Objective: To explore the association between meat consumption and anxiety symptoms in first year junior high school students in Yunnan Province, and to provide theoretical support for preventing and relieving anxiety symptoms in junior high school students. Methods: From October to December 2022, a random cluster sampling method was used to select 8 500 first year junior high school students from 11 counties in Yunnan Province as the survey subjects for a questionnaire survey. The study used Food Frequency Questionnaire and the Chinese version of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21) to assess the meat consumption and anxiety symptoms of junior high school students.The distribution differences in anxiety symptoms among first year junior high school students with different demographic characteristics were analyzed statistically by using the Chi-square test,and the association between meat consumption and anxiety symptoms in students was analyzed by using a generalized linear model. Results: The detection rate of anxiety symptoms was 48.47%. After controlling for demographic variables and confounding factors, the consumption of livestock meat, poultry meat, processed meat, cured meat, barbecued meat and raw skin meat was statistically significant with anxiety symptoms ( β =-0.05, 0.04, 0.04, 0.08, 0.14, 0.17, all P <0.05). Stratified by ethnicity, The consumption of livestock meat, cured meat and barbecue was statistically correlated with anxiety symptoms in Han adolescents ( β =-0.07, 0.14, 0.22 ); the consumption of processed meat and raw skin meat was statistically correlated with anxiety symptoms in ethnic minority adolescents ( β =0.08, 0.18) (all P <0.05). Conclusions There is a statistical association between meat comsumption and the risk of anxiety symptoms in first year junior high school students in Yunnan Province. Guidance on meat consumption should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of anxiety symptoms.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effectiveness of delayed replantation of degloving skin preserved at 4℃ in treatment of limb degloving injuries. METHODS: Between October 2020 and October 2023, 12 patients with limb degloving injuries were admitted. All patients had severe associated injuries or poor wound conditions that prevented primary replantation. There were 7 males and 5 females; age ranged from 29 to 46 years, with an average of 39.2 years. The causes of injury included machine entanglement in 6 cases, traffic accidents in 5 cases, and sharp instrument cuts in 1 case. Time from injury to hospital admission was 0.5-3.0 hours, with an average of 1.3 hours. Injury sites included upper limbs in 7 cases and lower limbs in 5 cases. The range of degloving skin was from 5 cm×4 cm to 15 cm×8 cm, and all degloving skins were intact. The degloving skin was preserved at 4℃. After the patient's vital signs became stable and the wound conditions improved, it was trimmed into medium-thickness skin grafts for replantation. The degloving skin was preserved for 3 to 7 days. At 4 weeks after replantation, the viability of the degloving skin grafts was assessed, including color, elasticity, and sensation of pain. The Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) was used to assess the scars of the skin grafts during follow-up. RESULTS: At 4 weeks after replantation, 8 cases of skin grafts completely survived and the color was similar with normal skin, with a survival rate of 66.67%. The elasticity of skin grafts (R0 value) ranged from 0.09 to 0.85, with an average of 0.55; moderate pain was reported in 4 cases, mild pain in 3 cases, and no pain in 5 cases. All patients were followed up 12 months. Over time, the VSS scores of all 12 patients gradually decreased, with a range of 4-11 at 12 months (mean, 6.8). CONCLUSION For limb degloving injuries that cannot be replanted immediately and do not have the conditions for deep low-temperature freezing preservation, the method of preserving the degloving skin at 4℃ for delayed replantation can be chosen.

Objective To explore the feasibility,effectiveness,and safety of balloon catheter-assisted total hepatic vascular exclusion.Methods We designed and manufactured an endovascular catheter with three lumens and double balloons,which can be inserted into the retrahepatic inferior vena cava through the femoral vein.The superior and inferior vena cava of the liver can be blocked by filling balloon,and the total hepatic vascular exclusion was achieved by combining with pringle method.In animal experiments,total hepatic vascular exclusion was performed by balloon catheter-assist method(experimental group)or traditional methods(control group),and the complete time was compared between the two groups.Blood flow blocking effect was observed by angiography and incision of retrahepatic inferior vena cava under direct vision.The complications were recorded.Results Total hepatic vascular exclusion was successfully completed in both groups.The completion time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group([12.5±1.2]min vs.[35.8±4.9]min,P<0.05).CT angiography,DSA,and direct vision of blood vessels all confirmed the effectiveness of balloon catheter-assisted hepatic blood flow exclusion.No catheter displacement,balloon rupture,or air embolism occurred.Conclusion The balloon catheter-assisted hepatic total vascular exclusion is simpler and more feasible than traditional method.

Objective To construct a standardized training and evaluation index system for professional nurse engaged in lung puncture so as to enrich the training theory system and provide the basis for carrying out relevant work.Methods Using literature analysis method and expert interview way,the first draft of standardized training and evaluation index system for nurses working in lung puncture room was formulated.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted in 17 experts.The obtained consultation opinions were summarized and revised,and the final version of index system was determined.Results The constructed standardized training and assessment index system for nurses working in lung puncture room included 4 level-Ⅰ indicators(training content,training methods,teaching staff,and assessment and evaluation),and 12 level-Ⅱindicators and 58 level-Ⅲ indicators.The positive coefficient was 100％in both rounds of consultation with experts.Of the two rounds of expert consultation,the expert judgment coefficients were 0.965 and 0.977 respectively,the familiarity coefficients were 0.859 and 0.859 respectively,and the authority coefficients were 0.912 and 0.918 respectively.After two rounds of expert consultation,the variation coefficients of indicators at all levels were 0-0.43 and 0-0.20 respectively.The Kendall's Coordination coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.363(P＜0.001)and 0.554(P＜0.001)respectively.Conclusion The constructed standardized training and evaluation index system for nurses working in lung puncture room is scientific,practical,and operable,it can provide scientific standards for relevant assessment and training.

OBJECTIVE To study the improvement effect and mechanism of Shuhou tongqi formula on intestinal injury in mice with postoperative ileus （POI）. METHODS Mice were randomly divided into sham operation group， model group， positive control group （Mosapride citrate tablets， 1.95 mg/kg）， and Shuhou tongqi formula group （1.88 g/kg）， with 6 mice in each group. Except for the sham operation group， POI model was induced in other groups by typical small intestinal interference. Each group was given relevant drug liquid/water， once a day， for consecutive 2 days. After the last medication， the percentage of carbon powder propulsion in small intestine was detected， and pathomorphological changes in ileum tissue of mice were observed. The serum levels of interleukin-6 （IL-6）， IL-10， tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）， motilin （MTL） and somatostatin （SS） were all detected； the expression levels of Toll-like receptor 4 （TLR4）， nuclear factor κB （NF-κB p65） and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase （p38 MAPK） were determined in ileal tissue of mice； the gut microbiota of colon contents was analyzed in each group of mice. RESULTS After the intervention of Shuhou tongqi formula， pathological damage such as intestinal wall atrophy and mucosal capillary congestion in ileum tissue were improved significantly； the percentage of carbon powder propulsion and the serum level of IL-10 and MTL were increased significantly （P＜0.05）； however， serum levels of TNF-α， IL-6 and SS， the expressions of TLR4， NF-κB p65 and p38 MAPK were decreased significantly （P＜0.05）. The analysis of gut microbiota showed that Shuhou tongqi formula could significantly increase ACE， Chao1， Shannon and PD indexes， and relative abundance of Akkermansia （P＜0.05）， but decreased relative abundance of Proteobacteria， Ligilactobacillus and Escherichia-Shigella significantly （P＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Shuhou tongqi formula can improve intestinal injury and inflammatory reaction of POI mice， the mechanism of which may be associated with inhibiting the activity of TLR4/ NF-κB/MAPK signaling pathway， regulating the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and improving the disturbance of intestinal flora in mice. Objectives:To investigate the impact of baseline non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(non-HDL-C)levels on new-onset cardiovascular disease(CVD)in postmenopausal women. Methods:This prospective cohort study selected 8 893 postmenopausal women who participated from 2006 to 2018 employee health examination of Kailuan Group and had complete total cholesterol(TC)and HDL-C data and no history of CVD.Participants were followed up to 31 December,2021.The primary endpoint was the occurrence of CVD or death.According to the Chinese Lipid Management Guidelines(2023),the participants were divided into non-HDL-C<4.1 mmol/L group(n=6 079),4.1 mmol/L≤non-HDL-C<4.9 mmol/L group(n=1 824)and non-HDL-C≥4.9 mmol/L group(n=990).The cumulative incidence of CVD in different groups of non-HDL-C levels was calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method and tested by log-rank analysis.Multivariate Cox regression model was used to analyze the effects of different non-HDL-C levels on CVD. Results:The mean follow-up time was(10.78±4.48)years,the cumulative incidence of CVD in different non-HDL-C level groups was 1.82%,3.24%and 2.89%,respectively.Kaplan-Meier survival curve showed a statistically significant difference in cumulative incidence among the three groups(log-rank P<0.0001).The results of Cox regression analysis showed that after adjusting for confounding factors such as age and sex,the HR(95%CI)values for CVD in the 4.1≤non-HDL-C<4.9 mmol/L group and the non-HDL-C≥4.9 mmol/L group were 1.40(1.13-1.74)and 1.35(1.03-1.78),respectively. Conclusions:High non-HDL-C levels are an independent risk factor for new-onset CVD in postmenopausal women.

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Jiedu Decoction in the prevention and treatment of acute ra-diation-induced oral mucositis(RTOM).METHODS A total of 80 inpatients who were diagnosed with head and neck tumors by pathological examination and received radiotherapy in the Department of Radiotherapy,Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chi-nese Medicine from November 2021 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given mouthwash treatment from the onset of RTOM symptoms until the symp-toms disappeared;the observation group was given Yangyin Jiedu Decoction from the first day of radiotherapy on the basis of the treat-ment of the control group until the end of radiotherapy.During the treatment,the onset time,duration and incidence of grade Ⅱ-ⅣRTOM in the two groups were observed;the pain numerical rating scale(NRS)score,Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score,body mass index(BMI)changes were evaluated;and the levels of serum inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)]were detected.RESULTS After radiotherapy,RTOM ap-peared in both groups to varying degrees.The incidence of grade Ⅱ-Ⅳ RTOM,the onset time,duration and NRS score of RTOM in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After radiotherapy,the levels of se-rum CRP,IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After radiotherapy and 1 month of follow-up,the KPS score and BMI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).CONCLUSION Yangyin Jiedu Decoction can decrease the incidence and severity of RTOM in patients with head and neck tumors,shorten its duration,improve the quality of life of patients,downregulate the level of inflammatory cytokines,and has a preventive effect on RTOM caused by radiotherapy in patients with head and neck tumors.

Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing cooperation of the new robot-assisted puncture system RC120 in CT-guided lung puncture biopsy,so as to provide practical basis for the promotion and utilization of the new robot-assisted puncture system.Methods Using random sampling method,a total of 29 patients,who received robot-assisted lung puncture at the Shanghai Municipal Pulmonary Hospital of China between January and June of 2022,were collected as the study group,while other 29 patients,who received traditional manual lung puncture under CT guidance in the same period,were collected as the control group.For the patients of the control group traditional nursing was implemented,while for the patients of the study group on the basis of traditional nursing the additional targeted nursing care was carried out.The accuracy of puncture localization,satisfaction with the nursing care,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The accuracy of puncture localization in the study group was 5.0 mm(3.6-6.2 mum),which was better than 6.4 mm(4.0-8.4 mm)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.179,P=0.034).The patient satisfaction score in the study group was(91.1±1.6)points,which was significantly higher than(82.2±1.7)points in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=21.047,P＜0.001).In the study group 2 patients developed complications with an incidence of 6.9％,while in the control group 8 patients developed complications with an incidence of 27.6％,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.350,P=0.037).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing care can reduce the risk of complications caused by CT-guided lung puncture with RC120 auxiliary puncture system,improve the accuracy of puncture localization,and improve patient satisfaction with nursing care,therefore,the targeted nursing care deserves promotion in clinical practice.(J Intervent Radiol,2024,33:549-553)

Objective To explore the value of deep learning models in predicting axillary lymph node(ALN)metastasis of breast cancer based on intratumoral and peritumoral dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on cases from Tianjin Medical University Cancer Hospital and Laoshan Branch of Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University,involving a total of 850 lesions in 850 patients.The region of interest within the tumor was delineated at the largest area of the lesion on the first enhancement images and automatically expanded by 3 mm and 6 mm in a conformal fashion.Deep learning prediction models based on ResNet50 were developed via intratumoral,peritumoral,and intratumoral combined peritumoral models,respectively,and a comprehensive prediction model was developed by integrating semantic features of imaging reports.Cases from Tianjin Medical University Cancer Hospital were randomly divided into training and test cohorts in a 7∶3 ratio,while cases from Laoshan Branch of Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University served as the external validation cohort.The area under the curve(AUC),accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,F1-score,and Brier-score were calculated,respectively.Results The model incorporating intratumoral,peritumoral(3 mm),and semantic features demonstrated the highest performance,with AUC of 0.801[95％confidence interval(CI)0.765-0.845],0.781(95％CI 0.745-0.817),and 0.752(95％CI 0.700-0.793)in the training cohort,test cohort,and external validation cohort,respectively,and there was no significant difference in AUC between combined model and intratumoral/peritumoral model,respectively,but it demonstrated the higher sensitivity and F1-score,and the lower Brier-score.Conclusion Incorporating peritumoral images into the conventional model based on intratumoral images enhanced the predictive ability of ALN metastasis in breast cancer.

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of using positive anti-M-type phospholipase A 2 receptor(PLA 2R)antibody detection as a surrogate for renal biopsy in the diagnosis of idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)in elderly Chinese. Methods:From June 2021 to March 2022, clinicopathological data of ninety-six elderly patients(≥60 years old)with positive anti-PLA 2R antibody detection(ELISA≥14 RU/ml), complete renal pathology records, and the exclusion of secondary disease and diabetes mellitus were collected from the Department of Nephrology, The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.Patients were divided into high eGFR group(≥60 ml·min -1·1.73 m -2)and low eGFR group(<60 ml·min -1·1.73 m -2), and the data were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Of the 96 patients, 95(99.0%)had IMN(1 in stage Ⅰ, 59 in stage Ⅱ, 34 in stage Ⅲ, and 1 in stage Ⅳ), and 1(1.0%)had atypical membranous nephropathy(AMN).For the IMN patients, 81(85.3%)had high eGFR and most IMN patients(66.7%)were in stage Ⅱ, with 10(12.3%)showing additional pathological findings, including mild mesangial proliferative IgA nephropathy(2 cases)and subacute tubulointerstitial nephropathy(2 cases).There were 14 patients(14.7%)with low eGFR, and most of them(57.1%)had stage Ⅲ IMN, with 10(71.4%)showing additional pathological findings.This percentage was higher than that in the high eGFR group( χ2=21.642, P<0.05).The most common additional pathological findings were acute tubular injury(4 cases)and ischemic kidney injury(2 cases). Conclusions:Positive anti-PLA 2R antibody detection is highly predictive of IMN in elderly Chinese patients, but it often co-exists with other pathological entities.The advantages of renal biopsy in detecting other pathological conditions and the risks associated with the procedure should be evaluated.
