Objective:To analyze the medication characteristics and the rules of prescription for the treatment of acute mastitis in Puji Fang; To provide reference for the clinical treatment of acute mastitis in modern TCM. Methods:Prescriptions of the chapters of " Ruyong" and " Duru" contained in Pu Ji Fang? Fu Ren Zhu Ji Men were screened, and the prescription data were analyzed by using the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform V2.3.5 for drug frequency, properties, tastes, meridian tropism, and efficacy. Clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs and analysis of association rules were performed. Results:A total of 141 prescriptions were included, with 201 kinds of Chinese materia medica. The top ten drugs with the high frequency of use were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Paeoniae Radix alba, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Astragali Radix, Olibanum, Trichosanthis Fructus, Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, Scutellariae Radix, Gleditsiae Spina. The main property was cold, the main taste was sweet, the main meridian was spleen meridian, and the main efficacy was heat clearing and detoxification. Three types of high-frequency drugs could be obtained by clustering analysis, namely, Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Scutellariae Radix-Paeoniae Radix alba-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Trichosanthis Fructus-Olibanum-Gleditsiae Spina. Through correlation analysis of high-frequency drugs, it was found that there was a great correlation between Astragali Radix and Paeoniae Radix alba, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma.Conclusions:The pathogenesis of acute mastitis in Pu Ji Fang is mainly damp-heat toxin and blood stasis, and deficiency of qi and blood. The treatment for strengthening healthy qi focuses on tonifying qi and blood of the liver and spleen, while the treatment for eliminating pathogenic factors focuses on removing dampness, clearing heat and toxin, resolving phlegm, dispersing stasis and removing blood stasis. In addition, according to the condition, the treatment will be increased or decreased with the disease.

In order to understand nurses’ willingness to participate in humanistic nursing training and its influencing factors, and provide reference for managers to understand the current situation and improve nurses’ enthusiasm for humanistic nursing training. The convenience sampling method was used to investigate 23 707 nurses in 28 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) through a self-designed questionnaire distributed on the Internet. The results showed that 98.1% of nurses thought that participating in humanistic nursing related training was helpful to clinical work, but only 88.6% of the respondents were willing to participate in humanistic nursing training. Thirty factors were analyzed from four aspects of basic characteristics of individuals, cognitive relevant experience and organizational atmosphere. Fifteen factors had significant significance in binary Logistic regression analysis (P<0.05). Among them, the factors that had a positive impact on training willingness were: marriage, education, professional title, post establishment, agree with humanistic care is the basic duty of a nurse praised, experience of being praised at work, family support, rapport with patients, passion of colleagues to participate in training, sustained high-quality care demonstration activities, join the humanistic care related organization, hospital reimbursement of training expenses (OR value of 6.559~1.113, P<0.001). The OR value of humanistic nursing as a nurse’s responsibility was 6.559 and the 95%CI was 5.585~7.702. The factors that hindered nurses from participating in training were: work occupied most of time and energy, think humanistic nursing is abstract and difficult to understand, think the mastered humanistic knowledge and skills meet the needs of work (OR value of 0.657~0.722, P<0.001). Through the analysis, it is considered that nurses have a extremely consistent high recognition of the significance of humanistic nursing training, but their willingness to receive training is affected by many factors such as individual experience, cognitive attitude and organizational atmosphere. In order to realize nurses’ high recognition of humanistic nursing training to high enthusiasm of behavior, the aspects of individual cognition and organizational atmosphere must be discussed.

Progressive fibrosing interstitial lung disease （PF-ILD） has a complex etiology， and is classified as lung impediment stage， impediment-atrophy combination stage， and lung atrophy stage according to the different clinical manifestations during the progression of disease. Based on the theory of opening-closing-pivoting to analyse the characteristics of yin and yang disease mechanism and the idea of prescriptions in the three stages. For lung impediment stage， main as three-Yang fail to keep inside， disharmony between Ying qi （营气） and Wei qi （卫气）， shaoyin impairment， treatment should use Mahuang （Ephedra sinica） and Guizhi （Neolitsea cassia） flexibly to form a formula， or choose pungent-dispersing formulas like Baidu Powder （败毒散） to move qi and save yang， and diffuse and disperse impediment pathogen， meanwhile combining saving-shaoyin medicinals like Fuzi （Aconitum carmichaelii） and Shudihuang （Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata） to reinforce healthy qi and dispel pathogen； for impediment-atrophy combination stage， rooted as yangming impairment and progressed by over-movement of qi， treatment should use Mahuang Shengma Decoction （麻黄升麻汤） to resolve and decrease over-activities， emphasis on both opening and closing， and improve impediment and atrophy； for lung atrophy stage with three-Yin in a bad condition simultaneously and poor prognosis， treatment should use modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction （金水六君煎） to consolidate qi and save yin， disperse phlegm and stasis， to improve the quality of life for patients with PF-ILD.

ObjectiveTo review the drug information and research progress on oral Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia to identify existing problems and provide references for follow-up research. MethodChinese patent medicines against cardiac arrhythmia were retrieved from the three major drug catalogues，Yaozh.com，and relevant guidelines with arrhythmia as the retrieval term. The instructions for included Chinese patent medicines were retrieved through Yaozh.com and specific information was extracted. The research articles on Chinese patent medicines included were retrieved from the five databases，and the information meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria was extracted and displayed in the form of text description and graphs after statistical analysis. ResultSixty-five oral Chinese patent medicines were included in this study，with the main functions of activating the blood and resolving stasis. The average daily cost of medicines was 8.17 yuan，and there were 42 medicines with an average daily cost of less than 10 yuan，showing a moderate medicine cost. A total of 351 research articles on Chinese patent medicines were screened out，including 259 randomized controlled trials （RCTs），16 non-RCTs，eight non-controlled trials，62 systematic reviews，two guidelines，and two expert consensuses. Eighteen types of Chinese patent medicines were involved，whose clinical trials had been conducted in 28 provinces，cities，autonomous regions，and municipalities in China. Wenxin granules and Shensong Yangxin capsules were the top medicines under investigation，accounting for 75.21% of all research articles. Among the included studies，the most common comparison design was Chinese patent medicine combined with western medicine vs western medicine （64.25%）. The outcome evaluation was mainly based on clinical efficacy，symptom efficacy，arrhythmia efficacy，adverse reactions，and heart rate changes. ConclusionThe number of clinical studies of oral Chinese patent medicines against cardiac arrhythmia varies greatly，but traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation thinking is less considered in practical application. Due to unstandardized clinical research and low-quality literature，further advancement is required in the future.

Objective:To detect the concentration of various cytokines in aqueous humor of patients with diabetes retinopathy (DR) with Luminex liquid chip, and analyze the relationship between the cytokines and the occurrence and development of DR.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted.Sixty-three DR patients (97 eyes) treated with anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) drugs in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 were enrolled as DR group, including 38 nonproliferative DR (NPDR) eyes in NPDR group and 59 proliferative DR (PDR) eyes in PDR group, 39 eyes in photocoagulation group and 58 eyes in non-photocoagulation group.Twenty-seven patients (31 eyes) hospitalized for cataract surgery at the same time were collected as the control group.Aqueous humor was extracted during the operation, and Luminex liquid chip was used to detect the concentrations of vascular endothelial growth factor-A (VEGF-A), placental growth factor (PLGF), platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)-AA, PDGF-BB, angiopoietin-like protein 4 (ANGPTL4), interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-8, IL-1β, monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1), intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in aqueous humor.The concentrations of various cytokines of different groups were compared, and the correlation among various aqueous humor cytokines was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation analysis.This study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki.The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (No.Y[2019]230). Written informed consent was obtained from each patient.Results:The concentrations of VEGF-A, PLGF, PDGF-AA, ANGPTL4, IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1 and ICAM-1 in DR group were significantly higher and the concentration of IL-1β was significantly lower than those of control group ( Z=-4.747, -5.164, -3.373, -8.062, -4.535, -5.954, -5.098, -3.228, -5.954, all at P<0.01). The concentrations of VEGF-A, PLGF, PDGF-AA, ANGPTL4, IL-6, IL-8 and MCP-1 of the photocoagulation and non-photocoagulation groups were higher and the concentration of IL-1β was significantly lower than those in the control group (all at P<0.017). The concentration of ICAM-1 in the photocoagulation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0.017). The concentrations of PLGF, PDGF-AA and ANGPTL4 of PDR group were higher than those of NPDR group, and the differences were statistically significant ( Z=-2.291, -3.396, -2.276, all at P<0.05). VEGF-A was positively correlated with the other cytokines except ICAM-1 ( rs=0.237-0.540, all at P<0.05). ANGPTL4 was positively correlated with the other cytokines except IL-1β ( rs=0.361-0.733, all at P<0.01). Conclusions:The occurrence and development of DR are closely related to VEGF family, PDGF family, ANGPTL family and inflammatory factors.The concentrations of PLGF, PDGF-AA and ANGPTL4 are higher in PDR eyes.There are close and complex relationships among a variety of cytokines in the eyes of DR patients.

This study aimed to evaluate the therapeutic potential of inhibiting protein arginine methyltransferase 5(PRMT5)in cisplatin-induced hearing loss.The effects of PRMT5 inhibition on cisplatin-induced auditory injury were determined using immunohistochemistry,apoptosis assays,and auditory brainstem response.The mechanism of PRMT5 inhibition on hair cell survival was assessed using RNA-seq and Cleavage Under Targets and Tagment-quantitative polymerase chain reaction(CUT&Tag-qPCR)analyses in the HEI-OC1 cell line.Pharmacological inhibition of PRMT5 significantly alleviated cisplatin-induced damage to hair cells and spiral ganglion neurons in the cochlea and decreased apoptosis by protecting mitochondrial function and preventing the accumulation of reactive oxygen species.CUT&Tag-qPCR analysis demonstrated that inhibition of PRMT5 in HEI-OC1 cells reduced the accumulation of H4R3me2s/H3R8me2s marks at the promoter region of the Pik3ca gene,thus activating the expression of Pik3ca.These findings suggest that PRMT5 inhibitors have strong potential as agents against cisplatin-induced ototoxicity and can lay the foundation for further research on treatment strategies of hearing loss.

ObjectiveTo analyze the microbial diversity in the rhizosphere soil of Gastrodia elata with different yields and explore the influence of soil microorganisms on the yield of G. elata. MethodThe experiment adopted the 16S DNA and ITS high-throughput sequencing technologies to study the diversity of the bacterial and fungal community in the rhizosphere soil of G. elata with high yield （GC） and low yield （DC）. ResultProteobacteria， Firmicutes， and other unidentified Bacteria were dominant in the rhizosphere soil of G. elata. The dominant rhizosphere fungi were Ascomycota， Basidiomycota， and Mortierellomycota. There was no significant difference in microbial community abundance in the high-yield and low-yield rhizosphere soil of G. elata， but there was a significant difference in species composition. Thirty-eight microbes such as Bradyrhizobium， Schleiferilactobacillus， and Archaeorhizomyces were gathered in large numbers in the high-yield rhizosphere soil， and thirty microbes such as Fusarium， Coprinellus， and Nitrosotalea were gathered in large numbers in the low-yield rhizosphere soil. At the level of genus and species， there were six different species in the high-yield and low-yield rhizosphere soil of G. elata， among which Russula mariae， Archeaeorhizomyces， and Ilyonectria were gathered in the high-yield rhizosphere soil of G. elata， while Nitrosotalea， Coprinellus disserminatus， and Fusarium were gathered in the low-yield rhizosphere soil of G. elata. ConclusionThere are different microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil of G. elata with different yields， and it is speculated that these microorganisms are related to the yields of G. elata. The research results are expected to provide a vital theoretical basis for the follow-up study of the high yield of G. elata.

ObjectiveTo study the correlation between the appearance color of the sample powder and the contents of five non-sugar components of wine-processed Polygonatum kingianum rhizoma during processing， and determine the feasibility of color quantitative value for judging the processing end point of the wine-processed products， and to screen steroidal saponins and flavonoids as markers for the control of the wine-processed products during processing. MethodThe changes of apparent color of the sample powder at different time points of the wine-processed products were measured by colorimeter， and the total color value （E^*ab），the total color difference value （ΔE^*ab） were calculated. The contents of protodioscin， pseudoprotodioscin， dioscin， diosgenin and narcissoside in the wine-processed products （No. S0-S10） after processing for 0， 5， 10， 14， 16， 18， 20， 22， 24， 26， 28 h were determined simultaneously by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （UHPLC-MS/MS）. Cluster analysis （HCA）， principal component analysis （PCA）， partial least squares discriminant analysis （PLS-DA） and Pearson correlation analysis were used to analyze the chromaticity value of the sample powder and the content of the five components. ResultDuring processing of wine-processed P. kingianum rhizoma， E^*ab of the sample powder showed a decreasing trend and the apparent color changed from light yellow to lacquer black. The contents of the five components showed an obvious dynamic change trend with time， and showed different laws. HCA results showed that the processing process of the wine-processed products could be divided into three stages， namely， the early stage （samples S0-S1）， the middle stage （samples S2-S4） and the late stage （samples S5-S10）. PCA results showed that there were significant differences in color and contents of five components between the initial sample and the processing samples， and the difference between samples S8 and S9 was the smallest. PLS-DA results showed that the variable importance in the projection （VIP） values of b^*， the contents of pseudoprotodioscin， narcissoside， diosgenin and protodioscin were >1. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the contents of protodioscin， diosgenin and narcissoside had a significant positive correlation with E^*ab （P<0.01）， the content of diosgenin had a significant negative correlation with E^*ab （P<0.01）， while the content of pseudoprotodioscin had no linear correlation with E^*ab. ConclusionIn the process of wine-processed P. kingianum rhizoma， there is a certain linear correlation between color quantitative value and chemical composition， and the processing end point can be determined objectively. It can be considered that protodioscin can be used as a marker for the control of the wine-processed products.

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of robot-assisted percutaneous screw implantation and free-hand open screw implantation by Wiltse approach in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:A retrospective cohort study was performed to analyze the clinical data of 71 patients with thoracolumbar fracture admitted to Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from May 2018 to May 2020. There were 52 males and 19 females, with age range of 22-54 years［(41.0±7.8)years］. Of all, 33 patients were treated with robot-assisted percutaneous screw implantation (Group A) and 38 patients were treated with free-hand open screw implantation by Wiltse approach (Group B). Following parameters were measured, including frequency of radiation exposure, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay, incidence of complications, rate of fracture healing at 3 months and 6 months postoperatively, visual analogue scale (VAS) and Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI) at 3 days, 3 months, 6 months postoperatively and at the last follow-up, anterior vertebral body height ratio and sagittal Cobb angle preoperatively, at 3 days postoperatively and at the last follow-up, and rate of screw implantation of grade A and B and rate of facet joint violation at 3 days postoperatively.Results:All patients were followed up for 10-24 months［(15.2±4.4)months］. Frequency of radiation exposure and operation time showed no statistical differences between the two groups (both P>0.05). Intraoperative blood loss was 100(100, 135)ml in Group A, less than 160(120, 200)ml in Group B ( P<0.01). Length of hospital stay was 8(7, 11) days in Group A, shorter than 12(10, 16)days in Group B ( P<0.01). There were no complications such as infection, spinal nerve injury or cerebrospinal fluid leakage in both group. There were no significant differences between the two groups in the rate of fracture healing at 3 and 6 months postoperatively (all P>0.05). VAS and ODI in Group A was 3(2, 4)points and 21(18, 23)points at 3 days postoperatively, lower than 4 (3, 5)points and 27(20, 32)points in Group B ( P<0.05 or 0.01), and the two groups showed no significant differences in VAS and ODI at other time points (all P>0.05). There were no significant difference in the anterior vertebral body height ratio or sagittal Cobb angle between the two groups at 3 days postoperatively and at the last follow-up (all P>0.05). Rate of screw implantation of grade A and B was 96.5% (191/198) in Group A, higher than 90.4% (206/228) in Group B ( P<0.05). Rate of facet joint violation was 4.0%(8/198) in Group A, lower than 11.8% (27/228) in Group B ( P<0.01). Conclusion:For thoracolumbar fracture, robot-assisted percutaneous screw implantation is superior to free-hand open screw implantation by Wiltse approach in terms of less bleeding, shorter hospitalization, earlier pain alleviation, higher accuracy of screw implantation and lower risk of facet joint violation.

To determine the physicians′compliance of hour-1 bundle for sepsis. A management system of hour-1 bundle for sepsis was established. The clinical data of 286 sepsis patients were collected, who were classified into 3 months before the bundle (control group), 9 months during process (observation group) and 3 months after bundle (study group). The compliance of hour-1 bundle implementation was compared in three groups. The results showed that with the application and implementation of the management system, the compliance of hour-1 bundle for sepsis in the control group, observation group and study group was 58.3%(28/48), 69.1%(105/152) and 88.4%(76/86) respectively (χ 2=7.053, P=0.029). The 28 day mortality in sepsis patients was 41.7%(20/48), 34.9%(53/152) and 23.3%(20/86) respectively (χ 2=5.576, P=0.062).The management system of hour-1 bundle for sepsis can effectively improve the physicians′ compliance.
