Objective To analyze the varicella vaccination rate in the 2012-2023 birth cohort in Changsha. Methods The varicella vaccination information of all children born in Changsha from 2012 to 2023 was collected through the Hunan Provincial Immunization Planning Information System. The varicella epidemic information from 2012 to 2023 was collected through the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention. The varicella vaccination rate and its characteristics of children in the birth cohort were descriptively analyzed. Results The first dose vaccination rate of varicella vaccine for children born from 2012 to 2023 was 64.82 %, and the full vaccination rate was 40.87 %. The full vaccination rate of the birth cohort in each year ranged from 18.11 % (2020 birth cohort) -73.07 % (2017 birth cohort), showing an overall increasing trend year by year. Conclusion The varicella vaccination rate has increased among children born between 2012 and 2023 in Changsha, but overall coverage is low. It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of varicella vaccine knowledge and promote timely vaccination of school-age children.

ObjectiveThis paper aims to observe the syndrome improvement and negative antigen conversion rate of Qingxuan Daozhi formula in the treatment of influenza in children （heat accumulation in the lung and stomach syndrome）. MethodsThrough a multi-center randomized controlled methodology design，confirmed influenza cases were collected from October 2022 to April 2023 in the pediatrics department of eight hospitals，such as Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. A total of 180 children with influenza and heat accumulation in the lung and stomach syndrome conforming to the standard were recruited through the clinic. The sick children meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into groups by a block-randomized method. The children in the experimental group were treated with Qingxuan Daozhi formula for five days，and those in the control group were treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules for five days. The primary efficacy indicator was the negative conversion rate of influenza antigen detection. Secondary efficacy indicators were the Canadian acute respiratory illness and flu scale （CARIFS） and the incidence of complications，severe cases， and critical cases. Follow-up observation was conducted on the day of enrollment，48 hours after medication，72 hours after medication， and （6+1） d after medication. ResultsOne hundred and eighty participants were randomly assigned to the experimental group （90 cases） or the control group （90 cases）. All participants were followed up during the study. Comparison of influenza antigen detection results in the primary efficacy indicators showed that the average time of negative influenza antigen conversion in the experimental group was （5.29±1.25） d，and that in the control group was （5.40±1.68） d，without a statistically significant difference. After five days of intervention，52 cases in the experimental group and 51 cases in the control group converted to negative，without a statistically significant difference. CARIFS score results in the secondary efficacy indicators showed that during 72 hours after intervention，there were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in three dimensions， including headache，muscle soreness， and the need for extra care （P<0.05）. On the （6+1） days after the intervention，the differences in both the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant in 10 dimensions， including sore throat，bad sleep，uncomfortable feeling，poor spirit and fatigue，crying more than usual，the need for extra care，symptom，function，influence on parents，and total score （P<0.05）. The comparison results within the group in the dimensional scores of symptom， function， and influence on parents，as well as the CARIFS total score showed that with the delay of follow-up time，scores of both groups decreased significantly，with a statistically significant difference （P<0.01）. Inter-group comparison results showed that the mean score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at the time of enrollment. With the progress of intervention，the score of the experimental group was significantly decreased compared with that of the control group. At the end of follow-up，the mean score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group，with no statistically significant difference. In terms of the incidence of complications，severe cases， and critical cases， there were no complications，severe cases， and critical cases in the two groups，without a statistically significant difference. ConclusionThe symptom improvement effect and negative antigen conversion rate of Qingxuan Daozhi formula in the treatment of influenza in children （heat accumulation in the lung and stomach syndrome） are not inferior to Oseltamivir Phosphate granules， and children's acceptance is better. It can be more widely used in clinical treatment of influenza in children （heat accumulation in the lung and stomach syndrome）.

High myopia combined with primary open angle glaucoma is an increasingly concerned and complex disease in ophthalmology, and its pathogenesis is closely associated with multiple alterations in structural parameters of the lamina cribrosa. As the main supportive structure of the optic nerve, the lamina cribrosa plays an important role in pathophysiology of glaucoma through parameters including curvature, depth, defects, and thickness. Meanwhile, fundus alterations induced by high myopia may obscure typical glaucomatous features. Current research on the relationship between lamina cribrosa parameters and high myopia combined with primary open angle glaucoma still have certain limitations, particularly in terms of mechanism exploration and clinical application. Through systematically reviewing the relevant literature, this article aims to summarize the latest research advances on lamina cribrosa parameters in high myopia combined with primary open angle glaucoma, with a focus on discussing the potential and current limitations of these parameters as biomarkers for early diagnosis and prognosis assessment.

Objective:To quantitatively evaluate the level of the three medical linkage in China from 2009 to 2022,explore the influencing factors and driving paths of the three medical linkage in China,and provide a new perspective for promoting the development of the three medical linkage.Methods:An optimized coupling coordination degree model was used to calculate the coupling coordination degree between the trinity healthcare systems and different binary systems within the systems in 31 provinces of China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan),and the Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis method was used to explore the condition configurations of multi-factor-driven three medical linkage.Results:From 2009 to 2022,the coupling coordination degree between the trinity healthcare systems in each province of China generally showed an increasing trend year by year.Among the binary systems,the overall coordinated development situation between the medical and medical insurance systems was the best and the regional development was the most balanced.The coupling coordination degree gap between the trinity healthcare system and the internal binary systems among provinces gradually widened,and the multi-polarization trend intensified.The paths to promote high-level three medical linkage can be summarized into two types:internal and external balanced development type(H1)and government-led type(H2,H3),among which the H1 path with per capita GDP and health expenditure as core conditions was the most common.Conclusion:It is suggested to enhance institutional and technological innovation,and integrate resources through a cross-departmental collaboration mechanism and digital technology.Provinces should select high-level optimization paths by leveraging regional endowments to narrow the regional development gap.Meanwhile,under the impetus of high-level policies,the protection and supervision system continues to improve,thereby promoting the three medical linkage.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the current status of bacterial contamination control and prevention measures and construction of quality control laboratory in Chinese blood station,and find out the problems and put forward the improvement suggestions.METHODS A total of 41 questionnaires were sent out for performance comparison by secretariat of working group of Chinese blood collection and supply institutions from May 2024 to Jun.2024,and 40 questionnaires were received(14 blood centers and 26 central blood stations),39 of which were valid.The questionnaire survey covered four aspects,including disinfection and surveillance,construction of quality control laboratory,sterility test for blood component and monitoring of blood transfusion reactions.The data were pro-cessed through itemized statistics and descriptive analysis.RESULTS Totally 84.62％of the blood stations used io-dine-containing disinfectants for arm disinfection of the blood donors,and the monthly monitoring was the primary frequency.Among the quality control laboratories,43.59％were registered as biosafety level 2,while 35.90％lacked biosafety registration.As for the pressure settings of the laboratories,64.10％were under normal pres-sure,15.38％under negative pressure and 17.95％under positive pressure.In the sterility test,the utilization rate of ultra clean operating tables and biological safety cabinets was 48.72％,the blood stations that did not have the indoor quality control accounted for 79.49％,and only 35.90％participated the external quality assessment.Regarding the approaches to confirm the positive result,25.64％of the blood stations adopted the re-peated tests,and 15.38％adopted the combination with positive culture bottle.The shortage of fund was the ma-jor restricted factor for the sterility test,and the confirmation of positive result was the fundamental difficulty.The blood stations with the feedback of insufficient transfusion reactions reported from hospitals ac-counted for 53.85％,while the blood stations that encountered suspected bacterial transfusion reactions with nega-tive culture results accounted for 25.64％.CONCLUSIONS The infeciton control and prevention measures and the construction of quality control laboratory vary significantly in Chinese blood stations.The incomplete biosafety registration,non-standardized sterility test operation and weak surveillance of blood transfusion reactions are the major existing problems.It is suggested that the investment should be increased to push forward the standardi-zation and complete the laboratory biosafety system,and a hospital-blood station closed loop coordination mecha-nism should be established so as to raise the blood safety.

Objective To study the medication law of Professor Wang Zhongyi in the treatment of tic disorder(TD)based on data mining technology.Methods From January 1,2022 to December 31,2023,the cases treated for TD in Professor Wang Zhongyi's outpatient clinic,which participated in the real-world study were collected.A comprehensive database has been established,screening information related to effective case diagnosis and treatment.Utilizing Excel 2021,R 4.4.2,Origin 2024 and Cytoscape 3.9.1,this study conducted medication frequency analysis,property-flavor-meridian tropism analysis,efficacy analysis,association rule analysis,clustering analysis and co-occurrence network analysis to summarize medication law.Results Totally 640 effective prescriptions were included,involving 208 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The properties were mainly warm,cold,and neutral.The flavors were mainly pungent,bitter and sweet.The meridians were mainly liver meridians.The therapeutic categories were primarily composed of liver-calming and endogenous wind-stopping drugs,along with exterior-resolving prescriptions.Correlation analysis obtained 17 strongly correlated rules.Clustering analysis obtained 5 types of medicinal combinations.The therapeutic categories were primarily composed of liver-calming and endogenous wind-stopping drugs,along with exterior-resolving prescriptions.Conclusion According to the comprehensive statistical analysis,Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis,Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Haliotidos Concha,Paeoniae Radix alba,Bupleuri Radix,Puerariae Lobatue Radix and Scorpio are the core drugs used by Professor Wang Zhongyi to treat TD.Professor Wang Zhongyi believes that the core pathogenesis of TD is the internal movement of liver wind,and the treatment mainly focuses on calming the liver,calming the wind and stopping spasms,while also nourishing the heart,calming the mind,harmonizing blood and relieving qi.Based on different clinical symptoms of TD,modifications and adjustments are made to the core prescription to treat children with TD.

Aim To study the difference in hepatotox-icity of psoralen on normal rats and Yin-deficiency rats from the perspective of lipid metabolism,so as to help explain the mechanism of psoralen cautiously used in patients with Yin deficiency recorded in ancient books.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into the nor-mal control group(carboxymethyl cellulose-Na,CMC-Na),normal administration group(CMC-Na+psor-alen),Yin-deficiency control group(CMC-Na+thy-roxine)and Yin-deficiency administration group(CMC-Na+thyroxine+psoralen).The model of Yin-deficiency was established by thyroxine(1 mg·kg-1)for ten days,and then psoralen(200 mg·kg-1)was given for three days.The serum indexes related to liver injury were detected by automatic biochemical analy-zer,the morphological changes of liver tissue were ob-served using HE and oil red O staining,and the relative transcription levels of lipid metabolism related enzymes and mRNA of transporter and endoplasmic reticulum stress related factors were detected using Real-time PCR.Results After intragastric administration of psoralen for three days,compared with the normal group,the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST),total bile acid(TBA)and triglyeride(TG)in Yin deficiency group increased more significantly,while TC,ALB and TP de-creased more significantly,and liver HE and oil red O staining showed more obvious lipid degeneration.TG synthesis factors adrenocortical carcinoma(ACC),fatty acid synthase(FASN)and sterolregulatory element binding protein-1(SREBP-1)were down-regulated more significantly,TG transport factors mili-total pro-tein(MTP)and lipoprotein pipase(LPL)were down-regulated more evidently,fatty acid β-oxidation related factors carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1A(CPT1A),carnitine/organic cation transporter 2(OCTN2)and peroxisome proliferators-activated receptors-alpha(PPARα)were down-regulated more apparently,TC transporter adenosine triphosphate binding cassette transporter G8(ABCG8)and bile acid receptor farne-soid X receptor(FXR)were down-regulated more ob-viously,and endoplasmic reticulum stress factor activa-ting transcription factor 4(ATF4)was up-regulated more significantly.Conclusions Psoralen can cause more severe hepatotoxicity in Yin deficiency rats than that in normal administration group,and its mechanism may be related to the disorder of hepatic lipid metabo-lism,aggravation of hepatic cholestasis and steatosis,and activation of endoplasmic reticulum stress re-sponse.

The implementation of the universal salt iodization policy of China has achieved remarkable results, yet it is still facing the problems of iodine deficiency and iodine excess at present. Since iodine in the human body is mainly metabolized by the kidneys and excreted in urine, urinary iodine test has become an effective way to reflect the recent iodine nutrition status of the body. This article will discuss the current iodine nutrition status of the population in China, the hazards of iodine deficiency and iodine excess, as well as the clinical application of urinary iodine test.

Objective To explore the intervention effect of the"5E"rehabilitation nursing model(Education,Encouragement,Evaluation,Exercise,and Employment)for patients with primary aldo-steronism(PA).Methods A total of 120 patients diagnosed as PA in the Cardiology Department of the Third People's Hospital of Qingdao from January 2022 to June 2024 were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60).The control group received routine nursing in-tervention,while the observation group received the"5E"rehabilitation nursing intervention.Blood test indicators,clinical manifestations(blood pressure,fatigue level),score of quality of life,and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,blood so-dium,plasma aldosterone,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid,systolic blood pressure,dias-tolic blood pressure,and scores of fatigue degree in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while blood potassium level and score of quality of life were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.67％,which was significantly higher than 80.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Implementation of the"5E"rehabilitation nursing intervention during hospitalization for PA patients can improve their blood indicators and clinical symptoms,alleviate the severity of the dis-ease,and enhance their qualities of life.
