Objective To discuss the effect of scenario-exercises health guidance on postoperative functional exercise of patients with cervical cancer. Methods Select 100 cervical cancer patients who admitted to our department for radical resection during January 2012 to January 2014.In accordance with the principles of randomized control, we divided them into the experimental group and the control group, and each group got 50 patients. The control group received routine care and health guidance, while on the basis of routine care, the experimental group underwent scenario-exercises health guidance. The effect of postoperative functional exercise of the two groups was observed and compared. Results After removing the tube, the residual urine volume of the experimental group was (108.5 ±41.2)ml, which were significantly higher than (58.3 ±36.7)ml of the control group (t=6.433,P<0.01).Two patients in the experimental group had urinary retention, with the incidence of 4%, and ten patients in the control group had urinary retention, with the incidence of 20%.There was a significant difference between groups (χ2 =6.060 6,P<0.05).When the tube was just removed, the two groups had no significant difference in the quality of life (P>0.05), while six months after the exercise, there was a significant difference in the quality of life between two groups ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusions Scenario-exercises health guidance can significantly improve the effect of postoperative functional exercise in patients with cervical cancer, and it is worthy of promoting.
