (IVA) and influenza B (IVB) in children of different ages, genders and seasons from 2016 to 2019.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on the children who were diagnosed as infected with influenza A and B virus in the outpatient and emergency department of Shanghai Eighth People′s Hospital from 2016 to 2019, including 2388 cases of influenza A virus infection and 1 575 cases of influenza B virus infection. The age, gender, time, characteristics of onset, and common indicators of blood routine tests were compared.Results:influenza virus infection is mostly prevalent from December to March of the next year, mainly influenza A virus, with minor epidemics from August to October of the next year, and influenza B virus from April to June of the next year. Compared with influenza B virus, children with respiratory tract infection caused by influenza A virus had higher WBC count, neutrophil, lymphocyte and monocyte abnormal proportions. The incidence rate of respiratory tract infection in the group infected with IVA was significantly higher ( P<0.05), and the incidence of infection in children among different age groups was significantly different ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The proportion of leukocyte and neutrophil increased, the lymphocyte was normal or decreased, and monocyte percentage increased in influenza A patients, which are more common than in influenza B patients, but the rate of abnormal increase of WBC was more common in influenza B cases. Children infected with influenza A are more likely to have anemia and platelet abnormality, and children with respiratory tract infection caused by the two viruses have different age groups. However, there was no significant difference between male and female.

Objective:To investigate the effects of a loading dose of clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate on hemorheology and neurological function in patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 110 patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction who received treatment between January 2018 and January 2019 in the Affiliated Hospital of Shaoxing University, China were included in this study. They were randomly assigned to receive either conventional treatment (control group, n = 55) or treatment with a loading dose of clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate based on conventional treatment (study group, n = 55) for 2 weeks. Hemorheological parameters, National Institute Health of Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores and adverse reactions were compared between the study and control groups. Results:After treatment, the levels of hemorheological parameters in both groups were obviously decreased. Plasma viscosity, high-shear whole blood viscosity, low-shear whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen level and hematocrit in the study group were (1.01± 0.37) mPa/s, (4.23 ± 0.35) mPa/s, (8.36 ± 1.64) mPa/s, (1.23 ± 0.28) g/L, (40.08 ± 5.04) %, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group [(1.84 ± 0.52) mPa/s, (5.44 ± 0.39) mPa/s, (10.54 ± 1.79) mPa/s, (2.30 ± 0.37) g/L, (44.36 ± 5.12) %, t = 5.485, 8.594, 9.523, 7.789, 11.236, P = 0.019, 0.006, 0.004, 0.007, 0.001]. After treatment, NIHSS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group [(3.11 ± 1.17) points vs. (6.43 ± 2.25) points, t = 10.416, P = 0.003). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between study and control groups [5.45% (3/55) vs. 9.09% (5/55), χ2 = 0.539, P = 0.463). Conclusion:The loading dose of clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate is highly effective in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction and it can greatly improve hemorheological parameters and neurological function.

Objective To study the clinical significance for expression of serum matrix metalloproteinase and HER-2 extracellular domain in primary breast cancer.Methods Two hundred and forty two early breast cancer patients were enrolled as research group who met the criteria in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from May 2015 to October 2017.They were divided into HER-2 positive breast cancer group (n =53) and HER-2 negative breast cancer group (n =189) according to HER-2 status.At the came time,non breast cancer women were recruited in outpatient as control group.The concentrations of serum MMP-2,MMP-9 and HER-2 ECD were detected by ELISA,and the differences of concentration in each grup were compared.Measurement data were expressed by mean and standard deviation,t test was used between two groups of parameters.A single factor analysis of variance was used among the multiple groups of parameters,and LSD test was used in the comparison between every two groups.Results The serum levels of MMP-2,MMP-9 and HER-2 ECD were (12.07 ± 1.23) ng/ml,(25.20 ±3.53) ng/ml and (10.42 ± 6.08) ng/ml in research group,HER-2 positive group were (13.43 ± 4.63) ng/ml,(25.24 ± 2.12) ng/ml and (13.25 ± 3.42) ng/ml,HER-2 negative group were (10.55 ± 3.72) ng/ml,(23.16 ±3.21) ng/ml and (6.33 ±4.11) ng/ml.The serum levels of MMP-2,MMP-9 and HER-2 ECD in the control group were (9.03 ± 1.15) ng/ml,(21.15 ±2.12) ng/ml and (4.71 ± 1.93) ng/ml.There were significant differences in MMP-2,MMP-9 and HER-2 ECD concentration between research group and control group (all P ＜ 0.0001).There was significant difference between HER-2 positive group and HER-2 negative group,HER-2 positive group and control group in the HER-2 ECD (P ＜ 0.0001).There were significant difference between control group and HER-2 positive group,control group and HER-2 negative group in the MMP-2 and MMP-9(P ＜ 0.000 1).In the HER-2 positive group,there was significant difference between HER-2 ECD positive and HER-2 ECD negative subgroup of MMP-2 and MMP-9(P ＜ 0.000 1).Conclusions In early breast cancer,HER-2 positive is an important condition for HER-2 ECD positive,and associated with abnormal activation of MMP.Combined detection of serum HER-2 ECD,MMP-2 and MMP-9 contributes to the determination of HER-2 status in tissues.

Objective To study the effect of macroporous adsorptive resins on the decoloration technology ofLonicera japonica Thunb. polysaccharides(FLP).Methods The effects of 6 kinds of macroporous adsorptive resins i.e. HPD-400A, AB-8, HPD-750, HPD-100, D3520, D301T, S8 on the decolorization technology ofLonicera japonica Thunb. polysaccharides were compared with single factor test in terms of temperature, polysaccharide concentration, pH, adsorption flow, and eluant.Results The decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate of S8 were optimal. The best decoloration conditions were as follows: temperature of 40℃, polysaccharide concentration of 5 mg/ml, pH value of 6, flow rate of 1 ml/min, distilled water with pH=6 as eluant. The adsorption rate was 83.2%,and polysaccharide retention rate was 72.1%.Conclusion High decolorization ratio and the high retention rate ofLonicera japonica Thunb. could be obtained by means of decoloration with S8 macroporous adsorptive resins..
