This article focuses on the leadership of Party building and the collaborative innovation of volunteer service,based on the advantages of Party building leading medical volunteer service,discusses the dilemma faced by the brand construc-tion of medical volunteer service,and constructs the four-in-one construction path model of"value leadership-organizational em-powerment-brand building-guarantee system"through the case study of the excellent youth volunteer service project in the national health system,and takes the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University as an example to illustrate the im-plementation effect of the four-in-one model.The in-depth integration of Party building leadership and volunteer service highlights the governance efficiency of the integration and transformation of the advantages of Party building and the kinetic energy of medical volunteer service,and helps the sustainable and high-quality development of volunteer service.

Hospital culture is an important value dimension for evaluating a hospital's comprehensive competitiveness and soft power,playing a significant role in the high-quality development of public hospitals.However,the construction and for-mation of hospital culture is a long-term and arduous process,which needs to be promoted and implemented through effective car-riers.The"Youth Civilization"campaign is a mass initiative aimed at fostering the development of professional youth and advan-cing vocational excellence.It is guided by the shared principles of"dedication,collaboration,excellence,and contribution",and employs fundamental approaches such as scientific management,human-centered management,self-management,and various job-related innovation and excellence activities.Through practice,it cultivates collectives with"strong political integrity,noble professional ethics,outstanding vocational skills,exemplary work conduct,and remarkable job performance",while also nurtur-ing young talents.Carrying out the activity of striving for"Youth Model Unit Award"in the national health sector is an important measure for the country to comprehensively deepen the reform of the medical and health system,optimize the quality of medical services,and improve patients'satisfaction with medical treatment.Taking the practice and exploration of the"Youth Model Unit Award"activity carried out by a three A-level public hospitals as an example,this paper expounds the positive role of"Youth Model Unit Award"activity as an important carrier and effective means of hospital cultural construction in improving social bene-fits,talent benefits,displaying a good professional image,enhancing people's sense of health and happiness,and building peo-ple's satisfactory hospitals.
