1.Construction of a service quality evaluation index system for public hospital wechat official account platforms
Modern Hospital 2025;25(5):722-725
Against the backdrop of nationwide initiatives to enhance healthcare experience and patient satisfaction, this study developed a service quality evaluation index system for the public hospital WeChat official account platforms using the SE-RVQUAL model as the theoretical framework.Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultations,a three-level index system was established, comprising 5 primary dimensions,15 secondary categories, and 28 tertiary indicators.Analyses of expert participa-tion rate, authority coefficient, coordination coefficient, reliability, and consistency demonstrated the rationality and scientific va-lidity of the developed system. This evaluation index system not only enriches the relevant research on the service quality of public hospital WeChat platforms, but also offers practical applicability to effectively improve patients' satisfaction. In addition, the study emphasizes the importance of user experience feedback and proposes optimization strategies, including establishing smooth patient feedback channels, enhancing customer service responsiveness, and cultivating professional platform operation teams.Fu-ture iterations will focus on refining the index system through further validation and calibration to create a comprehensive,objec-tive,and feasible evaluation tool for public hospital WeChat platforms..

Objective:To investigate the status quo of intravenous (IV) infusion device selection among hospitalized children and provide direction for improving practices related to the selection of infusion devices. Methods:A total of 1 306 hospitalized children undergoing IV infusion treatment in 11 clinical departments of Children's Hospital of Fudan University in June 2021 were selected by convenience sampling. A self-developed data collection form for the selection of IV infusion devices in hospitalized children and criteria for the appropriateness of IV infusion device selection were used to survey and evaluate the appropriateness of IV infusion device selection among these children. Results:IV infusion devices were found to have been appropriately selected in 1 137 of the 1 306 children, while these devices were inappropriately selected in 169 children. The inappropriate selection was primarily due to the improper choice of peripheral intravenous catheters (PIVC), with 155 cases involving the administration of non-peripheral compatible medications through PIVC. No significant statistical difference was found in the appropriateness of IV infusion device selection between the infant group and the child and adolescent group ( P>0.05). Significant differences were observed in the appropriateness of IV infusion device selection based on different physicochemical properties of medications and the duration of therapy ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:The standardization of IV infusion device selection among hospitalized children needs improvement. It is urgent to apply evidence from the Clinical Practice Evidence- Based Guidelines for Pediatric Intravenous Therapy regarding recommendations for IV infusion device selection, to initiate evidence application projects, and to standardize the selection of IV infusion devices.

Objective To investigate the influence of support and intervention technique with multi-dimensions on uncertainty in illness for cancer children′s parents. Methods With convenience sampling method, a total of 74 cases of hematological malignant and solid tumor patients′ parents in Hematology and Tumor Centre of Children′s Hospital of Fudan University were selected. There were 35 cases in the intervention group, which were given multi-dimension-support and intervention technique for 8 weeks as well as regular chemotherapy and nursing care. There were 39 cases in the control group, who were only given regular chemotherapy and nursing care. The level of uncertainty in illness in both groups were evaluated after 8 weeks of the base-line investigation. Results The scores of uncertainty in illness reduced over time in both groups (F=95.402,P<0.01). After 8 weeks, the scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group (F=24.079,P < 0.01). Conclusions The all-round, multi-dimension and real-time techniques of support and intervention could decrease the level of uncertainty in illness for cancer children′s parents.
