China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2011;36(3):243-246
This paper describes the digital earth technology and its core technology-"3S" integration technology. The advance and promotion of the "3S" technology provide more favorable means and technical support for Chinese medicine resources survey, evaluation and appropriate zoning. Grid is a mature and popular technology that can connect all kinds of information resources. The author sums up the application of digital earth technology in the research of traditional Chinese medicine resources in recent years, and proposes the new method and technical route of investigation in traditional Chinese medicine resources, traditional Chinese medicine zoning and suitability assessment by combining the digital earth technology and grid.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 2010;(2):260-264
AIM: To assay the level of ferulic acid in rabbit taking Siwu Decoction (Radix angelicae sinensis, Rhlzorna chuanxiong, Radix rehmanniae praeparata) and the influence result of the blood picture. METHODS: The level of ferulic acid in rabbit blood was measured with HPLC after medication and the blood examination was carried out. RESULTS: During the period of medication, the levels of red and white blood cells, hemoglobin, Fe, Zn and Cu increased, packed cell volume and whole blood low-shear viscosity decreased. CONCLUSION: Ferulic acid in Siwu Decoction might be one of effective constituents, promoting blood circulation and replenishing blood.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(11):-
Objective For better recognition of the hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC) with reference to its clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ] A survey of 7 families of HNPCC patients was made [WT5”HZ] Results [WT5”BZ]Among the 7 families, 21 persons had colorectal cancer with age ranging from 26 to 79 years (average 46 years) The total of the colorectal cancer foci in 21 cases were 31,among which 16 were located proximal to,10 distal to the splenic flexure and 5 without definite record 61 5%(16/26) of the colorectal cancer foci were located proximal to the splenic flexure Six patients had multifocal colorectal cancer, which accounted for 28 6%(6/21) of all cases [WT5”HZ] Conclusions [WT5”BZ] HNPCC patients and their family members should be followed up regularly for early diagnosis and treatment of the disease and for better prognosis

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(04):-
Objective To investigate if the prognosis of young patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) is influenced by their familial predisposition. Methods The patients with CRC under 40 years old, underwent operation, had pathological diagnosis , family survey, followed up etc were selected into this research. According to familial predisposition they were divided into two groups: group A (with familial predisposition) and group B (without familial predisposition). Results Among the 44 patients twelve were in group A, thirty-two in group B. The 5-year survival rate in group A and B was 83.30%(10/12) and 59.38%(19/32) respectively, the difference was significant between the two groups(? 2=5.64,P

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(06):-
Object To establish the fingerprint spectrum of Coptis chinensis Franch. by HPCE. Methods The correlation relativity of retention time and peak area of each chromatographic peak in different batches of medicinal materials were explored respectively, and beberine was chosen as the reference to calculate the relative retention time and the ratio of peak area for each chromatographic peak. Results The correlation coefficients of relative retention time and the ratio of each chromatographic peak were all higher than 0.999 0 in different batches of medicinal materials. Conclusion The established fingerprint spectrum is stable and credible, and could be used as characteristic fingerprint spectrum for C. chinensis.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(02):-
AIM: To assay the level of ferulic acid in rabbit taking Siwu Decoction(Radix angelicae sinensis,Rhlzoma chuanxiong,Radix rehmanniae praeparata) and the influence result of the blood picture. METHODS: The level of ferulic acid in rabbit blood was measured with HPLC after medication and the blood examination was carried out. RESULTS: During the period of medication, the levels of red and white blood cells, hemoglobin,Fe,Zn and Cu increased, packed cell volume and whole blood low-shear viscosity decreased. Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(09):-
AIM: To compare the ligustilide content in Siwu Decoction and its ingredient herb. METHODS: To extract with SFE-CO 2 and to determine ligustilide with HPLC. RESULTS: Of the content of ligustilide, the highest in single herb, next in the mixture of Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Lignstic Rhizoma, the lowest in Siwu Decoction. CONCLUSION: When Angelicane Sinensis Radix and Lignstic Rhizoma were in compound preparation, the content of ligustilide became lower obviously.
