ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Zishen Huoxue Formula （ZSXHF） on molecular-targeted therapy-associated proteinuria in patients with primary liver cancer （PLC）， to assess the efficacy of ZSXHF in the treatment of molecular-targeted therapy-associated proteinuria， and to provide a basis for clinical medication. MethodsA retrospective cohort study was conducted among the PLC patients with molecular-targeted therapy-associated proteinuria who were diagnosed and treated in The Department of Hepatology of Chinese PLA General Hospital， from January 1， 2022 to July 1， 2025. With ZSXHF treatment as the exposure factor， the patients with a cumulative treatment duration of ≥9 weeks were enrolled as traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） group， while those without TCM treatment were enrolled as control group. Propensity score matching was performed for the two groups at a ratio of 1∶1 based on sex， age， 24-hour urinary protein， blood urea nitrogen， and serum creatinine. The independent-samples t test was used for comparison of normally distributed continuous data between two groups， and the Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparison of non-normally distributed continuous data between two groups； the chi-square test was used for comparison of categorical data between groups. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were used to investigate the influencing factors for promoting the improvement of targeted-therapy-associated proteinuria. ResultsA total of 137 PLC patients with targeted-therapy-associated proteinuria were enrolled， with 34 patients in the TCM group and 103 in the control group. After follow-up for 6 months， the TCM group had a significant improvement in urinary protein grade compared with the control group （χ²=9.261， P=0.016）. There were 25 patients in each group after propensity score matching， and after follow-up for 6 months， there were significant differences between the two groups in urinary protein grade （χ²=15.689， P<0.001） and 24-hour urinary protein （Z=-3.075， P=0.002）. After cumulative treatment with ZSXHF for ≥9 weeks， the TCM group had a significantly greater change in 24-hour urinary protein from baseline compared with the control group （t=-2.514， P=0.016）， while there were no significant differences in the changes in liver and renal function after ZSXHF intervention between the two groups （all P>0.05）. The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that ZSXHF treatment （odds ratio=2.901， 95% confidence interval： 1.135 — 7.417， P=0.026） was an independent influencing factor for improvement in molecular-targeted therapy-associated proteinuria. ConclusionZSHXF can effectively alleviate molecular-targeted therapy-associated proteinuria in PLC patients with a favorable safety profile， which provides a new reference for TCM prevention and treatment of molecular-targeted therapy-associated adverse reactions in PLC patients.

Armeniacae Semen Amarum， the dried mature seeds of plants such as Prunus armeniaca var. ansu （Rosaceae）， have a long history for medicinal use. Modern research indicates that the core active compounds of Armeniacae Semen Amarum， such as amygdalin， fatty acids， and volatile oils， exhibit multiple pharmacological effects including antitussive， bronchodilatory， anti-inflammatory， antioxidant， antitumor， antifibrotic， and immunomodulatory effects. Consequently， their potential applications in treating respiratory diseases， tumors， tissue injury， and metabolic disorders have garnered significant attention. However， a systematic integrated analysis of the relationship between the traditional efficacy， modern pharmacology， key material basis， and multi-pathway mechanisms of Armeniacae Semen Amarum remains lacking. Using bibliometric methods combined with CiteSpace visualization technology， this study systematically summarizes the research hotspots on Armeniacae Semen Amarum and its representative component amygdalin， including the key roles in inflammation regulation， apoptosis induction， cell cycle arrest， oxidative stress balance， and fibrosis modulation. This article reviews the research progress in Armeniacae Semen Amarum across from four major dimensions—traditional applications， visualization analysis， material basis， and modern pharmacological studies， providing a reference for the further basic and clinical studies of Armeniacae Semen Amarum in respiratory diseases， oncology， and immune-related disorders.

Objective To analyze the application characteristics,trends,and special advantages of anti-infection research using the Bayesian method,and to provide methodological reference for the development of anti-infection research.Methods PubMed,CNKI and WanFang Data were electronically searched for the studies on anti-infection using Bayesian method published from January 1,2015 to November 21,2023.The relevant information of publication time,anti-infection type,sample size,Bayesian characteristics and Bayesian application pattern were analyzed descriptively and reviewed.Results A total of 86 studies were included,of which 41.9％were observational studies,only 7.0％were enterprise-initiated studies,and 48.8％were mentioning prior information studies.There was no domestic intervention study.The application characteristics and advantages of Bayesian method in intervention study,observational study and pharmacokinetic study are different.In intervention researches and observational researches,the application of Bayesian design decision and the application of Bayesian analysis and estimation accounts for 69.2％and 52.8％at most,respectively.Conclusions The Bayesian method is flexible,can be used for small sample sizes and complex model research,and can deal with uncertainty.In intervention studies in the field of anti-infection in China,the Bayesian method has not been applied widely.Only a handful of studies applying Bayesian method have been initiated by companies.In the future,it is still necessary to promote the advantages and application scenarios of Bayesian methods in the field of anti-infection research and strengthen the standardization of the application of Bayesian method.

Objective To investigate the effect of fraxetin(FXT)on the malignant biological behavior of ovarian cancer cells by regulating Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)pathway.Methods Ovarian cancer cell lines SKOV3 and SW626 and ovarian epithelial cell line IOSE80 were treated with different concentrations of FXT(0,10,20,40,60,80 and 100 μmol/L),and the cytotoxicity of FXT was detected by methylthiazolyl diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide(MTT)assay.SKOV3 and SW626 cells were randomly divided into control group,FXT low,medium,high dose(40,60,80 μmol/L)group and FXT(80 μmol/L)+colivelin(STAT3 agonist,0.5 μmol/L)group.Colony formation assay and Transwell assay were used to detect cell proliferation,invasion and migration.The expressions of epithelial-mesenchymal transition and TLR4/STAT3 pathway related proteins were measured by Western blot.Results Compared with IOSE80 cells,SKOV3 and SW626 cell survival gradually decreased with increasing FXT concentration,and the differences were statistically significant(F=134.283,146.831,P<0.001).Compared with the control group,the relative colony lineage rates of SKOV3 and SW626 cells in the FXT low-,medium-and high-dose groups,invasion rate and mobility were reduced(t=4.433～45.909),E-cadherin were increased(t=5.879～17.345),and the expression of N-cadherin,zinc finger transcription factors(snail),vimentin,TLR4,phosphorylated(p)-STAT3/STAT3,cell cycle protein D1(Cyclin D1)and MYC oncogenes(Cancer-myc,C-myc)expression were sequentially reduced(t=7.348～50.117),and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01),respectively.Compared with the high-dose FXT group,the relative colony formation rate,cell invasion rate and migration rate of SKOV3 and SW626 cells in the FXT+colivelin group increased(t=9.224～20.703),while the expression of E-cadherin protein decreased(t=3.104,5.041),the expression of N-cadherin,snail,vimentin,TLR4,p-STAT3/STAT3,Cyclin D1,and C-myc increased(t=8.403～42.175),and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion FXT may exert antitumor effects by antagonizing the activation of TLR4/STAT3 signaling pathway and inhibiting ovarian cancer cell proliferation,migration,invasion and epithelial mesenchymal transition.

From its initial application in treating various skin diseases to the 1970s when arsenic trioxide (ATO) was proven to be able to significantly relieve acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL), arsenic (organoarsenic) compounds gradually occupied an important position in the history of medical development. This article reviews the pharmaceutical research progress of inorganic arsenic compounds and organic arsine compounds, covering anticancer, antiparasitic, antiviral and antibiotic aspects. It further explores the potential for developing new arsenic (organoarsenic) drugs with higher efficacy and lower toxicity, aiming to provide new research directions and ideas for the application of arsenic (organoarsenic) compounds in disease treatment.

Objective:To explore the relationship between suicide attempts,school bullying,and psychological resilience in children and adolescents with major depressive disorder(MDD)and school bullying and psychological resilience.Methods:A total of 784 patients with MDD aged 10 to 18 years were included.The Chinese version of the Olweus Bullying Victimization Questionnaire,Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale,and a suicide attempt assessment were utilized to evaluate school bullying,psychological resilience,and suicide attempt.Stepwise logistic regression was applied to identify the associated factors of suicide attempts.Results:The occurrence of suicide at-tempts in children and adolescents with MDD was positively associated with physical bullying(OR=1.85,95％CI:1.14-3.02)and indirect bullying(OR=1.48,95％CI:1.06-2.04),and negatively associated with higher levels of goal focus(OR=0.62,95％CI:0.45-0.85)and positive cognition(OR=0.62,95％CI:0.45-0.85)at higher levels.Conclusion:Bullying significantly increases the risk of suicide attempts in children and adolescents with MDD,while higher psychological resilience could mitigate this risk.
