Microbial denitrification is a major pathway for nitrogen removal from water bodies. However, denitrification is often difficult to continue when there is a lack of microbially available organic matter in the water body to serve as electron donors. In recent years, studies have shown that some denitrifying bacteria can directly utilize photoelectrons generated by sunlight-excited semiconductor minerals or natural organic matter for denitrification without the need for bioavailable organic matter as electron donors. This process is defined as microbial photoelectrotrophic denitrification. The discovery of microbial photoelectrotrophic denitrification phenomenon reshapes the previous knowledge about the chemoheterotrophic mode of denitrifying bacteria and broadens the pathway of nitrogen removal by the new photoelectrotrophic metabolism, which is of great significance to our understanding and exploration of sunlight-driven nitrogen cycling process. In this paper, we comprehensively sort out the existing research reports in the field of microbial photoelectrotrophic denitrification, systematically summarize the principle and the current research progress of microbial photoelectrotrophic denitrification, deeply analyze the problems and challenges faced by this technology, and make an outlook on the future research directions and application prospects of this technology, providing a reference for the further research and application of this technology.

Objective:To survey the cognition of general practice residency training and the willingness of teaching among specialists.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 221 specialists from 24 departments in Nantong First People's Hospital from May 2021 to June 2021 to investigate the their cognition of general practice residency training program and the teaching willingness.Results:Total 221 questionnaires were distributed and 185 valid ones were retrieved with a response rate of 83.70%. The results showed that 49 specialists (26.49%) well knew the national general practice training policy, 70 (37.84%) knew the most, 52 (28.11%) knew basically, 11 (5.95%) knew little, and 3 (1.62%) did not know at all. Meanwhile, 44 specialists (23.78%) well knew the hospital incentive policies about general practice education, 62 (33.51%) knew the most, 57 (30.81%) knew basically, 18 (9.73%) knew little, and 4 (2.16%) did not know at all. Whether they holding the teaching certificate of general practice was significantly associated with the cognition of national general practice training policy (χ2=14.28, P=0.003) and with their knowledge of residency training program (χ2=16.79, P=0.001), but not associated with knowing the hospital-level incentive policy (χ2=8.18, P=0.075). A total of 170 (91.89%) participants were willing to be clinical teachers of general practice. The reasons for the willingness of teaching were as following: learning more from the teaching in 161 participants (94.71%), expanding sources of patients from rural areas in 102 (60.00%), facilitating promotion in 77 (45.29%), and others in 30 (17.60%). Among 62 specialists holding teaching certificate, 60 (96.77%) were willing to teach general practice residents; while among 123 specialists without teaching certificate, 110 (89.43%) were willing to teach (χ2=4.92, P=0.027). In all hospital incentive policies, promotion of professional titles was most attractive one (82, 44.32%), followed by performance appraisal (63, 34.05%), priority for in-service training (25, 13.51%), and appraisal for excellence award (15, 8.11%). Conclusions:Strengthening trainings for general practice the faculty is helpful to improve their cognition of the general practice residency training programs. And rational hospital incentive policies can enhance the willingness of specialists to teach general practice residency.

Objective:To investigate the longitudinal trajectory and influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue (CRF) in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy.Methods:From March 2019 to January 2020, breast cancer patients in Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Peking Union Medical College Hospital were selected as the research objects to conduct follow-up investigation. The survey tools included general information questionnaire, Cancer-related Fatigue Assessment Scale, International Physical Activity Questionnaire, and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale.Results:A total of 91 patients were included in the study. The incidence of severe CRF at each time point before chemotherapy, 3 weeks after chemotherapy and 6 weeks after chemotherapy were 1.1% (1/91), 8.8% (5/57) and 2.1% (1/48), respectively. The results of the generalized estimation equation showed that the trajectory of the total score CRF firstly increased and then decreased, reaching a peak at 3 weeks after chemotherapy (35.45±13.07), and mild CRF change showed statistical difference ( P<0.05). In addition, BMI and sleep and daytime dysfunction were the influencing factors of the total score of CRF. Disease stage, sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction were the influencing factors of CRF with different severity. Conclusions:CRF is a prominent problem in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy. Attention should be paid to high-risk individuals with abnormal BMI and daytime function by medical staff.

Objective: To analyze the influencing factors in thrombin titration for the determination of anticoagulant activity of Whitmania Pigra Whitman. Methods: The white porcelain plates were used as the titration carriers instead of tubes in the titration ( called white porcelain method for short) . The effect of different carriers, interval time of titration and thrombin concentration on the results of anticoagulant activity test was studied. Results:Under the same conditions, the anticoagulant activity was more accurate and stable using white porcelain method. Using white porcelain method with 20 u·ml-1 or 10 u·ml-1 as the thrombin concentration and titrating 5μl each time, once every minute, the thrombin consumption volume was linear with the sample concentration within the range of 0. 125-0. 333 g·ml-1(r20 =0. 961 and r10 =0. 992), and the anticoagulant activity respectively was (33. 08 ± 2. 64) and (31. 24 ±1.32) u·g-1(RSD20 =8.0% and RSD10 =4.2%). As for a certain sample concentration (0.333 g·ml-1), the theoretical error of determination was not more than 10% and 5%. Conclusion:The improved white porcelain method is more suitable for determining anticoagulant activity of Whitmania Pigra Whitman with more stable results and accurate end point states than tube method. Under the conditions of 10 u·ml-1 thrombin concentration, titrating 5μl each time, once every minute, the linearity, accuracy and precision are all promising.

Objective To study clinical efficacy on cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) treated by transvaginal surgery.Methods From Jan.2008 to Mar.2011,31 cases with CSP were managed by transvaginal surgery in Anshan Women and Children Hospital.Based on ultrasonograpy examination and intraoperative exposure of lesion,variable surgical options were executed.Fifteen cases in group A were treated by debridement resection and vaginal repair of uterine wall,7 cases in group B were treated by transvaginal uterine artery ligation and curettage,9 cases were treated by cutting the anterior wall in the lower uterine segment and repairing uterine.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospital stay,hCG fluctuation at postoperative period and complications were analyzed among those groups.Results Allcases in 3 groups were cured well in one time.( 1 ) The intraoperative blood loss were (41 ±21 ) ml in group A,(27 ±7) ml in group B and ( 148 ± 132) ml in group C.There was no statistically different blood loss between group A and group B ( P ＞ 0.05 ),however,the amount blood loss in group C was significantly more than those in group A and group B ( P ＜ 0.05 ).( 2 ) The average surgical time,the mean hospital stay,postoperative recovery time of blood hCG were (40 ± 11 ) minutes,(4.7 ± 0.8 ) days and ( 2.7 ± 1.0) weeks in group A,(44 ± 5 ) minutes,(4.0 ± 0.8) days and (2.9 ± 1.0) weeks in group B,(40 ± 12) minutes,(4.9 ± 1.0) days and (2.8 ±0.9) weeks in group C.Those clinical index were no statistically different among those 3 groups(P ＞0.05).(3) No bladder injury and other complications were observed in those groups.Conclusions Transvaginal surgery is efficacy,easy to operate,to keep the uterus,safe and economy in treatment of CSP.Surgery in group A is suitable to treat early and exogenous lesions; surgery in group B is suitable to treat endogenous lesions; surgery in group C is suitable to treat failure cases in group A and B,however,the injury is greater than those in group A and B.
