1.Exploration on medication rules of national patents of traditional Chinese medicine compound for prevention and treatment of urinary tract infection based on R language data mining

Objective To analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine compound patents for the prevention and treatment of urinary tract infection(UTI)through data mining technology.Methods The patents of traditional Chinese medicine compounds for the prevention and treatment of UTI in patent announcement module of China National Intellectual Property Administration website as data sources.The statistical analysis platforms of Excel 2021,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0 were used for frequency of use,medicinal properties,association rule analysis,and systematic clustering analysis and finally visualized by Cytoscape 3.7.2,RStudio.Results Through screening,a total of 179 compound patents met the inclusion criteria,involving 466 kinds of Chinese materia medica,and the top 5 high-frequency drugs were Pugongying,Huangbai,Gancao,Jinyinhua,Bianxu.The medicinal properties are mainly cold and mild;The medicinal taste is characterized by sweetness,bitterness,and bitterness;The main meridians of drugs are liver,lung and kidney meridians.Common couplet medicines included Qumai-Bianxu,Gancao-Bianxu and the three herb drug combinations included Cheqianzi-Qumai-Bianxu,Gancao-Qumai-Bianxu.A total of 5 high-frequency combinations of traditional Chinese medicine were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion This study preliminarily reveals the compatibility and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of UTI,which provides data support for the optimization of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment system and the development of new prescriptions.
2.A Cross-sectional Survey on the Use of Non-Vitamin K Antagonist Oral Anticoagulants in Elderly Patients with Non-Valvular Atrial Fibrillation

Objective:To investigate the use of non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants(NOACs)and their associated comorbidities in patients aged 80 years and older with non-valvular atrial fibrillation(NVAF), as well as to understand the challenges faced by elderly patients receiving NOAC therapy.Methods:We retrospectively enrolled elderly patients(≥80 years old)with NVAF who were treated with NOACs at a hospital in Beijing from January 2018 to August 2023.Patients were categorized into two age groups: 80-89 years and ≥90 years.We collected baseline data, including demographic characteristics, details of atrial fibrillation, comorbidities, laboratory test results, and medication combinations, for descriptive statistical analysis and intergroup comparisons.Results:A total of 695 elderly patients with NVAF receiving NOACs were included in the study, with a median age of 84 years.Among these patients, there were 328 males(47.19%, 328/695)and 422 cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(60.72%, 422/695).The age group of 80-89 years comprised 640 cases(92.09%, 640/695), while the group aged 90 years and above included 55 cases(7.91%, 55/695).The use of NOACs in patients aged 90 and older exhibited an increasing trend over the years.Inter-group comparisons indicated that the ≥90 years group had lower body mass index, longer hospital stays, increased bedridden time, poorer renal function, lower levels of albumin and hemoglobin, and higher D-dimer levels.Inappropriate dosing of DOACs occurred in 49.64%(345/695)of cases, with 90.72%(313/345)receiving doses lower than recommended.Lower-than-recommended doses were more prevalent in the ≥90 years group, while higher-than-recommended doses were more common in the 80-89 years group.Polypharmacy was noted in 61.29%(426/695)of patients.The concurrent use of antiplatelet drugs, rhythm control medications, and ventricular rate control drugs was observed in 12.52%(87/695), 19.57%(136/695), and 54.53%(379/695)of patients, respectively, with no significant differences between groups.Conclusions:Inappropriate dosing and polypharmacy are prevalent issues among elderly NVAF patients.Therefore, it is essential to enhance multidisciplinary collaboration to optimize anticoagulation treatment strategies.
3.Mediating role of adversity quotient in the relationship between organizational support and professional identity among nurses undergoing standardized nursing training

Objective To explore the mediating effect of adversity quotient(AQ)in the relationship between organizational support and professional identity among nurses undergoing standard nursing training and to provide theoretical guidance for enhancing professional identity.Methods A total of 1,031 nurses receiving standardized training from 12 tertiary general hospitals in Jiangsu Province,were recruited using a convenience sampling.Data were collected using the self-rating scale for nurses'adversity,nurses'organizational support perception scale,and nurse professional identity assessment scale.Pearson correlation analysis was performed to examine associations among organizational support,AQ,and professional identity.Structural equation modeling(SEM)was used to test the mediating role of AQ.Results A total of 930 nurses undergoing standardized training completed the survey.The total scores for AQ,organizational support,and professional identity were 132.44±29.78,45.51±9.60,and 100.88±19.52,respectively.Organizational support was positively correlated with professional identity(r=0.753,P<0.01),but negatively with AQ(r=-0.720,P<0.01).AQ was also negatively associated with professional identity(r=-0.772,P<0.01).SEM analysis revealed that AQ partially mediated the relationship between organizational support and professional identity,accounting for 49.20%of the total effect(effect size=0.392).Conclusion Nurses undergoing standardized nursing training exhibit moderate professional identity.AQ serves as a key mediator between organizational support and professional identity.It indicates that improving organizational support and adversity quotient can strengthen their professional identity.

7.Multi-parameter spectral CT for differentiating grade G2-3 pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor and pancreatic neuroendocrine carcinoma

Objective To explore the value of multi-parameter spectral CT for differentiating grade G2-3 pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor(pNET)and pancreatic neuroendocrine carcinoma(pNEC).Methods Preoperative double-layer detector spectral CT(DLCT)data of 35 patients with pNET(pNET group,including 25 cases of G2 grade and 10 cases of G3 grade)and 17 patients with pNEC(pNEC group)were retrospectively analyzed.Conventional CT and spectral CT parameters were compared between groups,and those being significant different between groups according to univariate analysis were respectively incorporated into multivariate logistic regression to select the independent predictors for identifying grade G2-3 pNET and pNEC.Conventional CT model and spectral CT model were constructed,and the combined model was constructed based on the two.The efficacy of each model for distinguishing grade G2-3 pNET and pNEC was evaluated.Results CT values of lesions during venous phase(OR=0.939,P=0.025)and vascular invasion(OR=5.049,P=0.027)shown on conventional CT were both independent predictors,and conventional CT model was constructed,its area under the curve(AUC)for distinguishing grade G2-3 pNET and pNEC was 0.808.Normalized iodine concentration during venous phase(OR=0.603)and normalized effective atomic number during venous phase(OR=0.847)on spectral CT were both independent predictors(both P<0.05),and spectral CT model was constructed.The AUC of spectral CT model was 0.894,higher than that of conventional CT model(Z=2.127,P=0.033).The AUC of combined model was 0.924,higher than that of conventional CT model(Z=2.302,P=0.021)but not significantly different with that of spectral CT model(Z=0.827,P=0.408).Conclusion Multi-parameter spectral CT could effectively differentiate grade G2-G3 grade pNET and pNEC.
8.Expression of long non-coding RNA SFTA1P and its effect on biological functions in lung squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA),surfactant associated 1 pseudogene(SFTA1P)in lung squamous carcinoma and its effect on the biological functions of SFTA1P in lung squamous carcinoma cell lines.Methods Based on the cancer genome atlas(TCGA)database,the differential expression of SFTA1P in tumor and normal tissues were compared in patients diagnosed with lung squamous cell carcinoma.Then,the expression of SFTA1P was detected in human normal lung epithelial cell line BEAS-2B and lung squamous cell lines SK-MES-1 and H520 with real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR).SK-MES-1 and H520 cells with overexpression and/or knockdown of SFTA1P were constructed by transfecting the overexpression plasmids(pcDNA3.1-SFTA1P)and small interfering RNAs(si-SFTA1P-1 and si-SFTA1P-2).CCK-8 assay and Transwell assay were used to investigate the effect of SFTA1P on biological functions in lung squamous carcinoma cells.Differential gene expression analysis,correlation analysis and functional enrichment analysis were employed to explore the potential mechanism that SFTA1P may affect biological functions of lung squamous cells.Results Analysis of TCGA showed that the expression of SFTA1P was significantly lower in lung squamous cell carcinoma tissue than adjacent normal tissue(P<0.05).RT-PCR results showed that the expression of SFTA1P was obviously lower in lung squamous carcinoma cells than the human normal lung epithelial cells(P<0.05).And the expression level of SFTA1P was relatively lower in the SK-MES-1 cells than the H520 cells(P<0.05).Overexpression of SFTA1P suppressed the proliferation,migration and invasion of lung squamous carcinoma cells(P<0.05),while its knockdown promoted these abilities(P<0.05).Differential gene expression analysis,correlation analysis and functional enrichment analysis indicated that SFTA1P may inhibit MYC,G2m checkpoints and E2f signaling pathways in lung squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusion SFTA1P shows anti-cancer function in lung squamous cell carcinoma,and it may affect the biological functions of lung squamous cell carcinoma cells through down-regulating MYC,G2m checkpoints and E2f signaling pathways.

ObjectiveTo systematically analyze international disability data policies and standards, as well as the application of disability data in policymaking, service optimization and inclusive social development, and to clarify the importance of international disability data policies, standard systems and disability data application for the development of disability-related services. MethodsThrough the analysis of policy content and research on the data standard system, this study explored the disability data policy framework, standard system and technical path of data interoperability and integration of international organizations including the United Nations (United Nations Statistics Division and United Nations Children's Fund), World Health Orgnization, United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization, and International Labour Organization. ResultsInternational organizations established disability data policy frameworks based on their respective mandates, involving data and service development, data standards, data governance, and data application. The international community established a disability data standard system for disability data collection, coding, exchange, interoperability, statistical analysis, data fusion and application. Building a standardized disability data standard system based on the framework of international health classification standards such as International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health, and International Classification of Diseases, Eleventh Revision would ensure the consistency of cross-national disability data policies, and the interoperability and comparability of disability data, promoting the development of data-driven disability-related services, accurately identifying the service needs of people with disabilities, and optimizing service provision, thereby improving the quality of life and social participation of people with disabilities. ConclusionThe construction and implementation of international disability data policies and data standards have promoted the standardization and interoperability of disability data. With the application of big data, artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies in disability data, international cooperation and cross-industry data fusion in the field of disability data have been promoted, further promoting the development of data-driven disability services, ensuring equal opportunities for people with disabilities to enjoy service resources, and improving the coverage and quality of disability services.
10.Effects of repetitive magnetic stimulation on the hemodynamics of cerebral cortex patients with upper limb motor dysfunction after an ischemic stroke as observed by using functional near-infrared spectroscopy

Objective:To observe any effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on the hemodynamics of the cerebral cortex after an ischemic stroke using functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS).Methods:Twenty-six ischemic stroke survivors with upper limb motor dysfunction were assigned at random to an experimental group ( n=17) or a control group ( n=9). Both groups received conventional rehabilitation training, but the experimental group additionally received 20 minutes of rTMS at 10Hz applied over the supplementary motor area (SMA) of the affected side. The treatment was applied 5 times a week for 3 weeks. The control group received sham rTMS stimulation on the same schedule. Before and after the intervention, the motor function of the hemiplegic upper limb was evaluated in both groups using the Fugl-Meyer upper extremity assessment (FMA-UE). The concentration of oxyhemoglobin (HbO) in the primary sensorimotor cortex (SM1), the SMA and the premotor cortex (PMC) was measured using fNIRS. The FMA-UE scores were then tested for any significant correlation with the HbO concentrations. Results:After the intervention, the average FMA-UE scores had increased significantly in both groups, with significantly greater improvement in the experimental group. Among the experimental group a significant increase was also observed in the HbO concentration in channel 20 during the preparation period and in channel 31 during the task period, along with a significant decrease in it in the CL-SM1 and CL-(SMA+ PMC) during the task period. HbO concentration in channel 31 during the task period before the intervention was found to be significantly correlated with the changes in the experimental group′s FMA-UE scores.Conclusions:High-frequency rTMS of the SMA on the affected side can improve the motor functioning of a hemiplegic upper limb, promote activation of the local motor cortex on the lesioned side, and inhibit activation of the contralateral motor cortex. HbO concentration in channel 31 may predict these therapeutic effects.
