Objective:To understand the status of hepatitis B detection, prenatal care and antiviral treatment for hepatitis B positive pregnant women, and to provide scientific basis for the elimination of mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B.Methods:The information of hepatitis B positive maternal case registration cards in Hunan Province during 2021-2023 was collected from the National Integrated Prevention of human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS), syphilis and hepatitis B mother-to-child transmission (IPMTCT) information management system. The status of hepatitis B detection, demographic characteristics of hepatitis B positive pregnant women, delivery methods, antiviral drugs and so on were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The hepatitis B detection rate of pregnant women in Hunan Province from 2021 to 2023 was 99.99%(1 196 261/1 196 370), and the positive rate of hepatitis B decreased year by year (χ 2trend=37.570, P<0.001). The education level of 75 542 hepatitis B positive pregnant women was generally low, and most of them were middle schools (63.4%, 47 893 cases). The proportion of hepatitis B positive pregnant women diagnosed in early pregnancy increased year by year (χ 2trend=414.202, P<0.001). The delivery mode of hepatitis B positive pregnant women were mainly natural childbirth and elective cesarean section. The rate of hepatitis B positive pregnant women with high risk of mother-to-child transmission increased from 47.4%(924/1 949) to 80.9%(2 238/2 768) (χ 2trend=570.003, P<0.001). Conclusions:It is necessary to strengthen the health education of hepatitis B positive pregnant women, optimize the management process of antiviral treatment for hepatitis B positive pregnant women with high risk of mother-to-child transmission, and further improve the rate of antiviral treatment, so as to reduce the risk of mother-to-child transmission of HBV.

Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2023;31(9):647-652
Objective :
To discuss the effectiveness and mechanism for movement of maxillary buccally transposed canines by using a door-shaped individualized dental archwire mechanic and to provide a reference for clinicians.
Methods:
Eight patients with unilateral maxillary transposed canines were enrolled. All patients were treated with door-shaped individualized archwires. Before treatment (T1) and after the crowns of the transposed canines were moved to the right buccal positions in the dental arch during the treatment (T2), orthopantomograms were taken both at T1 and T2 to compare the linear changes (distance changes of the crown and root apex) and angular changes to study the mechanisms of tooth movement. The probing depth and buccal crown height were measured using a periodontal probe to compare periodontal changes before treatment (T1) and after treatment (T3) between the transposed canines and contralateral canines.
Results:
All eight transposed canines were successfully brought back to their normal dental arch position but were made more buccal by using the door-shaped individualized dental archwire, with a mean of (11.5 ± 2.7) months. The average overall duration was (28.3 ± 4.7) months. The crown distance changes of the canines from T1 to T2 (8.1 mm) were greater than those of the root apexes (1.5 mm) (P<0.05). The mean angulation changes of the long axes of the canines were 17.5°. There was no significant difference in the depth of periodontal measurement and buccal crown height measurement between T1 and T3 (P>0.05).
Conclusion
The buccal movement of maxillary transposed canines under a door-shaped individualized dental archwire was effective and feasible. The movement pattern under this mechanism was controlled tipping.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B 2023;13(9):3876-3891
Protein corona (PC) has been identified to impede the transportation of intravenously injected nanoparticles (NPs) from blood circulation to their targeted sites. However, how intestinal PC (IPC) affects the delivery of orally administered NPs are still needed to be elucidated. Here, we found that IPC exerted "positive effect" or "negative effect" depending on different pathological conditions in the gastrointestinal tract. We prepared polystyrene nanoparticles (PS) adsorbed with different IPC derived from the intestinal tract of healthy, diabetic, and colitis rats (H-IPC@PS, D-IPC@PS, C-IPC@PS). Proteomics analysis revealed that, compared with healthy IPC, the two disease-specific IPC consisted of a higher proportion of proteins that were closely correlated with transepithelial transport across the intestine. Consequently, both D-IPC@PS and C-IPC@PS mainly exploited the recycling endosome and ER-Golgi mediated secretory routes for intracellular trafficking, which increased the transcytosis from the epithelium. Together, disease-specific IPC endowed NPs with higher intestinal absorption. D-IPC@PS posed "positive effect" on intestinal absorption into blood circulation for diabetic therapy. Conversely, C-IPC@PS had "negative effect" on colitis treatment because of unfavorable absorption in the intestine before arriving colon. These results imply that different or even opposite strategies to modulate the disease-specific IPC need to be adopted for oral nanomedicine in the treatment of variable diseases.

Objective:To explore the current situation of nursing human caring in hospital wards and analyze its influencing factors, so as to facilitate the development of nursing human caring practice. Methods:From July to November 2022, a total of 107 hospitals were surveyed through stratified convenience sampling method, and 4 072 ward nursing managers were recruited to finish the general information questionnaire and the ward nursing human caring status questionnaire. The general information included the region, class and type of the hospital, etc. The ward nursing human caring status questionnaire included 38 items in 5 dimensions of nursing human caring system and process, humanistic quality and training of nursing staff, humanistic environment and facilities, human caring procedures and measures, and human caring quality evaluation and improvement, with a full score of 190 points. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the general data, independent samples t-test, ANOVA and correlation analysis were used to analyze the factors influencing the current status of nursing human caring in the ward, while multiple linear regression analysis was used to conduct a multivariate analysis. Results:The score of nursing human caring in hospital wards was 156.91±27.78. Whether the hospital had carried out nursing human caring pilot(demonstration) wards, whether the ward had previously been a hospital nursing human caring pilot(demonstration) nursing unit, the type of ward, and whether nursing managers had participated in human caring training were the influencing factors of the implication of nursing humanistic caring in wards( P<0.05). Conclusions:The practice of nursing human caring in hospital wards is at a good level, but needs to be further strengthened. Nursing managers should take systematically strategies to promote the development of nursing human caring practice.
