With the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence(GAI)technologies,their widespread application in academic research and writing is continuously expanding the boundaries of sci-entific inquiry.However,this trend has also raised a series of ethical and regulatory challenges,inclu-ding issues related to authorship,content authenticity,citation accuracy,and accountability.In light of the growing involvement of AI in generating academic content,establishing an open,controllable,and trustworthy ethical governance framework has become a key task for safeguarding research integrity and maintaining trust within the academic community.This expert consensus outlines ethical requirements across key stages of AI-assisted academic writing-including topic selection,data management,citation practices,and authorship attribution.It aims to clarify the boundaries and ethical obligations surrounding AI use in academic writing,ensuring that technological tools enhance efficiency without compromising in-tegrity.The goal is to provide guidance and institutional support for building a responsible and sustainable research ecosystem.

Objective:To investigate the correlation between pathological features at the positive margins and biochemical re-currence after radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer.Methods:From June 2014 to December 2019,a total of 200 patients with organ-confined prostate cancer who underwent radical prostatectomy were included in this study by the method of case matching(1:1).One hundred patients with positive surgical margin and 100 with negative surgical margin were enrolled in this study.All patients did not receive any adjuvant treatment after surgery with a clinical stage of T2/N0.BCR-free survival was estimated using the Kaplan-Meier method.An optimal cutoff for the PSM length which differentiated risk for BCR was identified by Classification and Regression Tree analysis(CART).Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to assess the association between variables and BCR-free surviv-al.Results:A total of 200 patients were included in this study,and 177 patients with pT2 stage were pathological after operation.The median follow-up time of this group of patients was 32.8 months ranged from 5.6 to 80.5 months.A total of 28 cases of biochemi-cal recurrence were found through PSA follow-up after surgery,including 6 cases(6.0％)in the negative margin group and 22 cases(22.0％)in the positive margin group.The result of Kaplan Meier survival curve analysis showed that the non biochemical recurrence survival time of the negative margin group was longer than that of the positive margin group(log rank x2=9.336,P=0.003).It was found that the length of positive margin≥1 mm in the positive margin group was positively correlated with postoperative biochemical re-currence.Multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression was used to identify that the highest Gleason score ≥8 and the length of pos-itive ≥ 1 mm were independent factors of postoperative biochemical recurrence in both the overall patients and the patients with positive margin.Conclusion:The patients with highest Gleason score ≥8 and the length of positive ≥1mm are at elevated risk for BCR.

Objective To investigate whether successful percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)could improve symptoms and quality of life(QOL)in left main disease and/or 3-vessel disease patients with diabetes.Methods Patients with left main disease and/or 3-vessel disease who underwent PCI in the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from April 2018 to May 2021 were consecutively enrolled and subdivided into 2 groups:diabetes and no diabetes.Detailed baseline characteristics,symptoms,including dyspnea and angina,assessed with the Rose dyspnea scale(RDS),Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ),the European quality of life-5 dimensions(EQ-5D)and 12-item short-form health survey(SF-12)questionnaire respectively,procedural details,and 1 month and 1 year follow-up data were collected.Results Among 440 left main disease and/or 3-vessel disease patients,disease was present in 176(40.00％),who had more hypertension,peripheral artery disease,and LCX lesion(all P＜0.05).The incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)and all-cause mortality were similar between the two groups(both P＞0.05)at 1 month follow-up,while all-cause mortality in diabetes patients was significantly higher than those without diabetes at 1 year follow-up(P=0.013).Low left ventricular ejection fraction was an independent risk factor for MACE and all-cause mortality at 1 month and 1 year follow-up after successful revascularization(all P＜0.05).Most importantly,symptoms,including dyspnea and angina,and QOL were markedly improved regardless of diabetes both at 1 month and 1 year follow-up(all P＜0.05).Diabetes patients showed improved dyspnea and QOL at similar degree to the non-diabetes patients(all P＞0.05)and a more significantly relieved angina(P=0.013).Additionally,the number of chronic total occlusion(CTO)per patient was identified as an independent risk factor of dyspnea(OR 0.723,95％CI 0.525～0.997,P=0.048)and angina relief(OR 0.686,95％CI 0.473～0.995,P=0.047),and the contrast volume(OR 0.995,95％CI 0.992～0.999,P=0.008)as an independent risk factor of QOL improvement in diabetic patients.Conclusions Successful PCI is beneficial for relieving symptoms and improving quality of life in patients with diabetes who have left main disease and/or 3-vessel disease.

Culicoides Latreille is among the most diverse and numerous genera of blood-sucking midges,and is widely dis-tributed throughout the world.In addition to stinging and harassing humans and animals,it can also transmit a variety of infec-tious diseases in humans and animals,including African horse fever virus(AHSV),blue tongue virus(BTV),and Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV).Therefore,this insect is an important arbovirus vector of medical concern.Scientific monitoring and timely understanding of the population composition,density,and seasonal fluctuation are the basic premise for effective control of blood-sucking midges.In recent years,studies have increasingly assessed the ecological habits and monitoring methods of blood-sucking midges worldwide.This article reviews the frequently used monitoring methods for blood sucking midges world-wide,to provide a reference for monitoring midge density in China.The main methods include CDC light traps,CO2-baited CDC traps,CO2-baited CDC traps without light bulbs,Onderstepoort Veterinary Institute traps,BG-sentinel traps,human landing catch,human net trapping,animal enclosure traps,animal-baited trapping,sweep netting for adult monitoring,the saturated saline flotation method,the Berlese funnel method,and emergence traps for larval monitoring.The methods'operat-ing procedures,applicable monitoring scope,and advantages and limitations are described to provide ideas for promoting the development and improvement of monitoring technology and instruments.In addition,the monitoring methods described here-in,such as the CDC light trap method,sweep netting,and human landing catch,are applicable to monitoring and collecting other midge insects.

Objective To study the risk factors and strain resistance of Escherichia coli with extended-spectrum β-lactamases(ESBL)-producing bloodstream infection,so as to provide clinical basis for rational use of antibiotics and effective prevention and control of bloodstream infection.Methods The clinical data of patients with bloodstream infections caused by Escherichia coli in a tertiary hospital in Chongqing from January 2018 to December 2022 were retrospectively collected.The clinical characteristics and drug resistance of bloodstream infections caused by Escherichia coli were statistically analysed.According to the ESBL confirmation test of Escherichia coli strains,the patients were divided into the ESBL-producing group and the non-ESBL-producing group.The chi-square test was used to compare the differences in influencing factors between the two groups,and then the independent influencing factors of ESBL production were analyzed through multivariate Logistic regression.Results A total of 408 patients were included.The detection rate of ESBL-producing strains was 60.3％(246/408),and the detection rates in the nephrology department and the intensive care unit were relatively high(both＞76.0％).Diabetes[OR=1.98,95％CI(1.24,3.17)]and urinary tract intubation[OR=1.60,95％CI(1.02,2.51)]were independent influencing factors for bloodstream infection with ESBL-producing Escherichia coli.The resistance rate of ESBL-producing Escherichia coli to levofloxacin and ceftriaxone was＞90.0％.Moreover,the resistance rates of the second-generation cephalosporins(except ceftazidime),compound sulfamethoxazole,ciprofloxacin and amtronam were significantly higher than those in the non-ESBL-producing group(P＜0.05).Both groups of strains showed high sensitivity to amikacin and carbapenem drugs.Conclusion The severe current situation of bloodstream infections caused by ESBL-producing Escherichia coli in this region showing a high prevalence of drug resistance characteristics.Diabetes and urinary tract intubation,as independent risk factors,suggest that key monitoring should be implemented for such high-risk populations in clinical practice.Given that ESBL-producing strains remain sensitive to carbapenems and amikacin,it can be recommended as the first empirical medication.It is of great public health significance to achieve the effect of curbing the spread of such multi-drug resistant bacteria by establishing an early warning system based on risk factor assessment and standardized management of invasive operations.

Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of applying Bivalirudin in complex high-risk and indicated patients(CHIP)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)while on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO).This study will provide additional evidence for making informed decisions regarding anticoagulation therapy during ECMO.Methods A total of 83 CHIP who underwent VA-ECMO assisted PCI in the Heart Center of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from March 2019 to December 2022 were retrospectively enrolled as the research objects.According to the use of anticoagulant drugs during ECMO support and PCI,they were divided into Bivalirudin group(40 cases)and heparin group(43 cases).The cost of anticoagulants,coefficient of variation of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),APTT compliance rate,bleeding events,thrombotic events,blood product transfusion,and net adverse clinical events(NACE)at 30 days after PCI were compared between the two groups to determine the safety and efficacy of Bivalirudin in CHIP undergoing ECMO assisted PCI.Results The proportion of previous PCI(25.00％vs.4.65％),fibrinogen level[(3.52±1.14)g/L vs.(2.92±1.28)g/L],CRUSADE score[(32.00±12.69)scores vs.(26.14±10.60)scores],anticoagulation cost[1 400.00(700.00,2 100.00)RMB vs.107.69(58.74,205.59)RMB]and compliance rate of APTT[(57.76±33.11)％vs.(31.44±27.63)％]in the Bivalirudin group were higher,while the coefficient of variation for APTT[10.64(7.72,21.11)vs.19.47(10.48,31.28)]was lower than those in the heparin group.The total bleeding events(25.00％vs.46.51％),Bleeding Academic Research Consortium(BARC)1-2 bleeding events(12.50％vs.32.56％),and total thrombotic events(12.50％vs.32.56％)of the Bivalirudin group was significantly lower compared with the heparin group.Kaplan-Meier curves showed that cumulative incidence of 30-days NACE was significantly lower in the Bivalirudin group than in the heparin group.The differences between the above two groups were statistically significant(Log-rank P＜0.001).Conclusions Compared with heparin,Bivalirudin has better safety and efficacy in CHIP undergoing PCI assisted by VA-ECMO.

Objective To analyze the key driving factors for patent management and scientific and technological achieve-ment transformation in medical institutions in the Yangtze River Delta region,and to provide a scientific basis for improving the efficiency of regional medical scientific and technological achievement transformation.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 480 medical staff from tertiary hospitals in three provinces and one city(An-hui,Jiangsu,Shanghai,Zhejiang)of the Yangtze River Delta region from November 2024 to January 2025.SPSS 23.0 software was used for univariate analysis,multiple linear regression analysis,and regional difference comparisons.Results Univariate a-nalysis showed that region,age,education level,and professional title had statistically significant effects on patent output(P＜0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis further indicated that cognitive factors(score:19.01±8.73,β=0.230,P＜0.001),support factors(score:25.84±11.33,β=0.211,P=0.004),and incentive factors(score:25.93±10.85,β=0.136,P=0.036)were key drivers of patent output.Significant regional differences were observed,with Anhui Province scoring lower across all dimensions compared to Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Shanghai(total score:74.18 vs.101.16-107.40,P＜0.001).Conclusion Enhancing medical staff's awareness of patents,improving institutional support and incentive mechanisms,and nar-rowing regional development gaps are core optimization pathways for promoting the transformation of medical scientific and techno-logical achievements in the Yangtze River Delta region.

This paper uses literature and network data to systematically sort out the theoretical and practical foundations of global public health cooperation,combines expert interviews to conduct empirical analyses,and further explores China's strategies for participating in global public health cooperation through quantitative statistics and text mining of interview data,and proposes a plan for China's participation in global public health cooperation under the current international situation.Under the countercurrents to globalization,China should take its own public health capacity building as the foundation,put global security and health equity at the core,with a philosophy of open cooperation and sustainable development,actively promote bilateral and multilateral cooperation,focus on cultivating global health talents,and enhance the effectiveness of disease prevention and control by making use of existing platforms,international mechanisms and digital health technologies,so as to help build a Global Community of Health for All.

By summarizing the mass spectrometric fragmentation patterns of oxyphenisatin substances,an analytical method was established for screening of illegally added oxyphenisatin compounds in weight-loss health foods using high performance liquid chromatography-in-source-fragmentation-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(HPLC-ISF-QTOF-MS),along with a quantitative method for 11 kinds of oxyphenisatin compounds.Based on the developed screening method,an oxyphenisatin derivative was discovered in the reference standards,which was tentatively identified as 4-(3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-oxoindolin-3-yl)phenyl acetate and confirmed by MS/MS analysis.The results showed that all 11 kinds of oxyphenisatin compounds had correlation coefficients greater than 0.9971,with limits of detection(LODs)ranging from 0.12 to 0.68 μg/L and limits of quantification(LOQ)from 0.21 to 2.29 μg/L.The LODs for 11 kinds of characteristic ions ranged from 0.45 to 9.11 μg/kg.At spiking levels of 25,50 and 100 μg/kg,the recoveries ranged from 78.9%to 117.3%.The instrumental precision,intra-day method precision and inter-day method precision were 0.23%?1.70%,0.7%?2.4%,and 1.1%?3.3%,respectively.The developed targeted and non-targeted detection method demonstrated high sensitivity,strong stability,rapid analysis,and an expanded screening range for oxyphenisatin substances,and provided robust technical support for regulatory authorities in combating illegal adulteration.
