Objective To explore the protective effect and mechanism of miR-202-5p on acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)-induced lung injury in neonatal rats. Methods Sixty newborn SD rats were randomly divided into six groups:the control group(intraperi-toneal injection of normal saline by tail vein),ARDS group(ARDS model established via intraperitoneal injection of 4 mg/kg lipopolysac-charide by tail vein),ARDS+miR-NC group(ARDS rats receiving 2 mg/kg miR-NC via tail vein injection once every 4 h,with intervention for 12 h),ARDS+miR-202-5p group(ARDS rats receiving 2 mg/kg miR-202-5p via tail vein injection once every 4 h,with intervention for 12 h),ARDS+miR-202-5p+ov-NC group, and ARDS+miR-202-5p+ov-ROCK1 group(ARDS rats receiving 2 mg/kg miR-202-5p once every 4 h,with intervention for 12 h;with 6 × 108 plaque-forming units control or overexpression ROCK adenovirus administered via tail vein 3 days before lipopolysaccharide injection).Real-time quantitative PCR was employed to measure miR-202-5p and ROCK1 mRNA expression in rat lung tissue.Hematoxylin and eosin staining was performed to assess pathological lung injury. The lung tissue wet-to-dry weight ratio was determined to evaluate pulmonary edema.Western blotting was utilized to analyze ROCK1,Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),phosphorylated-nuclear factor κB(p-NF-κB)p65,and phosphorylated-inhibitor of nuclear factor-κBα(p-IκBα)protein expression in lung tissue. The interaction between miR-202-5p and ROCK1 was validated using dual-luciferase reporter gene experiments. Results miR-202-5p expression was significantly down-regulated in ARDS rat lung tissue, while overexpression of miR-202-5p ameliorated pathological injury and pulmonary edema in ARDS rats.ROCK1 mRNA was upregulated in ARDS rat lung tissue;however, overexpression of miR-202-5p decreased the expression of ROCK1 in lung tissue of ARDS rats, while overexpression of ROCK1 reversed the protective effect of overexpression of miR-202-5p on lung injury in ARDS rats.Furthermore,miR-202-5p overexpression suppressed TLR4,p-NF-κB p65,and p-IκBα protein expression in ARDS rat lung tissue,an effect that was reversed by ROCK1 overexpression.Dual-luciferase reporter gene experiments confirmed that miR-202-5p directly targets ROCK1 mRNA 3'UTR.Conclusion miR-202-5p ameliorates ARDS-in-duced lung injury in neonatal rats through targeted suppression of ROCK1 expression, with the underlying mechanism potentially involving inhibition of ROCK1-mediated TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway activation.

The advancement of computers and data explosion have ushered in the third wave of artificial intelligence(AI). AI is an interdisciplinary field that encompasses new ideas, new theories, and new technologies, etc. AI has brought convenience to ophthalmology application and promoted its intelligent, precise, and minimally invasive development. At present, AI has been widely applied in various fields of ophthalmology, especially in oculoplastic surgery. AI has made rapid progress in image detection, facial recognition, etc., and its performance and accuracy have even surpassed humans in some aspects. This article reviews the relevant research and applications of AI in oculoplastic surgery, including ptosis, single eyelid, pouch, eyelid mass, and exophthalmos, and discusses the challenges and opportunities faced by AI in oculoplastic surgery, and provides prospects for its future development, aiming to provide new ideas for the development of AI in oculoplastic surgery.

Health literacy serves as the foundation of health for all. Hence the authors introduced the connotation and extension of health literate health care organization(HLHO) and related concepts. On such basis, the paper presented the construction method of HLHO from the perspective of health policy, healthcare organizations and inter-institutional cooperation, in order to improve the health literacy of the Chinese people and implement the Healthy China initiative(2019—2030).

Objective:To translate the health literate healthcare organization 10 item questionnaire(HLHO-10) into Chinese and examine its reliability and validity. Methods:The Chinese version of HLHO-10 questionnaire(HLHO-10-C) was developed by following the Brislin translation model of translation, back translation, cultural adaptation and questionnaire epistemological survey.Five experts and 1 071 medical staff from 24 healthcare organizations in Zhejiang province were selected to conduct the validity and reliability test of the HLHO-10-C.Results:The content validity indices at the item level and total questionnaire level of HLHO-10-C were from 0.8 to 1.0 and 0.96 respectively, and the results of the exploratory factor analysis showed good structural validity.Conclusions:HLHO-10-C proves adequate reliability and validity to serve as a tool for healthcare organizations in evaluating and becoming HLHO. It can also help the implementation of the Healthy China Initiative(2019—2030), which is a performance assessment mechanism for health education and promotion of healthcare providers and health care organizations.

Analyzing the influence of mixed emotional factors on false memory through brain function network is helpful to further explore the nature of brain memory. In this study, Deese-Roediger-Mc-Dermott (DRM) paradigm electroencephalogram (EEG) experiment was designed with mixed emotional memory materials, and different kinds of music were used to induce positive, calm and negative emotions of three groups of subjects. For the obtained false memory EEG signals, standardized low resolution brain electromagnetic tomography algorithm (sLORETA) was applied in the source localization, and then the functional network of cerebral cortex was built and analyzed. The results show that the positive group has the most false memories [(83.3 ± 6.8)%], the prefrontal lobe and left temporal lobe are activated, and the degree of activation and the density of brain network are significantly larger than those of the calm group and the negative group. In the calm group, the posterior prefrontal lobe and temporal lobe are activated, and the collectivization degree and the information transmission rate of brain network are larger than those of the positive and negative groups. The negative group has the least false memories [(73.3 ± 2.2)%], and the prefrontal lobe and right temporal lobe are activated. The brain network is the sparsest in the negative group, the degree of centralization is significantly larger than that of the calm group, but the collectivization degree and the information transmission rate of brain network are smaller than the positive group. The results show that the brain is stimulated by positive emotions, so more brain resources are used to memorize and associate words, which increases false memory. The activity of the brain is inhibited by negative emotions, which hinders the brain's memory and association of words and reduces false memory.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2018;24(8):986-990
Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) has a great negative effect on patients' quality of life with a high incidence rate. This paper aims to review the health management in KOA patients and high-risk population from the perspective of nursing care, and to explore related strategies regarding the cooperation of the community, hospital nurses and families. Nurses should have different health management interventions tailored for diverse populations (e.g. healthy people, high-risk groups, and patients) to improve the knee health in the community and KOA rehabilitation in patients through health education and health promotion.

Objective To explore the effect of pain management by pain resource nurse (PRN) attending pain nursing group, and to know the patient′s satisfaction. Methods Advanced practice nurse as the lead of the group. The selection of PRN members in the group was made on merit which all have definite responsibility and like pain nursing, established pain management quality control system in group and training, standardized pain management processes and the regulations, educated knowledge and skills of pain management for PRN. Results Patient satisfaction with pain management increased significantly from 82.0%(496/605) to 97.1%(572/589)(P<0.05). Moderate and serious pain rate of patients decreased significantly from 60.0%to 20.0%(P<0.01). The qualified rate of pain assessment increased from 84.9%(514/605) to 95.1%(560/589)(P<0.05). Conclusions The establishment of pain nursing group can not only improve pain management quality and patients satisfaction, but also improve of PRN′s professional behaviors and development of clinical pain nursing .
