Yi and Gui,its physiological characteristics and pathological manifestations are closely related to the lumbar spine. The intervertebral disc, chamber of arthrosis, requires nourishment from qi and blood circulation,as well as support from liver and kidney functions to maintain its health.Chinese medicine master Shi Qi has based on the pathological manifestations of discogenic low back pain patients at different stages and followed the guidelines of the Visceral manifestation theory.Combining more than 60 years of experience in traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment,he has used external observations to infer internal conditions and examined causes to find solutions.By entering the body from the outside and focusing on the"Homology of Yi and Gui"as a benchmark,he emphasizes the distinctive characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine in medical treatment. He states that"visceral pattern is fundamental"and"qi-blood is first,"emphasizing the importance of treating liver and kidney together. This article aims to draw on the wisdom of Taishan to provide a bridge for colleagues.

Objective:To investigate the cognition and attitude of nephrology nurse to palliative care for patients with end-stage renal disease, and to provide reference for the promotion and application of palliative care in patients with end-stage renal disease. Methods:Using the phenomenological research method, the purpose sampling method and the principle of data saturation, the semi-structured interviews were conducted among 12 nurses from the Department of Nephrology in Xiang Yang NO.1 People ′s Hospital, Hubei University of Medicine in November 2021. The data were analyzed, summarized and extracted by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method. Results:The cognition and attitude of nephrology nurses to palliative care of patients with end-stage renal disease were summarized into three themes. They were: different cognition of palliative care; attitudes towards palliative care for end-stage renal disease patients (positive feelings, negative feelings); difficulties in the implementation of palliative care (difficult decision-making, unknown timing and effect, lack of social policy support, traditional thought constraints). Conclusions:Interviewees lacked cognition to palliative care and have different attitudes. In order to promote the application of palliative care in patients with end-stage renal disease, relevant publicity and education should be strengthened, the palliative care system of end-stage renal disease should be improved, and social support for palliative care should be enhanced.

Objective T he effects of different intensity aerobic exercise on the coagulation function of stroke were investigated by detection coagulation index of stroke patients before and after different intensity of aerobic training. Methods 120 patients with neurological initial stroke were enrolled from January to Decem-ber in 2016.According to the cardiopulmonary exercise test, the patients were divided into medium-intensity aerobic exercise group,low-intensity aerobic exercise group and control group. The control group maintained the basic medical treatment of neurological primary stroke. The medium-intensity aerobic exercise group and low-intensity aerobic exercise group were on the basis of the control group with different intensity by stampe-ding power bike training. The plasma fibrinogen(FIB),D-Dimer(D-D),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),prothrombin time(PT),international normalized ratio(INR)and thrombin time(TT)were detected and analyzed before and after exercise training. Results The results showed there were no significant differ-ence in coagulation index between the three groups before exercise training(P>0.05).The levels of FIB and D-D in medium-intensity aerobic exercise group after the training were significantly lower than before the training(P<0.05).The levels of FIB in low-intensity aerobic exercise group after the training were signifi-cantly lower than before the training(P<0.05).There were no significant difference between in others coagu-lation index between two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant difference in coagulation index between before and after the basic treatment in control group(P>0.05).After exercise training, the levels of FIB in the moderate intensity group was significantly lower than the low intensity group(P<0.05),and then the low intensity group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The medium and low-intensity aerobic exercise could influence the coagulation function of stroke patients, particularly in the medi-um-intensity.It provided the scientific basis for individual aerobic exercise combined with drugs to prevent stroke recurrence.
