Objective To analyze the law of acupoint selection and compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion and the application law of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lactational mastitis using complex network technology. Methods The clinical research literature about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lactational mastitis was retrieved from CNKI,CBM,Wanfang Data,VIP and PubMed from the establishment of the databases to March 15,2025.The literature was screened according to the standards to build a prescription database of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lactational mastitis.SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to analyze association rules, and Gephi 0.9 software was used for complex network analysis. Results A total of 108 articles were included.141 acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions were extracted, involving 74 acupoints, with a total use frequency of 677 times. The high-frequency acupoints were Jianjing,Danzhong,Rugen,Zusanli,Neiguan, etc.Specific acupoints were mainly composed of Wushu acupoints(169 times,21.10%);the acupoints were mainly distributed in the limbs(36);the most frequently used meridian was stomach meridian(168 times,24.82%).The combination of acupoints with the highest correlation was Jianjing-Neiguan-Rugen.Complex network analysis identified 22 core acupoints, with the most commonly used acupuncture method being filiform needle acupuncture(79 times). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lactational mastitis pays special attention to the selection of stomach meridian. The compatibility mode is mainly from top to bottom, and the corresponding acupoints are selected according to syndrome differentiation.

The nervous system, as the core hub of physiological regulation in the human body, plays a key role in the tumor microenvironment through the neuro-immune-tumor axis. Studies have shown that tumor-infiltrating nerve fibers regulate immune cell functions by releasing neurotransmitters, while immune cells can feedback and modulate neuronal activity, forming a dynamic bidirectional interaction network. The emerging field of cancer neuroimmunology focuses on the complex dialogue mechanisms between the nervous and immune systems in the tumor microenvironment. In-depth analysis of the neuro-immune interaction network not only provides new perspectives for understanding tumor immune escape, but also lays the theoretical foundation for developing novel combination therapies targeting the neuro-immune axis, potentially providing breakthrough strategies to overcome resistance to current immunotherapies.

Non-occlusive mesenteric ischemia(NOMI)is a series of disorders of digestive tract caused by local blood perfusion damage, which is caused by vasospasm. As an extremely dangerous disease,NOMI is also a common intestinal complication in intensive care unit, especially in patients with hemodynamic instability after cardiac surgery, and the mortality is high.Cardiac surgery aims to improve the prognosis of patients, while the complication of NOMI is easy to be ignored, which hindered the recovery of postoperative patients.Due to the rapid development and lack of specific symptoms and signs,NOMI is easily misdiagnosed as other gastrointestinal complications. Therefore, timely and effective diagnosis of NOMI is the most important factor affecting the prognosis of post cardiac surgery. This review systematically summarized the related research on NOMI after cardiac surgery, and comprehensively concluded the cause, mechanism, treatment as well as prognosis of NOMI.Then we emphasized on the latest progresses of diagnostic methods for NOMI,in order to provide directions on the accurate identification and timely intervention of NOMI in clinical work.

BACKGROUND:On the basis of thorough debridement, homochronous anterior or staging posterior fixation has been a standard scheme for spinal tuberculosis. Numerous studies confirmed that above approach has obtained good effects, but the anterior approach has some disadvantages, such as complex anatomic structure, great trauma, relatively more complications, and difficult operation and fixator implantation. OBJECTIVE:To observe spinal stabilization and deformity correction in patients with single-segment thoracic/lumbar spinal tuberculosis after posterior debridement and interbody fusion. METHODS:Clinical data of 36 patients with single-segment thoracic/lumbar spinal tuberculosis undergoing one-stage posterior debridement and interbody fusion in the Guangxi Yulin Orthopedics Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2008 to January 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 2 cases in single T11/12 segment, 4 in T12/L1 segments, 6 in L3/4 segments, 22 in L4/5segments and 2 in L5/S1 segments. Of them, 24 patients suffered from different degrees of spinal nerve injury. At 6, 12 and 24 months after surgery, al patients were folowed up. Bone graft fusion, kyphosis correction, functional recovery of the spinal cord and complications were observed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al patients were folowed up for 24-38 months. Cobb angle of kyphosis and spinal stenosis rate were significantly improved at 2 years after treatment (P < 0.05). The lumbar back pain symptoms were significantly improved in final folow-up (P < 0.05), with an intervertebral fusion rate of 100%. No lesion residue and recurrence, correction loss, fixation loosening or displacement was found. These results demonstrated that in patients with single-segment thoracic/lumbar spinal tuberculosis, posterior debridement and interbody fusion can effectively reconstruct spinal stabilization, correct deformity, and promote the functional recovery of spinal nerves.

Objective:To explore the efficacy of traditional chinese medicine Danhong on renal pathological lesions of rats with early chronic kidney disease (CKD) and the role of transforming growth factorβ1(TGF‐β1) in it .Methods:Thirty male SD rats were divided into three groups :the early CKD group (model group) ,the sham‐operated group (control group) and Danhong treated group (treated group) ,with 10 in each group .Rats in the three groups were treated by uninephrectomy for building up early CKD model ,sham‐operation (separating tissues to renal capsule without kidney excision) ,and Danhong treatment after building up model ,respectively .Renal pathological lesions ,24 h urine protein excretion and renal function were observed .The concentration of TGF‐β1 in renal cortex and overall expression of TGF‐β1 in renal tissue was examined by enzyme‐linked immune‐sorbent assay (ELISA) and immunohistochemistry ,respectively .Results:Mild to moderate proliferation of glomeruli mesangial cells accompanied by broadened mesangium matrix ,glomeruli capsule wall adhesion and change of capillary wall , interstitial fibrosis and inflammatory monocytes infiltration was found in the model group other than the control group .Renal lesions were alleviated dramatically in treated group ,while compared to that in model group .The gross renal pathological score in model group was higher than that in control group (P<0 .05) ,however ,the score in treated group was lower than that in model group (P<0 .05) .The 24 h urinary protein excretion in model group and treated group was higher than that in control group (P<0 .01) ,while the 24 h urinary protein excretion in treated group was lower than that in model group (P<0 .01) . There was no significant difference among the three groups regarding blood creatinine level and urea level .Serum CysC levels in model group and treated group increased significantly than that in control group (P<0 .05) .The concentration of TGF‐β1 in renal cortex and overall expression of TGF‐β1 in renal tissue were higher in model group than those in control group(P<0 .05) ,while those in treated group were lower than those in model group (P<0 .05) .TGF‐β1 expression level in renal tissues was significantly associated with both the urinary protein excretion and the total renal pathological scores ( P< 0 .01 ) . Conclusions:Danhong alleviated renal pathological lesions by down‐regulating TGF‐β1 expression .
